- 2026-07-27My teenage son recently injured his knee while playing sports, and the doctor suspects it's an ACL injury. His knee swelled up right away, and he's having trouble walking without pain. We're waiting for further tests, but as a mother I'm worried about whether he'll need surgery or if physical therapy might be enough. Has anyone gone through this with their child? What questions should I ask the orthopedic specialist during our appointment, and how can I help my son recover as safely as possible? #acl
- 2026-07-27Hi mummies! 😊 I'm 18 weeks pregnant with chronic hypertension and currently on medication. Besides taking medication, did anything naturally help keep your blood pressure under control during pregnancy? Any pregnancy-safe tips or foods? Thank you! 💕

- 2026-07-28I'm currently 5 weeks postpartum and have been dealing with really dry, itchy eyes. My vision has also sometimes been blurry, but not all the time, which has been worrying me, i'm wondering if anyone else has gone through something similar.
If you've seen an eye doctor for this, I'd really appreciate any recommendations, especially for someone near Mount Elizabeth. Thank you!
- 2026-07-28Hello mommies. I'm in my 14 weeks 6 days second pregnancy and been having diarrhoea cramps every now and then. Stool has been soft but not watery. Should i be worried? #help_mom
- 2026-07-28Hello mommies. Just wanting to rant. I have an upcoming baby due in January, and a 3 year old girl currently. My husband is now a stable well earned salary worker. He has been in the current industry for two years. Yet he says that he still needs time to save up for the family. He also mentioned that he would still prefer to go for bto, after umpteen times getting rejected. We have been to house viewing cos initially we thought bto and sbf were out from the picture already. Now, without my consent or approval, he said that he would rather wait for bto again. He will try over and over if failed again and again. At the meantime, he wants us to stay with him in a rented apartment with a not so good environment. Mommies.. i'm sure you want your children to grow up in a proper environment. Me and my daughter are currently residing at my parents hdb 5room flat. My husband would spend his week (Mon to Thurs) at my parents home, while the weekend, he returns to his rented apartment. I just don't know how to get him to get a permanent house asap, since resale flat is easier to get now, i supposed. At the same time, he kept mentioning that he doesn't have much savings. So all these while when he told me that he had saved one grand per month, shouldn't that be enough since he has worked in the current job for more than two years? #help_mom #rants
- 2026-07-28Hi mummies! 😊 This is my first pregnancy, and I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant. I’ve noticed that many mums seem to be taking various supplements throughout their pregnancy.
My gynae hasn’t mentioned anything apart from folic acid, so that’s the only supplement I’ve been taking so far. Is that normal? Are there any other supplements that are considered essential or recommended during pregnancy?
Just wondering what everyone else is taking. Thanks in advance! ❤️

- 2026-07-28Hi I’m in my 2nd week post partum. My milk supply has been very low, per pump both side only 15ml can't seem to increase. Is this normal? Will it slowly increase? I'm taking sunflower lecithin & cash cow fron legendairy for 4th day now, nothing changed. I pump every 3hourly.
Anyone had the same experience? Please share with me your experience, whether your milk did increase!

- 2026-07-29First time mummy here, aldy went for first scan at kkh via poly referral. ive heard alot of scary birth stories at KKH and was wondering if SGH is better? And how to go about transferring? Any advice on which path i should go?

- 2026-07-30I have been seeing my gynae for about 3 years now, and been through cyst removal ops last year. Gynae is very experienced and swift, assuring which comforted me and my husband alot, so we trust him. However, with the pregnancy now, he is too expensive, hence, am considering kkh private. Anyone can share the pros and cons, along with the costs incurred? Thank you!#help_mom #firsttimemom
- 2026-07-30Lately my toddler has been refusing to drink enough water. I've tried offering different cups and reminding them throughout the day, but it's still a struggle. 😔
Has anyone experienced this too? Any tips that worked for your little one?
- 2026-07-30Hello mommies. I'm expecting my 2nd baby and have thought of cutting my fallopian tube once i give birth next year. I just can't handle the daily all day morning sickness i am having and i had, throughout my 15 weeks of pregnancy. I can't even enjoy foods. It's pretty stressfull. 😭 #needadviceplease

- 2026-07-30Hi mummies! 🤍
Ever since I gave birth, I've been having this tingling, pins and needles kind of pain in my lower back that sometimes seems to run down from my back. I'm wondering if it could be sciatica, but I'm really not sure.
I kept thinking it would go away on its own while taking care of my little one, but it's still there and I'm starting to get worried. Has anyone experienced this after giving birth? If you did, could you recommend a good doctor? I'd really appreciate any recommendations. Thank you so much! 🥹 #help_mom
