- 2025-03-19My LO is turning 5 months in a few days. He used to sleep in the baby cot. His last milk for the day is usually 9-9.30pm and he is on full FM.
Few weeks ago, he started to wake up every 30mins-1hr. So we decided to let him co sleep recently. Past few nights he started to toss and turn and fuss, sometimes he flips over to his tummy while still asleep. I had to turn him back.
I am afraid it will affect the quality of his sleep or his breathing. Anyone experienced the same? Does it resolve?

- 2025-03-209w FTM here.
From last week, I started developing this itchy rash on my breasts, it runs down the side of my waist, and some on my back. I have got a few spots on my left wrist too.
Don't know what's going on as I didn't eat anything new, or change shower gel.
I have seen a polyclinic doctor today who said it doesn't look like dust allergy, and asked me to go back next week to be seen by a dermatologist.
Anyone has the same issue? I never had eczema before.
- 2025-03-20My LO just turned one last week, should I continue with feeding her formula (stage 3) or already start on UHT milk? She doesn’t eat a lot of solids yet, mainly porridge as she’s teething and fussy.

- 2025-03-20Hi, if counted from my last first menstrual date, then it should be 7th week of pregnancy while I was having my first ultrasound. However, there’s only a gestational sac with size around 1.12cm seen. No embryo yet 🥲 I know that my menstrual cycle is around 33-35 days in average. Anyone has the same experience?
Many thanks and hope everyone is enjoying and having a safe pregnancy and parenting journey!
- 2025-03-20Easy to bring around. But I prefer a bigger, stronger nail clipper.
- 2025-03-20We're trying to figure out what's better for us to get... daytime confinement nanny / night time confinement nanny / helper with infant care experience?
We have booked already for confinement food delivery so cooking isn't really needed.

My mense supposed to come on 9th March but it delayed for two day 11th March I thought it was mense at first but after that it only for one day and the blood is lesser than usual. I went to see tcm on that day (11th) for shoulder pain and the tcm check my pluse said I'm pregnant. This morning (19th) I test with clearblue test kit show neg. Should I go polyclinic to test blood or just wait till my next period in early April ? Thank you. Abit confused here.

- 2025-03-21Hi Mummies,
Anyone used Perineal cold pad after natural birth? Is it useful? How many pads are used/changed in a day? Do you use it together with the maternity pad, or just use this on its own as a pad for half an hour?

I feel useless as i am stay at home mom with 2 preschool kids yet can't seem to make the house clean enough. Always looking messy after cleanup.
- 2025-03-22Ever since my child was born, my marriage has been getting worse and worse. Talking to my husband has been a daunting thing for me as I feel my voice could never be heard or he would get offended. I often feel I am fighting myself as he listens more to his family. I know I might be the first time Mom with lack of experience and all. But I also did my homework, I read from various resources, I got input too from my family, but whenever it comes to applying suggestions, always his family's ones come first. I know it might sound immature and selfish, to just take from this point to keep thinking about separation. But I just feel unvalued, disrespected and not trusted at all as a wife. I feel bad seeing my son to go through many episodes of me breaking down since the day he was born. I often blame myself for the decision of sticking to him and married him. I feel so overwhelmed and exhausted. There was a time we had a big fight and he said to me: "The only reason he still stays with me is because of my child." And when I said to him I want a full custody of my child if he wants to divorce me, he replied me with disdain, "You don't even have a financial capability to do that." I used to confide with him on my personal struggle but hearing those words, just awaken me and reminded me that I could not trust him anymore. I feel betrayed. If anyone ever go through a similar experience like mine, could you share what did you do to make yourself feel better? Thanks.
- 2025-03-22I have been married for 3 years to my husband and just had a child 5 m.o of age. We have been having more tensions ever since my baby was born. Mainly because I felt he listens more to his family instead of me as his wife. And because he is an introvert and does not speak up, whenever some bad remarks come from his family, he also just kept quiet and pretend nothing happened. I felt that my feelings are neglected nor I can open up with him because all our discussions will usually end up in a fight. I feel very overwhelmed and under pressure living together. Weekly visit to in law's place is always a dreadful thing for me to face. I started to blame myself for many things, for marrying him, for having a child, I feel really bad and selfish as a mother :(
- 2025-03-22Sulphate and paraben free shampoo. Scalp feels good after use too.
- 2025-03-22How do I not invite certain relatives as we aren't close yet they like to gossip and asked alot of questions and start to give you their old-minded advices The sad thing is - they are considered my close relatives (my mom's siblings)?
HELP.
