10 weeks 4 days, hi mommies is it normal after 2 hour having meal and will hungry again... Tiredness, vomit, nausea will continue till which month? Plus how to handle heartburn, can I take gaviscon?

Congratulations for having twins. Yup.. That's absolutely normal since your body need to provide sufficient nutrients for your baby. You'll gain more weight as well. Rest a lot and if possible asked your husband to help with some house chores. 😊
