Chesty cough
My 11 months old baby is having bad cough due to phlegm congestion. Dr recommended zyrtec but doesnt help much. Any recommendations?

Usually what I do is after food or drinking milk is plain warm water it will lessen the phlegm.
I used garlic balm rub on chest , back , feet
mayb need nebuliser to clear phlegm?
