- 2024-04-22Website designers in Singapore play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate a brand’s message and engage its target audience. To excel in this role, proficiency in website design software is essential.
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator are commonly used tools for creating website mockups, wireframes, and graphic elements. These software programs enable designers to unleash their creativity, experiment with different design concepts, and bring their ideas to life with precision and finesse.
In addition to graphic design software, proficiency in website development tools is also crucial for website designer Singapore. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are the foundational languages of the web, allowing designers to translate their designs into functional, interactive websites. Content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is widely used for building and managing websites, offering intuitive interfaces and customizable templates that streamline the website development process. Furthermore, proficiency in responsive website design principles is essential for modern website designers.
With the proliferation of mobile devices, ensuring that websites are optimized for various screen sizes and devices is paramount. Tools like Adobe XD provide designers with the ability to create responsive designs and prototypes, allowing them to preview and test their designs across different devices and screen resolutions. Beyond technical proficiency, effective communication and collaboration skills are also essential for website designers.
Collaborating with clients, developers, and other stakeholders requires clear communication, active listening, and the ability to translate feedback and requirements into actionable design solutions. Project management tools can help streamline workflows, track project milestones, and facilitate collaboration among team members.
In conclusion, proficiency in website design Singapore software is an asset for professionals in the digital age. Mastering the tools and techniques of website design can open up exciting opportunities for creativity, innovation, and professional growth. By staying updated on the latest trends and technologies website designers can position themselves to be success in this dynamic and rapidly evolving field.

- 2024-04-22Hi fellow mummies. FTM here. My newborn of 2 weeks is now drinking about 90-100ml per feed and gets hungry within 3 hours regardless of BM or FM. I read that the appetite of newborn between 3 days to 1 month old their appetite should be 60-90ml. It is now only 2 weeks and going to be over 90ml soon.
Is this normal? Will this lead to overfeeding? Thanks!
- 2024-04-22how many ml should my 9mo baby be drinking per feed?
currently LO is only drinking 150ml per feed, 5-6 times a day, fully formula fed. im not sure if i should increase milk or not…

- 2024-04-22My baby keeps getting startled while sleeping, then just starts crying suddenly. What to do?
She only had an hour of sleep today because she keeps waking up startled, even though it's quiet in the house and no one is touching them. I feel sorry for my baby, they can't get any proper sleep...
but it's probably because of me that don't want to try sleep training. everyone seems to be doing so?? i just dont have the heart to do it even though i have read a lot of advantages come with it. anyone has similar experience?

- 2024-04-22I gave birth to my son in march and since my discharge, life at home has been drastically different. The first few days were the toughest. I remember just continuously crying to my husband because every damn thing came at once. Handling baby, pumping, having sore nipples, rock hard breasts, low supply and little sleep...it was just so overwhelming. I expected it to be hard but not to this extent...
One of the most stressful part of this experience is breast feeding. Since my son had to stay in the hospital for a while, he was bottle fed there. Given this he has developed preference for bottle. So when I went home, he refused my breast. Once, I forcefully gave him my breast, and he bruised my nipple. It was so pain and frankly the only reason why I kept trying was because my husband and in law was giving me a shitty hard time, saying that formula is not as good and that I should try to breastfeed. I honestly resent them in that moment because they have no idea what I was going thru. My breast was hurting and all they kept saying was just try and try to breastfeed, invalidating my feelings.
Dear mothers I don't wish to scare you but please take care of yourself during post partum. There is no denying that it will be stressful. My husband during pregnancy was so thoughtful and caring. Now he still is but of course with the baby, priority goes to baby. I won't fault him. Things are different w a baby. Try to get as much help from your parents/family/friends. Get confinement food sorted. Get someone to help w the night shift. It's going to be tough but honestly when we walk out of this, there's really nothing else we mothers can't do. We give birth to a human baby (with no epi), have stitches, walk the next day, pump for our lil one every 3 hours and run on very very little sleep. I love my husband but men really have no idea what we go through...
- 2024-04-22Recently me and my husband have been arguing over different parenting style. We are both working full time so we agreed to let my in laws to care for my LO. However, things started to be a little out of control when my in laws couldn’t care for my LO at most times. They will be caring for other grandchildren, bringing my LO to car rides while chauffeuring other grandchildren, make frequent plans to travel and expecting me and my husband to take leaves to care for my LO in their absence.
I suggested to send my LO to infant care and in this case, everyone will be happy and convenient. We as the parents can work without worries, my LO can get proper care and attention and my in laws can care for their grandchildren and travel as and when they want to. But it seems like I’m the only one who like this idea. My husband and my in laws are strongly against sending my LO to infant care saying that she has missed watching her kids growing up so she want to make up. But in my mind, this is my kid, not yours, why do you wanna interfere with how I want to raise my kid just because you missed your chance?
HELP!!!

