2023-03-27Hi mummies, I'm currently on my wk 12+. Been suffering from nausea since wk 6. My gynae prescribed me with diclectin on week 8. Then by wk 11 my nausea worsen and my gynae asked me to try metoclopramide when I went back for help. Taking them separately is not giving me any effect. I wonder if it's safe to take both medicines together? FYI, I'm also using the sea band. In a nutshell, nothing works. My gynae has suggested that I visit the hospital for iv drip as I'm severely dehydrated. #pleasehelp #advicepls #pleaseadvise
2023-03-27According to the PD, my 4mo baby should be drinking about 150ml. However, he always stops at 120ml sometimes lesser and refuses to drink anymore. I tried breaking up the feeds so he can drink more but he refuses and takes so long to finish his milk. Sometimes I even have to force him to finish a bottle. Because he sleeps through the night, he only gets about 6 bottles of milk a day. Definitely not enough for his weight. Anyone have any suggestions?

2023-03-27Hi mamas, I am a first time mum. I'm at the 9th week of my pregnancy. I've been getting bouts of sharp pain in my lower back and left thigh. This happens when I'm lying down and I try to turn. Sometimes the pain is so sharp and intense I'm unable to turn to rest on my side. Is this normal or should I seek medical attention for this? 2023-03-28I feel vry upset, since married till now my PIL will stick with us when we go travel. Issue is when they follow us, we need to bear all their cost as well. Me and my husband feel it is quite burden as we need to pay the cost for our children and PIL. 2023-03-28Base on LMP(7 Feb 2023) I suppose to be 7 weeks pregnant today. This morning, I notice light brown discharge and past few days had abdomen cramp... Today went for my 1st gynaecology appointment... Doctor did ultra sound and mention that base on scan, I'm only 4 weeks pregnant... Sac can be seen in the scan... doctor gave me dydrogesterone to support my pregnancy and help with the discharge... have to go back in 2 weeks time... feeling worried has I had previous miscarriage in Oct'22. 2023-03-29Went for my FTS ultrasound and doctor broke the news to me that I might have 1:122 high risk of having Down syndrome baby as my baby's nasal bone can't be seen. Other than that, everything looks normal. Can i know any mummies experienced this news before but got a healthy baby at the end? Oh yes, i was 3days late taking my multivits and fish oil, could it be the reason the nasal bone maybe not fully developed yet? 😔 I couldn't hold back my tears when I heard this, I just can't believe what i heard. I took a harmony test and now i have to wait for 2 weeks. The staff said if theres no calls given before 2 weeks means nothing major happened. If calls received before 2 weeks meaning something happen. I hate this feeling and i wanna quickly get over it.

My 4 month old does not take naps longer than 30 mins and putting her to sleep at night is a struggle because it takes almost 1.5 hours to finally get her to sleep. In that 1.5hours, I can be picking her up from her crib at least 4 times and then having to Rock her back to sleep. My PIL just bought a carton of New Moon Bird Nest with American Ginseng and Rock Sugar for me… but I’ve done some reading which says that ginseng is not recommended during pregnancy. 2023-04-01I just entered my second trimester and I’m on multi vitamins and fish oil. Should I still drink maternal milk? I’ve very sensitive taste buds and I can’t seem to consume maternal milk without gagging or puking.
