One yr old keep spitting food out
My 12 month old keeps spitting food out recently. she will take a bite then proceed to spit the food out. Is this a phase or what is it?

Hi mummy 😊 yes this actually can be quite a normal phase at around 1 year old. A lot of babies at this stage are still learning textures and chewing, so they will take a bite, realise the texture is unfamiliar, then spit it out and sometimes also just playing with food or testing reactions 😅
