2024-12-02Hi moms, I’m a 2nd time mom and with my first, I started feeling baby movement at 12 weeks. I’m currently pregnant with my 2nd (at 16 weeks now) and this time round I felt it as early as 9 weeks. I thought it was just my imagination, but when I went for scan at 12 weeks, then I realised that what I felt were real cos baby was super duper active doing somersaults and sliding and punching and kicking like nobody’s business 😂 But since yest I couldn’t feel any movement. Baby is usually very active and punches/kicks hard so I’m starting to feel worried if there’s anything wrong inside 😢 Shld I try to wait it out today and tmr to feel for baby, or shld I just immediately go A&E?

2024-12-02FTM, want to ask if anyone encounter freezing the breast milk in the freezer but it does not freeze after 1 day even though the temperature stated is -19 degree Celsius. It is cold and the breast milk is like liquid format changing to semi solid in a way. Quantity is about 100-150 ml per package. Is it still safe for baby c consumption ?
2024-12-02I delivered my baby after induction and was on epidural for a long time. My right leg was numb all the while. It's been 2 weeks and my right leg is very painful. Is it normal after epidural? Will this pain ever go away?

2024-12-02Hi Mummies, am a FTM who just gave birth one month ago.. Been latching, pumping etc and I got so tired I missed alarms for night pump several times. Yesterday, missed my alarm to wake bb up for night feed and bb didn't wake up either - ended up feeding almost 7 hours later :( Today, bb suddenly regurgitated milk out from her mouth and nose. Though it wasn't a lot; it shocked me so much. I feel so guilty as a mom.. I wish I know how to handle things properly..
2024-12-02How to prevent baby from flipping in his sleep at night? My husband and I are so tired from consistently waking up to check on our 5 months old baby in case he decided to block his airway. And he will flip to his tummy again whenever we tried to flip him back to his back. He hasn’t learn how to flip from tummy to back.
2024-12-03Hi, I'm at Week 37 and my baby did not seem to increase weight from week 35 scan and gynae showed me the placenta has white spots already, degrating as nearing EDD. Been trying to take food such as yogurt, red meat, nuts, fruits, milk, maternity milk, ice cream, snacks to boost weight. Going for another scan in 2 days and if no additional weight gain, doctor will highly suggest to deliver the next day or day after so baby can absorb better nutrients and grow outside the womb. I'm worried about the options of induction and C section, saw some mummies saying induction takes around 30 hours and it's painful, C section is faster but more painful recovery. 2024-12-04Hey all, good day! I wanna ask you guys about something, i caught my husband on dating/hooking up apps recently. I dont know if i'm being over dramatic or not. I was not able to see their conversation, when confronted, he admitted that he has been doing it everytime we having argument (married for about 5 years). Our sex frequency is honestly not that high, but in my opinion, he rarely initiates too. We have a 3 year old kid. When i was pregnant, i had the placenta previa condition which prevent me from having sex with him. Our sex frequency also was not that high even before we got pregnant. When asked abt the apps, he said he just did it because he was not getting enough from me. I admit I rarely initiate the sex . So my question is, is it normal that i feel so mad and thinking about a divorce? Would you do the same?

2024-12-05Hi ladies! I’m currently 39w + 3 and no signs of labor yet. Getting a little worried but gynae assured me that all is well - baby head is down and engaged but needs to be a bit more as he is near the bladder now and she wants him even lower. She also mentioned that baby’s face is turned toward my belly (basically sunny side up) and she wants him to face my back. I do get the occasional tightening and false contractions but no regular contractions so far. Any tips and tricks? This is my first baby, heard it’ll usually take longer for baby to be out but I’m so exhausted already 🥲
2024-12-06My 5 months old baby has been sleeping a lot since birth. He sleeps through the night, and in the day he will take 1-2 naps that can stretch up to 3-4 hours per nap and then 2-3 30mins ish naps. Is that normal? His infant care teacher was shocked that he is sleeping this much. Sometimes I will have to dream feed him if it is way pass his feed time. He is bottle fed with ebm. Thanks!
2024-12-06Hello mummies, anyone experienced random heavy bleeding with a gush for a few episodes during pregnancy? I’ve experienced my first heavy bleed with blood clot during week 6, and was asked to be hospitalized with 100% bed rest for at least 1-2 weeks. Fast forward to week 9, there’s the sudden gush with blood clot again. Doc said there’s cases like that, and just need 100% bed rest for a period of time. The only activity i did was light walking, and no carrying of things except for my phone throughout the past weeks. But thankfully the baby’s heart is still beating well during the check on the day of heavy bleeding. Can I check if anyone else experienced this? Is this really “normal” during first trimester? 2024-12-06Hi all, Today I've experienced bleeding with big blood clot when wiping my v to confirm after I pooped(4days constipated) as i saw blood in my stools. So I've double confirm where the blood came from. So I've confirmed they are from my v. My period are regular and is 10 days away. I'm feeling more cramps and uncomfortable at my womb areas. The whole noon and evening don't have anymore bleeding. Right now at night, currently in kkh having my blood test, when I pee there's abit of bright fresh red spots. I've never experienced Such a big blood clot during my menses or before my menses. I'm so helpless and scared. Anyone know whats happening?(I'm not sure if I'm pregnant since it's 10days away my period)

2024-12-0738wks pregnant w 2 yrs old toddler. Im struggling with daily sciatica pain on my right lower limp since my third trimester begin. I couldnt care for my toddler well when she needs me. I cant move at all. On and off bed has been a struggle. Tears hasnt been foreign for my eyes everyday. This 2nd pregnancy hasnt been easy for me physically, mentally and emotionally. Going to the dr, its always normal is their answer. ,😭😭😭
