2025-08-12Hi, my son has been going to the same preschool since infant care. However, recently he started being afraid to go to class and has a habit of rubbing his hands and putting his fingers in his mouth. I had enquire with his class teacher which she has responded by saying she has also taken notice on this but he might me mimicking his classmates behaviour but what stood out to her is that during playtime he would choose to isolate himself and hide under the table or play in a corner by himself. She told me that she will observe his behaviour in class and keep us posted. Would like to seek advise from fellow mummy if you guys have faced such issues and what helped. #Needadvice

I didn’t realise how hard it would be to even find 10 minutes just for myself — sometimes I can’t even finish a cup of tea while it’s still hot! I’m curious, how do you carve out those little pockets of “me time” in your day? Even if it’s just a few minutes, what do you like to do that helps you recharge — a quick shower, scrolling your phone, a short walk, or something else?
