- 2025-07-07Hi mummies, I’m a first-time mummy currently 33 weeks pregnant and looking for some advice.
Lately, I’ve been experiencing shortness of breath along with a feeling of mucus or phlegm clogging my airways. It’s really hard to clear and makes me feel uncomfortable, especially when I’m walking or trying to concentrate at work. My nose also feels quite stuffy.
Has anyone else experienced this in late pregnancy? Is it safe to use a nasal rinse or saline spray to relieve this kind of congestion? I’m considering asking my OBGYN, but I’d love to hear if others have gone through the same and what helped you feel better.

- 2025-07-08Would like to ask how should I ensure that my milk is not "contaminated" if I occasionally have to go onsite to dusty environments. I am worried that my clothes might contain some fine dust from the site. Anyone in a similar situation? Any advice?
The nursing room is clean. Should I prepare a separate set of clothes to change into to pump? But sometimes I get sweaty and sticky from going onsite

- 2025-07-08Hi mummies! Just wondering if anyone has experienced this. My period is about 2 weeks late (I have a 35–40 day cycle). I took two PTs earlier — both were negative. Then one showed positive last week, but the next morning it was negative again. I did a blood test at the GP, also negative.
Still no period and I’m feeling pregnancy symptoms. Could I have miscalculated my cycle (ovulation especially), or am I just not pregnant? Or is it chemical pregnancy?

- 2025-07-08Im a muslim mom of 2 and youngest at only 7 months old. Families doesn’t know about this yet so i try to be anonymous… I registered for divorce for the reason being i really dont have feelings for husband. Not the regular out of love but i literally hit the limit with his attitude. Rude, disrespectful every time everywhere he wants . Even to my parents for the smallest reasons. Talked about it, and still the same. 5 years of this and i cant take it anymore. Just want to ask, what are the chances of the court allowing the divorce for this reason? I really dont think i can stay under the same roof anymore
- 2025-07-09Dear Parents,
I'm sharing this on behalf of a family member in hopes of getting some guidance or support.
My sister-in-law went through a divorce in 2023. She currently has full care and control of her two children (ages 6 and 4), while joint custody is shared with her ex-husband.
Unfortunately, her ex-husband has been emotionally manipulating their 6-year-old son by telling him harmful and untrue things. For example, he told the child that the money he pays for child maintenance ($500 per child, totaling $1,000) is being spent by the mother on other men — which is completely false. These comments are affecting the child emotionally.
Even more disturbingly, the father told the boy about a past miscarriage the mother had, leading the 6-year-old to ask her, “Why did you k*ll my brother?” — a deeply inappropriate and traumatic thing for a child to hear.
Whenever the children return from their father’s place, they show signs of distress. The older boy throws tantrums, lacks sleep, and is often overstimulated from playing too many games. Even the father's own parents acknowledge that he doesn't properly care for the kids — not even helping with basic needs like feeding or bathing them.
In addition, he frequently sends my sister-in-law aggressive and accusatory text messages, continuing to harass and blame her unfairly.
Can she apply for a full custody ?
What is the legal process to do this ?
Can she limit or supervise the father's access if he is emotionally harming the children ?
Pls share your advises...
- 2025-07-09You may have heard that how your baby is born can affect their gut health and even their immunity... but is that really true?
This month, we’re diving into the connection between C-section deliveries and a child’s gut and immune development with Dr Jeanette Tan, Paediatrician at Parkway East Paediatric Clinic.
From the early formation of a child’s gut microbiome to their ability to fight off infections, this is your chance to learn what science says, and how you can support your little one from the start. Whether you're currently pregnant or already navigating parenthood, this session is for you.

I have been experiencing diaper leakage at the waist area for my little one. Do anyone have the same problem as me? I have ensured that the inner flaps are out and the diaper is not loose. I have no idea what could the issue be.
Even when her diaper is not full, sometimes there will still be leakage.. So my little one always have 4-5 outfit change in a day. 😅 Hope that i can fix this issue soon! Thank you!
