- 2026-01-07i was sleeping from 8.30pm until 6.30am (i was tired lol) & at around 6am, i was woken up by constant rhythmic movement on my lower belly. i’m going 22 weeks & its my first time feeling constant tapping/movements. it lasted for 15-20 seconds. i realised i was lying down on my back, so i switched position to the right & finally it stopped. what causes it? #please_help

- 2026-01-09Just sent my 3 day old newborn to polyclinic for jaundice check up. Her jaundice level reaches up to 232 and was sent for blood test and dr told me blood test shows jaundice level was 217 and test is ok. So is it perfectly normal for newborn’s jaundice level to be above the average chart? Worried mum here 😰

I am currently week 7 and I am nervous because my appointment is next week and currently do not have any symptoms except for tender breasts and frequent urination. I do feel abit nauseous at week 6 but I do not feel anything now. Should I be worried?

- 2026-01-10been feeling so down and moody & to make matters worse, husband doesnt even care how i feel. and when i explain to him abt my feelings, he brushes them off and says im being too petty & that i shud not be like that. he doesnt show me any love anymore eversince i got pregnant and started putting on weight. he even made a remark the other day about how i was lazy and always tired and not doing much around the house and instead just putting on weight. I feel so down and sometimes wish i dont have to see him ever again. like how can a person not be empathetic at all? just because im not working right now doesnt mean you have to belittle me? i still have 2 other toddlers whom i'm also looking after so im definitely tired. but this husband only sees his job as tiring and im just lazying around the house. I dont even know what to do now. How to even stay positive? 😢😢😢
