- 2024-09-10Hi all, have been experiencing some crampy feeling at the lower abdomen, sometimes right side/middle.
Besides the sciatica I’m having, I’m guessing this is…..round ligament pain? A bit worried so just wanna know it is a cause of concern?

- 2024-09-10How do you tell your mother in law that it is inappropriate for her to be changing my daughter’s diaper in front of the male members in the family? My husband even said that we want to change her diaper in the room but my mother in law insist for it to be changed in the living room where everyone is. It doesn’t help that my husband GRANDFATHER AND FATHER look at her being changed?!?! I truly believe my daughter’s private part shouldn’t be seen by males. It’s very frustrating?! Not the first time. Gosh.

- 2024-09-10My baby will be 1 month soon. Been giving her formula milk lactogen 1 and I realise for the past few weeks she is having constipation. Will only poop after 4 days. or some days she will poop like very small hard stool. But so far no vomiting or rash. Want to try to change the formula milk. Any recommendations on what formula milk is good for constipation newborn?

Mount E Novena is more expensive and has only 1 bed option while Thomson is slightly less expensive and has 2 bed options (but I heard it’s commercialised and does not have full facilities in case of emergency you will need to be shifted to KKSH). - 2024-09-11Hi, do you usually buy a breast pump before or after delivery? I bought one previously, but after two months of breastfeeding, I switched to formula due to low milk supply. Now, some parts of the pump are missing, and I'm considering buying a new one for my second baby. Should I wait until after delivery to get it, as I'm unsure how much milk I’ll be able to produce?

i am currently at 39 weeks, no signs of labour yet. During 38 weeks, baby is 2.8kg during check up.
Im afraid if baby is too big or heavy, i am unable to push out due to my small size.
Thinking of induction on my next appointment with gynae which i will be 39 weeks and 4 days but not sure what is the ideal weight to induce.
Can i get some advice please?
- 2024-09-14My newborn at wk3 start to chabge it's sleeping pattern. She need to be carried to sleep throughout, once put down she will wake up and cry untill she is carried again. Sometime she wont sleep but keep crying. Anyone experience this and any solution?

- 2024-09-14I have been putting formula powder into bottle before I put water and recently realise it's wrong 😭
Now I change to water first then powder but there's always a 20ml increase.
If I make formula using 150ml water and it ends up as 170ml, do I count as my baby drink 150ml or 170ml if he finish?
And if he don't finish and left 50ml, is it considered drink 170-50=120ml or 150-50=100ml?
