2024-09-30Hi mummies, i feel down in the toilet today due to it being slippery but i manage to panic enough to lower the impact by falling on my butt, but i'm afraid about anything happening to baby. My first appointment to the gynae is in 3 days so i was wondering if i shld wait it out or look for emergency help. What should i do?
2024-09-30Mummies, is it okay to fast 3 days while BF? I couldn't shed the last 8kg and I'm feeling so depressed... i got to admit I eat little but I drink a cup of zero sugar milktea (my source of happy food) to keep my sanity.. On the other hand, I am feeling so sad as I couldnt fit into my old clothing. Any recommendations to lose weight fast?

2024-09-30I have 2 boys (3 & 4yo) and I’m currently pregnant with #3. The reason I wanted to ask around is because my symptoms for #3 are so different from #1 & #2. My confinement lady told me maybe I’m having a girl from the symptoms I’m experiencing. I’m happy with either a boy or a girl and I’m not very superstitious but let’s hear what are your experiences! 😆 Baby #1 : - Bad nausea & heart burn (nausea subsided after 4m) - Minimal and slow weight gain (gained 12kg total) - tummy shape is pointy Baby #2 - slightly better nausea symptoms - minimal and slow weight gain (gained 13kg total) - tummy shape is pointy Baby #3 (current) - horrible nausea during month 1 & 2, had to be doing bed rest most of the time. Very bad appetite. - immense hunger… every 1-2hrs after a meal hungry again - Pimple galore 😂 never had pimples like that even through puberty - Quicker weight gain, even though I’m not eating much?! 😂 (gained 2kg so far at 11weeks) *Reposting because I posted in the wrong category*
2024-09-30what do you usually ask at a parent teacher conference? my son is 10 months old. my comcern is how is her speech development doing as I know teachers are not always there to talk to the kids at IFC. my son is our first child and not sure what to expect for milestone. milestone says suppose to able to say some syllables but we not sure if he is actually doing it or we are just imagining it. what else should I be asking pertaining to development?

2024-09-30Hi mummies! I had a scan about a week ago but doctor said he could not see yolk sac or fetal pole. I thought I was 7-8 weeks but doctor said could be early and I'm going for another scan next week. Photo attached my scan. Any thoughts or success stories would be greatly appreciated.

2024-09-30Hello! Anyone knows if there is any indoor playground or something similar that I can bring my 7 month old infant to? He is still in the crawling stage but he is learning to stand & climb. He likes to explore standing up & climbing at home. Hence, I want to find a playground or a play area which I can bring him to play and develop his skills better.

He’s somewhat picky with food, doesn’t eat that much solid & he drop his milk intake. Currently he drop even more to about 400ml is this normal?? 2024-10-01I have some really bad trust issues. How do you trust someone who have lied to about their past. How do you convince yourself they won't cheat on you when you find them stalking someone else. You caught it a couple of time, and they just say its coincidence. Opinion from both gender will be good to know.

2024-10-01I don’t know what to say I’m so heartbroken. Baby has been drinking both my breast milk and formula for one month and yesterday we had a long day so he drank formula more thn breast milk. My aunt didn’t wake me up and I slept thru the night. Today my baby didn’t want my milk at all. He latch for awhile then cry. And my aunt would make comments like ur milk not nice that’s why he don’t want. She’s always insisting I give him bottle. Im so done she would make bottles when I told her I’m going to give him my milk. She would also proceed to give my baby bottles after he nurse’s because apparently my milk is not nutritious and he’s not full. How I wish she knows how draining it is to breastfeed. I tahan all the pain at the start because I want MY baby to drink my BREASTMILK
2024-10-01Hi! My baby is turning 4 months in a few days but it seems like sleep regression has started. He used to be able to self soothe to sleep for his first two naps of the day when I put him down awake. But for all naps and bedtime now, he would fuss the moment he is laid down in the cot. Bedside soothing isn't working out too.. we've been carrying him until very drowsy before we put him down in the cot. Was wondering if any experienced parents have done gentle sleep training and how did you do it? how long did it take?

2024-10-01I think its baby hiccup from what i researched. Im 32 weeks now. I feel like there is this sensation daily for about 1-2mins of pulsating heartbeat bt like consistent feel. Is it normal? I read from net is absolutely normal. Any mommies experience the same?

2024-10-02Before I start work, I have been latching baby a few times a day. My baby loved me to latch and can latch for quite long. Now that I am back to work, I started not to latch my baby anymore (zero or one time) as I’m very tired after work and long traveling time back home. My baby is slowly rejecting my boobs whenever I try to latch him. I don’t know why am I feeling heartbroken and bittersweet. Somehow I miss the bonding and times I look at him latching, but not the painful suction from him. I hope he won’t forget I’m the mommy too 🥲 How do I make him latch back again? Is this a nursing strike? Or baby is unfamiliar with latching since I have stopped latching now?
