2026-09-07Hi moms! Just found out I’m pregnant last week and I’m honestly quite anxious 😭 I was diagnosed with NAFLD a couple of years ago and also had PCOS before getting pregnant. I don’t drink, but I’ve struggled with my weight for a while. I was around 117kg a few months ago and managed to get down to 109kg by cutting sugar and processed foods. Now that I’m pregnant, I’m worried about my liver and the weight gain during pregnancy. Anyone been in a similar situation? Would love to hear your experiences 🙏

Evrytime I am on my period and wearing pads (usually corn/cotton), I notice I get so many tiny bumps like rashes near my butt area. It’s realllly tiny and the area gets reddish and painful. After my period ends, and some days go by, it stops. Then every period, it’s a cycle again… Did this happen to anyone else & what should I do?

2026-09-11Hey fellow mummies, I was provided the option of these three optional tests offered at KKH: 1. Maternal Cytomegalovirus (CMV) Screening 2. Down Syndrome Screening (FTS, NIPT) 3. Pre-Eclampsia Screening As a first time mum and wanting to have that peace of mind, I opted to do all three tests. Wanted to ask, if any of the mummies here did the tests and regret the choices made cause of the results, financial, or any other aspects. And roughly would you be able to provide a rough estimate cost of these tests (Im on subsidised route). Thanks in advance!