- 2024-04-23For the past 2 days, my baby's stool color hasn't been normal... Several times it was pale (kind of gray/white)... Then this morning it had a hint of blood/red color. But my in-laws assured me that it's normal. Maybe they ate something red. I'm not sure, but I feel uncomfortable going against my in-laws' words. Has anyone experienced the same thing here?
- 2024-04-23Hi
FTM.
I’ve been taking home cooked bird nest twice daily and I’m in my 5th week . Does anyone think it will cause any issues ?
- 2024-04-23Sometimes I feel sad so deep that it's hard to put into words. My baby, now 2 years old, the little one who always charms with their innocent smile, never knows that I am her mother. It's been a year since she came into this world, yet they still refer to me as "auntie" every time we meet.
Initially, the decision to entrust them to my cousin felt like the right one. I was pregnant out of wedlock, at an age deemed too young by my family to have a child. My cousin, let's just call her Rachel, kindly offered to adopt and raise them as her own.
Despite it being an act of great love, I can't deny the pain that creeps into my heart every time my daughter calls Rachel "mom." Each "mom" comes out of my baby's mouth feels like a stabbing reminder of the fact that I never got the chance to be her mother.
But on the other hand, I feel relieved. I see how much love Rachel and our family have for my daughter. They care for them with tenderness, giving them a happy and loving life. Although they may never know that I am their mother, I am grateful that they are growing up in an environment filled with love and warmth......
Gosh, I really can't hold my tears now
- 2024-04-23sorry if it sounds too vulgar, but this is what I've experienced. Hopefully, someone can respond...
Since I got pregnant, for some reason, my husband seems to be more aroused. He always wants to have sex almost every day. I've said, "Maybe not every day... I'm worried something might happen to our baby," but he always says it'll be slow, and he also wants to make the most of the time before I can't anymore (meaning after childbirth, I'll definitely need to recover and focus on taking care of the child for a while).
I had a little bleeding once, and we went straight to the hospital. The doctor suggested reducing the frequency of having sex. It was reduced for a while, but a week later, it happened again...
I'm confused about how to handle it. He seems a bit selfish... but on the other hand, I understand he needs it. What should I do, parents?
- 2024-04-23Parents, is it true that if our pregnant belly is round and compact shape it means we're having a boy? my belly seems round and I'm so happy. I really want a boy!
haven't really got a chance to do utrasound so guessing from what I can see first is actually making me happy.
- 2024-04-23At just 8 months into my pregnancy... I suddenly felt intense cramps. Contractions all night long. I was terrified of going into premature labor. Coincidentally, I had been doing some heavy activity that day... and was a bit tired. I immediately went to the hospital with my husband.
And you know what? Turns out I was really about to give birth. And want to know more? Turns out my pregnancy was actually 9 months! I was a month ahead of my estimate not because of premature birth, but because of MISCALCULATION......... oh my, I felt so relieved because I had actually planned to go on vacation before giving birth. But luckily, I was still at home and had easy access to the hospital.
Be careful and always make sure your pregnancy is safe, parents.
Anyone had a similar experience?

- 2024-04-23I am currently 3 months pregnant and I feel extra tight when me and my husband try to have sex to the extend that it feels sore and painful. May I ask if this happens to other mummies too?
- 2024-04-23Hello mommies! Is it actually common or okay for parents to implement house rules when it comes to people visiting the newborn baby?
House rules such as… example: 1. Go to the toilet and wash your hands, arms and legs/feet after entering my house. 2. Do not carry my baby and post photos/videos of my baby without permission. 3. Do not come uninvited or unexpectedly. 4. Do not visit if you are not feeling well. 5. Do not make unnecessary comments or teach the parents what to do. And more…
Will I sound unreasonable or difficult? What other rules did you implement? And what do you do if people do not follow?

- 2024-04-23I am just wondering how do u cope with the bad news received. I know the option they give is somewhat a termination of pregnancy. But how do u even think of terminating your baby when u know ur baby has been kicking in your stomach.? Also, how do u prepare yourself for a miscarriage since the success rate is very low even when u plan to keep the pregnancy. Dont mind me. Im really wondering if theres any experienced mummy out there that dont mind sharing.
- 2024-04-23Any mommies ever experience something similar like this?
If your close friends of 10+ years have never check or only check probably less than 3-5 times on you and your baby during your whole pregnancy journey, but also said they are excited to see your baby, and not on frequent talking terms and meet ups like before pregnancy, would you let them see and play with your baby? 🤔
Also, I don’t know why I feel disappointed none of them bothers to ask (at least) a “how are you?”. I understand everyone has their own commitments and busy with their own life but I can’t help feeling this way. Pregnancy journey does make me feel lonely sometimes 😣

- 2024-04-24Hi mummies
My 9 mth old prefers to drinking milk than eating solids like porridge and purée.
She can finish a bowl of cereal in IFC but don't eat too much of the solids I prepared. (E.g. a small bowl of porridge)
I am not sure if my cooking sucks or she just likes#adviceplease milk?

