My 14 month old loves pumpkin soup! Any suggestions for veggies soups that more or less have the same texture?

How about broccoli florentine bisque?? http://www.countryliving.com/food-drinks/g890/vegetable-soup-1009/?slide=3 or beet and apple soup? http://www.countryliving.com/food-drinks/g890/vegetable-soup-1009/?slide=9 both have the similar texture and are just as nutritious. :)
