- 2026-08-03I'm trying to plan ahead because I work full-time. If you've had bunion surgery, how much time did you take off before returning to work? Does it depend on the type of job you have?
- 2026-08-03I thought my piles had healed, but they seem to return every few months. I'm trying to eat more fibre and drink more water, but it still happens. Has anyone figured out what triggers recurring haemorrhoids?
- 2026-08-03I'm thinking about getting my varicose veins treated because they're becoming more uncomfortable. For those who've already had treatment, was it painful? How long did it take before you could go back to your normal routine?
- 2026-08-03Hi mummies! 🤍
I'm currently pregnant and for the past few weeks, my eyes have been feeling really dry and gritty. Sometimes they get so uncomfortable that I just want to keep them closed. 😅 I read that pregnancy hormones can cause dry eyes, but I wanted to ask if any other mums have experienced the same thing.
Did your dry eyes get better as your pregnancy went on, or did they stay the same until after you gave birth? Did you end up seeing an optometrist or an eye doctor while you were pregnant, and was it safe? Also, were there any eye drops or simple remedies that helped and were safe to use during pregnancy?
I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences. Being pregnant already comes with so many changes, so I'm hoping this is something other mums can relate to. Thank you so much! 🤍

- 2026-08-04Since june this year, my infant has been having this “diarrhoea” episode three times. I’m not sure if it’s exactly diarrhoea because the texture is still pasty but it’s just that she has been pooing frequently (about 1-2 hrs after every feed) and this episode will last abt a week. Anybody else facing this issue as well with their LO? It’s so tiring…
Disclaimer: she’s in IFC since may this year.

- 2026-08-05Hello. Im 36 weeks pregnant.. and I’m having quite a bad rash. Not sure if it’s hives or PUPPP. Having these white little bumps all over. Is it okay to use calamine lotion?
- 2026-08-06i'm feeling really overwhelmed right now because i know in my heart i don't want to go through another pregnancy. i think a medical abortion is the right decision for me, but i'm honestly scared because i don't know what to expect.
for those who've been through it, what was it like? was the pain similar to bad period cramps, or was it much worse? how long did the bleeding last, and was there anything you wish you had known beforehand?
if anyone has recommendations for a kind, non-judgmental doctor or clinic, i'd really appreciate it. thank you so much for sharing your experiences. 🤍
- 2026-08-06Hello!! Just wanna get some opinions on dying hair during pregnancy, or even professional advice you’ve received so far on this?
- 2026-08-06My 7 month old is currently facing separation/stranger anxiety!! Now she can’t see me walk away or she can’t be passed to stranger eventho she has been gg to ifc since 4 month old. She wasn’t like this back then. Recently the teachers feedback that she’s rather cranky at sch cause she doesnt want unfamiliar faces around. Is this normal? Is this a phase?

- 2026-08-07hi there! just wanted to check what other mummies experience during their prenatal check-ups as im a little concerned if i am being overlooked by the doctor that im seeing.
some background information:
34w5d
first time mum
gg the subsidised route at nuh but only doing scans there, any follow-up appointments are done at jurong medical centre (jmc)
did a blood test that says im at risk for pre-eclampsia so i have been monitoring my blood pressure daily and taking aspirin every night too.
during my last growth scan, they mentioned that my baby is small and at 32w1d, his estimated weight was at 1600g only.
just went for my appointment at jmc today and i thought i would be able to see baby and get an estimate of his weight so i know that im eating right to help him grow but, doctor refused to check his weight. all he did was scan to get a visual of baby's heart beating, played the audio for 3 seconds then said "okay, good". couldnt even get a proper view of my baby😭 and when i asked if we could check baby's estimated weight, he said "ill check during the our last visit, im not going to check the weight everytime" 😒 i waited over half an hour for an appointment that lasted less than 5minutes with my queries left unanswered 🤷 and the clinic was not busy as there was only 1 mummy after me.
any similar experiences? and i would appreciate any advice for me. thank you! (:
