- 2026-08-17I’m currently doing some research before deciding whether to undergo otoplasty, and I’m wondering how soon people are usually able to return to work, school, exercise, and normal daily activities after the procedure. I understand that recovery can vary depending on the individual and the type of surgery, but I’d like to hear about other people’s experiences. I’m also looking into clinics here in Singapore, so does anyone have recommendations for a reputable clinic or surgeon for otoplasty, and what should I consider when choosing one?
- 2026-08-17My husband has been complaining about discomfort around his toes, especially when wearing certain shoes, and I noticed that some of his toes are starting to curl or bend. We are wondering if this could be hammer toes or claw toes. For those who have been through something similar, could you recommend a clinic or foot specialist in Singapore that we could consult?
- 2026-08-17Hi mums, I’d really appreciate some advice. Someone close to me has been experiencing symptoms that may be related to rheumatoid arthritis, and we’re considering seeing a specialist. For those who have gone through something similar, could you recommend a rheumatologist or clinic and share what you looked for when choosing one?
- 2026-08-17My daughter injured her foot during dance practice and now finds it painful to walk. How do you know if it's just a minor injury or something more serious?
- 2026-08-17This is my 3rd pregnancy and it is different from the rest. I felt more lethargic and I just want to sleep. Feeling nausea and no appetite to eat at all. I dont feel like talking too. Do anyone else the same?
- 2026-08-17Hi mummies! I’m currently 39+4 weeks and have a scheduled induction for the 21st due to my GDM. I’ve been feeling off and on pain since the morning at the bottom side of my stomach and now I can feel the pain in my back as well. I read that contractions are supposed to he 45-60 seconds and to time them 5-10 minutes later, but it seems like this pain just is consistent and goes away for a while but comes back with the same intensity.
I can feel baby moving but the movements are slightly less active than normal at this timing.
Please advise if I should head down to the hospital or if I should continue monitoring?

- 2026-08-18Hi mums, I recently found out that I have an ovarian cyst after an ultrasound. I’m feeling a bit worried and would like to get a second opinion to understand whether it needs monitoring or treatment. Has anyone here had a similar experience and can recommend a good doctor or clinic for ovarian cysts?
- 2026-08-18Hi mommies, does anyone ever experience fever and cough in your 3rd trimester? Will that effect your baby development?
- 2026-08-18It’s not easy growing a baby. Mama, to all the mamas around the world, you guys are so strong. 💙
I’d call my first-trimester symptoms relatively mild: fatigue, fewer than five episodes of vomiting, frequent nausea, and giddiness when standing.
Now that I’ve reached my second trimester, I thought things were going to get better. But this morning, I suddenly felt my heart beating fast, my vision turned white, and I ended up vomiting. I took metoclopramide afterwards and took the day off. I texted my gynae afterwards because I felt so helpless.

- 2026-08-18My child has mild ADHD, and I’m wondering if online courses would be helpful for him. Can you recommend any effective online courses?
- 2026-08-18Is it right for online courses to be more expensive than in-person ones? Is it really necessary to sign up for online courses in all three subjects—Chinese, Math, and English? Although studying from home is convenient, I’m worried it won’t be effective and will just be a waste of time.
