2024-10-14Im exclusively pumping milk only. 1 mth in, & i’ll get random nipple pain— gastric pain feel but on the nipple? Ive got mastitis too but the pain keeps coming back. Its so painful that I cant even carry my baby properly ☹️ & when I pump, not much milk flows out… i ended up taking painkiller all the time but till when? Anyone facing the same issue?
2024-10-14Just went for my 33+4 check up + growth scan. Baby's currently weighing 2KG and is very near my cervix. Will labour be near since baby's near my cervix? Gynae told me all's good and to come back in 3 weeks time! Been having lightning crotch, braxton hicks, lower back pain and constipation for a week already. TIA!

2024-10-15My baby boy is 1 month & 17 days old today.. As a FTM, so far i'm managing well even though my confinement plan was in a mess. I delivered him through c-sect and i spent literally almost first 2 weeks away from him due to re-admission to the hospital for surgery complications. When i hear my parents blessing him to grow up soon, i wished he stayed the way he is now so i can enjoy the moment with my cutie.. My hubby and I are both melted by him, we both even considered having a second baby even though i'm aware that this shouldn't be in our plan anytime soon due to the major surgery i had earlier. Sometimes i wish i can turn back or freeze the clock.. Any mummies & daddies experience the same?

2024-10-16Hi mummies with formula fed newborn! May I know how often does your newborn poop and what FM are they drinking? My newborn is 24 days old, initially she poops twice or thrice per day. But now it’s once every 2 days and currently drinking NAN SUPREME HA. I was wondering if I should change FM and any recommendation please 😞 she is crying a lot and farting a lot. My first child was FM as well with NAN HA and I remembered he pooped a lot in a day. But second child seems to have problem with pooping. Hope to get some input from mummies! Thank you!!

2024-10-16My 2 days old newborn baby discharged from hospital with both ear hearing test fail. The test didn’t reach the line bar. Need to come again for another urine test sample for hearing. Did any mummy have the same experience as me? Im worried. I cant even have a peaceful mind & sleep thinking about him. I love him so much, looking at his adorable face.. i hope the next test will pass. My son givebirth normal delivery, 40weeks and 2.75kg.

2024-10-17Hello mummies! I suddenly got a job offer and will start work on Monday. My current pumping schedule is 6am, 12pm, 8pm, 12am. I dont think is possible for me to pump on my first day of work. If i drop my pump at 12pm, that will be 14 hrs of not pumping. I afraid i might get mastitis.. anyone mummies pump & dump at toilet during lunch hours??? Help :( how should i go about it..

2024-10-17Hi My last period is 11/9/2024 and i have been ttc for 2nd baby for 8 months. My average cycle is 40 days and my next expected period is due on 19/10/2024. However, my instinct told me to test on 14/10/2024 and it came out positive. I tested thrice. 2 with cheap kit and 1 with clearblue. All came out to be positive. Just curious if this means anything? For my first born, it came out positive only 1 day after i missed my period.

2024-10-17Hi everyone, I am 35w5d into my pregnancy and I recently started feeling rhythmic pulses in my belly. These pulses are stronger when I lie down, stay for around 15 mins and then stop. This happens a lot of times during the day. This is definitely not baby's movement nor the heartbeat. I am not sure if this is normal since I read a lot of scary stuff online for pulses in belly. My appointment is next week, so I am not sure if I should consult doctor now or just wait until next week. Anyone has any idea about it?

2024-10-17Hi I have a toddler 2 yrs old. He’s a bit adventurous, especially while eating. After 5 min, he will remove his safety belt and stand up on the chair and play. It’s becoming dangerous and our helper is unable to handle. Can’t use normal chair as he won’t eat. Please recommend if you have a better high chair for our little one.

2024-10-18Had a fight with husband today. I wanna take a break from taking care 2 months old. He did try to best to support whenever he is around. But I'm so overwhelmed and tired and exhausted. I had support from my mum but I still have to take care mostly by myself. Appreciate what my mum did. But I can't help to feel so suffocated. So I know I have to talk to someone - my husband which ended up in a fight. He then took my son to visit clinic without informing me. I mean I was just ranting out to him and now I felt leftout from my son clinic visit. I only realised when I heard the door open and closed. Went out to find that I was abandoned. Should I be angry for not informing me? Or should I appreciate that he let me rest? But I only can feel I'm been leftout.

2024-10-19Hi all, is it really inadvisable to sleep on your back during pregnancy? I’m not used to sleeping on my sides as my arms tend to go numb or ache in the middle of the night, and prefer to sleep on my back (or even belly down!) but have seen horror stories that it increases the risk of stillborn…? Any advice or just how to make sleeping sideways for comfortable would be greatly appreciated!

2024-10-19My bb suddenly have rashes on her face and body and it’s quite bad. To make matters worse, she is in her drooling stage so it’s really hard. Doc said its probably eczema. I feel so so sad because I feel bad for her and I feel like I failed at taking good care of her. I know she probably has it cos my husband has eczema too but I can’t help but to cry looking at her now. Doctor prescribed her with mild steroid cream. May I know how long will it take for her skin to be smooth again? Any tips on how to manage? Any brands I should use? Im currently using mustela everything. ☹️☹️
2024-10-19My gosh I can’t stand my body odour which suddenly become so stinky during pregnancy! My usual deodorant isn’t working and I’m on my 2nd new brand of pregnancy safe deodorant. Tried Mama’s choice which is useless for me and now trying Tom’s. The odour is ruining my tops too 😫

2024-10-19Im not sure how to describe but my 4.5 month old baby recently started to fiddle his hair/scalp right above the ear. It's like he is kind of scratching the spot. Only does on right side of head. No signs of irritability / distress and also no visible rashes. Is it normal? Went to google and results say might be ear infection / discovering got ears / teething but I'm not sure Edit: thank you everyone! It seems like sleepy cue / possible teething after reading your suggestions and trying to look out for patterns :)
