- 2026-01-27Hello mommies & mommies-to-be, I need advice on how to reduce bloatedness! I am at week 5 going on 6, and my stomach is HUGE as I’m super bloated. I have tried peppermint tea, drinking warm water when I wake up, but to not much avail. Also don’t wish to apply ointment as my older age makes this pregnancy much higher risk so prefer to be cautious.
In addition, any tips on slowing down weight gain? I go for daily hour-long walks (as trying to refrain from spinning though I used to spin 3x a week) and eating fruits, cutting all sweet intakes. My first gynae appt is unfortunately only in 2 weeks so need advice to help me through till then!

- 2026-01-29Hi! Anyone have any experience with Dr Grace Ng from KKH? Am in my first trimester and wondering who to see through my pregnancy. Haven’t seen any feedback from anyone who’s seen her so it’ll be great if you could share with me your experience if you’ve seen her. Alternatively if you have any other gynae from KKH to recommend, that’ll be appreciated as well!
- 2026-01-302nd pregnancy and I'm currently 8 weeks. This pregnancy is very different from my first. My vomiting just stopped, but feel nauseous every night. Also, I can sleep through the night without feeling severe hunger. I put my toddler to bed by 9pm to latest 10pm. And I knock out as soon as my toddler sleeps. I do have insomnia at nights. Is it normal to not feel hungry or wake up to hunger pangs at night?
