Full body muscle pain during Week 17

My 1.5 little boy just went through teething and needs alot of attention from me. Which actually made me quite emotional and mad, needing to carry more than usual. Not sure is it because of this, my body muscles suddenly became very very painful from head to toe, including my womb area. Went to hospital to check and doctor analyse that most probably is a viral infection coming but couldnt confirm. Scan baby and baby is doing fine. They only provide me panodol to ease the pain. Husband and friend research and says most probably is hormones change. But the aches and pains is pretty exaggerating to be hormones change I feel. Anyone experience similar ones before? Don't mind sharing?

Omg yes I experienced something similar during pregnancy while carrying my toddler alot 😭 The body pain was INSANE — like fever/body ache without actual fever. Pregnancy hormones can loosen joints/muscles already, then adding lifting a teething toddler + lack of rest can really push the body over the limit. But honestly full body aches from head to toe can also happen when a viral infection is starting, even before fever/cough appears. Since doctor checked baby and scan was okay, that’s reassuring already 🙏🏻 Please try to rest as much as possible, hydrate, warm shower/compress and don’t carry your boy too much if can 😭 If symptoms worsen, fever comes, pain becomes severe one-sided, or you feel contractions/tightening then go back for review okay mama ❤️
