Hello po ask kolang po if lumabas na po ba si baby tapos wala si dady di po ba sa kanya magiging LN?

Hindi automatically ang LN, kailangan talaga ng acknowledge from the father o may legal process na kailangan, a few of us here had to go through affidavit of acknowledgment or court petition kaya hindi lang basta lumabas na baby, may requirements pa talaga. Best to consult with a lawyer or social worker first para alam mo exactly what documents you'll need, para ready ka na from the start.
