Or is it base on baby & mummies condition then they will induced you ? Because i had people telling me that KKH is not pro on natural birth. Any of you experienced natural birth at KKH before ? I know that induced is way painful than normal contraction so if can i do not want to go through that if i do not have any complications.

However i've read that it's not advisable to drink early grey/any form of black teas during the 1st trimester else there's a high risk of miscarriage. Worried that she wont get the same treatment like at home where she gets to snuggle if she wanna nap or carry around while sleeping on my shoulder and when she use to not get the same treatment she wont wanna snuggle anymore with mummy at home cause at school she will be independent. Any mom went through the same? Or baby will still want mommy after daycare? Tqsm in advance 🥲

2021-03-01I'm using an electric pump but no idea for how long should I pump for a session? But I know I should pump every 3-4 hours. I'm also using the Haakaa pump for my letdown. Is it normal to get low supply? I only can get 30ml for the left and my lazy right breast can only yield 10ml 😞 I eat oats biscuits, Milo, Longan Red Dates drink and a lot of fluids. Can't take Fenugreek cos it made me have painful gastric. Also, is it better to just put my bm in the fridge or freeze it? Using it daily though. My 19 days old baby latches and also drink from milk bottle. #advicepls #pleasehelp

2021-03-01Hi mummies, my husband has been asking me to visit a psychiatrist as he thinks that I have postpartum OCD. I became very sensitive to hygiene when it comes to my LO. For example, I would demand people to wash their hand before touching my LO or I will shower my LO after that. I also feel very uncomfortable when others kiss my LO as I am worried that they will spread germs to my LO. I will wipe my LO’s face whenever people kiss her and sometimes i will shower her if her hair gets oily (facial oil) from the person who kissed her. Usually after i shower my LO, i will not bring her out of my room already (as my mother-in-law will always touch my LO’s hand without washing hers). Am I being over protective? Do you think I need to visit a psychiatrist? Sorry mummies i need your advices. TIA!

2021-03-01Not in terms of method. I’m an EP mum. Been bf my baby for 16 months now. I’ve been thinking of stopping since beginning of the year. But every month I just keep going and going cause I feel bad for stopping. I wanna stop cause I’m a bit tired from having to pump a few times a day. Been dreaming of not having to pump anymore. Also my milk keeps on dropping. Now I’m only pumping 300++ per day. But everytime I think about quitting I feel guilty about it. We got to stop at some point of time. 2021-03-01Currently having a fever due to mastitis. I'm on 7 days post natal massage and today is the 1st day. Although the masseuse did help to massage my breasts but I developed a sudden fever at night. Just popped paracetemol cos whenever I have fever, it is normally high temperature. I'm both latching & pumping. Can't keep latching my newborn as he likes to 'chew' my nipple when he's full and it's painful. How frequent to get my milk out? I used to only feel her pushing downwards when I’m standing or walking, but now even when I’m lying down, I feel her pushing downwards. 2021-03-03My 5 month old son has bad cough since 15 february 2021. When to A&E, his lung swollen and he is wheezing. He has lots of phlegm at throat which cause him to have red throat and sore throat. He lose weight due to ever 3 hrs he didnt finish up his milk. Doctor prescribe him inhaler with salbuair inhaler with spacer and mouthpiece. He dont have asthma. But I dont want to make him took mefication since he yoo young. Was prescribed 3x daily due to low hormone at 5weeks pregnancy as I had blood clots. It's been 2 days, no signs of the clots stopping but it's becoming less bloody since taking it. Anyone has similar experience with Duphaston that renders one nearly impossible to be awake most of the time? And yes of cos hub & I will love our girl all the same.** Instead of congratulatory words, these were their responses. FIL went "Oh, 不要紧 la (never mind)." Uh, what is there even to mind in the very first place? He's never talked about the pregnancy since then, no small talk, no concern. Nothing. SIL went, "Oh, what did Father say about you having a girl?" the very moment we told her we are having a girl. I guess we all knew FIL would rather have a grandson for his first grandchild. Aunt went, "Oh...next one can have a boy." Wow. As if we didn't do a good job this time but oh we can try to excel next time. Huh(?!)

2021-03-03Hello! My LO is currently on 3 meals and occasionally snacks on fruits after dinner. Is his milk intake too little? He’s been refusing the last feed before sleep time. Am concerned if I drop feed, he’ll wake up in the middle of the night and not sleep through the night. He’s on FM now. Appreciate any advice, thanks! 7am wake 730am 180ml milk 9am breakfast (baby cereal/bun) 12pm lunch (porridge) 3pm 100ml milk 6pm dinner (porridge) 830pm 60ml milk (used to be able to drink 180-210ml)
2021-03-03Hi my baby is 4months old now. I have stopped breastfeeding because sadly im no longer producing anymore breastmilk. I have this problem of my baby refusing to drink her formula milk. Yesterday she went 12hrs without drinking milk. Today she went on 7hrs without feeding. However she is still very active and her daily antics are all normal n okay. I have changed her formula three times. Changed bottles and teats 5 times. Still no changes. She has been acting this way since she was 2 months old. But she was still able to be fed after 1-2 hrs of trying to feed her. But now at 4months, she will cry bloodymary everytime i tried feeding her. 2021-03-04My LO is 2 months, is it normal that he can’t sleep without being coaxed,ie carried, rocked etc. Once he’s put down in his cot, he starts crying immediately regardless whether he’s asleep while carried. Won’t stop crying if he’s not carried. It’s only slightly better at night when he’s extremely sleepy and would sleep in his cot without waking up crying.

2021-03-05I’m currently in my 18th week. To be honest, I don’t feel pregnant. Since finding out till now. Very thankful that all has been very smooth : no nausea, no food aversions, no food cravings (in fact I can actually do without the “food requests”), no extreme fatigue, no headaches...... practically nil pregnancy symptoms. So the only way for to me feel & know I’m progressing is during gynae visits. Although, I did gain weight but again, I barely see a bump. And just a couple days back I felt a little rumble in my stomach so I’m gonna assume that’s baby moving. Am I the only one? #advicepls #pregnancy

2021-03-06We have 1 child who is turning 4 soon. She has problem adjusting to friends at school. Her social skill is very poor. One of the reason is she never play with other children before she started school. Her surrounding is only with adults. So we are going to bring her to see therapist next week. My mil said that she is too attach to me (Im SAHM and the main caregiver - fully breastfeed/direct latch until 3.5 yo). We usually bring her to see my mil once a week. Now her comment is 'you need to let go' meaning she wants me to put my kid at her place 2-3 hours a day. Ok my emotion is I dont want to let her taking care of my kid because I dont trust her. And Im sahm so i can take care of her myself. My question: does this attachment to mother really effect the kid's social skill?

Ever since then, she keep get startled very easily by soft sound or sometimes without sound. She will get startled and sometimes will cry. It will disturbed her sleep as well.
