2022-12-19Had my baby on this year's aug and had my menses on 1st dec alr. Test on 12 dec with morning pee, it was a super faint line on my pregnancy kit. 3 days later, i test again with noon pee, slightly more darker but still faint. ( adjusted the brightness of the photos as it's more obvious in real life than photos) But another 3 days later, test with clearblue digital and the same kit but it was negative? Anyone know why? Thinking to test again in another 7 days. P.S. For my first pregnancy, it was almost similar. Faint line on first few test, head down to poly and had negative result. Waited a week to head down again to arrange appointment for bloodtest and scan, it was due to an early pregnancy. 🙃 don't want to go through the hassle again

2022-12-20Hi fellow mummies, i would like to ask for your views on first trimester screenings and non invasive prenatal tests (NIPT) to test for genetic disorders or risk of pre-eclampsia. I’m 8 weeks and currently contemplating if I should get these tests done. The prices of these tests range from $400-1200 each, no small amount😔 I’m in a dilemma if the tests would be worth as regardless, I will not choose abortion.

2022-12-20My infant, 7 weeks old now, has cried hysterically three times already, within a span of 2 weeks. He is already fed, has his diaper changed and also burped, and his nose sprayed. We brought him to TCM massage to help with his gas and reflux, but he still cried like that. I don’t know what the issue is, and it makes me want to also cry whenever I see him like this. Usually he stops crying when we pick him up and rock him, and when I talk to him. But none of these worked the past 3 times. Has anyone’s baby behaved like that? Me and hubs are considering to get a doona carseat stroller so that it'd be easier to travel around if we were to take public transport (especially phv) since nowadays it's kinda hard to get a cab even when booking through app. Tbh , I don't wanna spend money on something we're not going to be using for a long period 😅 what's the max age/weight for the doona that you've carried your child in? 2022-12-21Hi, my son is currently 10 weeks old and currently bottle fed expressed breast milk. Recently he takes more than an hour, sometimes 1.5 hours to finish his milk. He is very gassy and squirms alot during the feed so we need to burp him a couple times between feeds. Sometimes, he even falls asleep from feeding 🤦🏻‍♂️ He usually goes 3 hours between feeds (sometimes 4 hours depends on his cue) PS: I start counting from the time we start the bottle feed. He is currently on 3m teat and taking ridwind drops for his grassiness. Does anyone have any advice on how to help this frustrated mom? Thanks very much in advance! 🙏🏻😫#pleasehelp

As I read up the nutrition facts, stage 1 in fact have more nutritional values in comparison with stage 2 formula. As per understanding, after 12 months as shown on tin, can progress it on to stage 2. To all mums, please advice me 🤗

2022-12-23Hi FTM here, my 4 weeks LO is having Lactogen 1 currently, ytd was the first time I try to offer him Nan Optipro twice out of 8 feedings. And I realise that he is having diarrhoea, stool is mustard yellowish and smelly. Does it mean that the Formula does not suit him? 2022-12-24I have done a scan in week 7 with very strong heart beat 156 bpm, the baby size is perfect also. However, my spotting has been persisting for days. While doctor said the baby is fine, I am still quite concerned about my spotting. My spotting is very minimal, a bit of stain on the panty, and sometimes appeared on the toilet paper when you wipe it. Anyone experienced this before? Can share what is the reason for spotting and how it will get resolved? Now my mum doesn't even allow me to move much. Thanks!