- 2024-04-24Hi mummies, may I know how much milk should be given for a 6 days old infant? And the feeding interval?
My confinement nanny seemed to be overfeeding my LO, but she said it is okay as some babies tend to drink more?
As long as he cries, CN will deem fit my LO is hungry after checking that it is not due to dirty diapers. I cried so badly despite I told her he shouldn't be drinking 50ml every 2hrs..

Just wondering about the fatigue - is that normal….?

- 2024-04-25This morning I went to NUH for my 2nd scan. My week 10 scan. Doc did both tummy and vaginal scan and told me that my foetus is not growing, measurement still about the same as week 7. With heartbeat.
I had a week 7 scan at A&E due to bleeding and cramps. Was given proluton jab and bleeding stopped till now. Everything's good till today, no cramps, no bleeding/spotting.
My first week 6 scan and week 7 scan, can still see the baby has grown.
Doc said to schedule a more detailed scan at fetal care centre as the machine is more high tech.. which is 2 weeks from now. Only after the scan, then she will be able to provide more information..
Anyone had the same experience before and be able to advice if the baby is gonna make it? I'm devastated. And the waiting time is way too long. Have booked a private scan next Monday.

- 2024-04-26Hi I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant, but I find that it’s so hard to find a part time job. I got a job actually as a pre school teacher , however once they found out I was pregnant and can’t attend the NIEC ( pre school diploma course till my maternity 4 months break is finish then I can start work) they rejected me and ask me to start working full time only in end November when I can commence the course. My edd is 31july24. And I’m still relatively healthy and can move around conveniently. But most companies just don’t want to hire pregnant mums in Singpaore . They will say is cause of safety of pregnant mums, bla bla bla.. and of cause the lack of commitment. So was wondering if anyone know any part time jobs that a pregnant mum at 26 weeks could do , and don’t mind that I’m going to give birth and can’t work on 31 July anymore. It would be great if anyone have any jobs idea. Thank you. I just hope Singpaore would have a service to help pregnant mums like me that is jobless and need help getting a time job till we give birth. Hais.. guess this is one thing Singpaore probably have to work on if they want to increase the birth rate too. Without a full time job before you got pregnant. It’s just super impossible to have a proper job and stream of income during pregnancy. Even though I wanted to be independent and not rely on my husband too much, it’s just so so bloody impossible for pregnant mums. So much in Singpaore for encouraging ppl to work or upgrade. This is really bullshit, I hope courses and jobs in Singpaore can be more open minded to hiring pregnant mums. And not live in the past and be so judgmental. Just my point of view, I understand that employers don’t want to hire pregnant mums is cause of the job commitment too. Hais.. is it only me or other pregnant mums currently without a full time job is struggling to find a part time job now too?
- 2024-04-26Hi mummies! My baby is turning 1 month old soon. I read online that babies are not supposed to have a sleep schedule until they're 2-3months old, but some experienced mothers told me it's okay to start a schedule for them.
Could you share what a typical day is like for your 1 month old baby? Whether it be a scheduled or unscheduled one. Would like to see what works for my baby. TIA!

- 2024-04-26Hello, based on an ultrasound scan, my gynae said that I have endometrial polyp. I am currently trying to conceive to have 2nd child and now I have to make a decision as to whether to have the polyp removed or not. According to my gynae, the polyp could make it difficult to conceive and could result in a miscarriage if conceive. But at the same time, he said that there is less than 1% chance of being cancerous. I am still undecided whether to have it removed or not but i am leaning towards having it removed as I think it is better than having to worry if I were to conceive while the polyp is still there. I am also wondering if it is accurate to conclude that it is polyp based on the scan. Has anyone had this experience before or what do you think I should do?

- 2024-04-26My MIL is doing confinement for me, basically cooking confinement meals and taking care of baby. But why do I always feel that my MIL has been trying to snatch my baby away from me, for instance, when I breastfeed my baby in my room, she kept coming in to see if baby has finish drinking. First 10mins, subsequent 5mins then every 1min. Even if baby has finished drinking, that doesn’t mean she needs to carry baby away from me immediately right?

- 2024-04-26My daughter is two years old now. She is in playgroup class . I assume all of her friends has started talking to each other but my daughter is introvert and nvr talk anyone in school. She is only giving hand gesture when she in needs or wants something. I am not sure what to do and I know its speech delay. Its my fault for giving her screentime before she turns one year old. I'm trying not to give her screentime anymore but despite staying with grandparents, they gave her watch screentime behind us, without us knowing sometimes. She is improve alot when she is not watching screentime. But is there other ways to help out what to do if my daughter speech delay?

- 2024-04-27Hi mamas! Need some advice from breastfeeding mums. I'll be bringing my baby out for the first time. He's usually latching but we've tried bottle feeding him on and off. When you bring baby out but you prefer to bottle feed baby, how do you prepare the milk? How do I keep milk thawed, how do I melt it and then warm it up when I'm outside? Or is it just easier to find a nursing room to breastfeed? #firstmom

Now is Day5 since my ovulation & the day we do the deed.
How soon can i check for pregnancy? Impatient to wait till my period day😭 anybody tested earlier and got a positive kit?
