Eh, blood and bacteria in urine during pregnancy needs proper attention lah, could be UTI or something else that needs treatment to protect baby, so do follow up with your doctor or KK soon if you haven't already gotten antibiotics! A few of my mum friends had UTIs during pregnancy and they kena antibiotics but baby turned out fine, just important to sort it out fast because it can lead to complications if left alone.
