(3) Develop and stick daily routine
(4) Find sometime for Physical and Mental Exercises.
(5) Get Involved with a supportive Community.
Finding a community of people who all share common goal will give you a place to go during possible moments of weakness, and it can allow you to help other people on their journey to achieving the goal, which is motivating and rewarding in itself.

- 2021-12-27As 2021 comes to an end I thank God for giving us 2021 a year that our country united to heal as one, I am happy that every Filipinos was fully vaccinated and slowly going to a new normal way of life.
My Christmas wish came true that our government promised us for a merry and gay holidays with our loved ones, I pray for those people that was hit by the Typhoon Odette, I admire your courage and bravery and I hope you can go back on your feet soon.
As for my family and I will open a new goal in life for 2022
1) Family always comes first.

- 2021-12-27Mommies, i just had my weight checked. last check up ko kay OB ay 64kgs ako. but now I’m already at 70kgs. huhu worried ako kasi baka hindi ako inormal delivery pag masyado kami bumigat ni baby. nagbabawas naman ako ng rice, at wheat bread na din ang tinapay na kinakain ko.

- 2021-12-27A few days left before the start of a new year. I have started to set my goals and resolutions for 2022, especially healthwise.💚
For my son, I intend to stay healthy. I am planning to have a leaner physique, to eat more leafy veggies, and to cut down on midnight snacking. I also intend to exercise regularly, and to be more consistent with my sleeping habits. Because the pandemic is not yet over, I will continue practicing health and safety protocols. I also hope to get my booster shot of covid vaccine this coming year.

Dalawa po ang OB ko.
>Nag pacheckup ako last week kay OB1 and according sa kanya, iikot pa po si baby and wait ko until 36weeks.
>Nagpacheckup ako today kay OB2, as ng sabi nya naman 2.2kilos na si baby at hindi na daw sya iikot kasi mejo malaki sya😞
Nagpapamusic naman ako lagi sa may puson, ang inom ng maraming tubig, always left side natutulog at nagpipigil na sa pagkain.. ginagawa ko din po yung mga exercise sa youtube para umikot si baby. ano pa pong pwede kog gawin?
Sa tingin nyo po, iikot pa po ba si baby?

- 2021-12-28Hello mommies, meron po ba dito nagpavaccine ng astrazeneca first dose, then nabuntis? 20 weeks na kami ni baby but until now di pa ako nakakapagpa 2nd dose. Sabi ni OB, pwede na raw, pero nag aalangan ako kasi baka astrazeneca pa rin ang ibigay sakin.

Madalas ako mag cr kasi madami din ako iniinom na tubig.. Sa 1st na anak ko maliit lang din talaga ako magbuntis, 9months preggy na ko pero parang 5-6months pa lang tiyan ko sa iba.. Ngayon 6months na ko pero parang 3months lang laki ng tiyan ko..

I also don't know every ingredient in my soap, shampoo or deodorants. I don’t know what is in vapes, the flu vaccine, cigarettes, alcohol or any other toxin I have put into my body for fun. I don’t know the long term effect of mobile phone use, or whether or not that restaurant I just ate at REALLY used clean foods and washed their hands.
There's a lot of things I don't know.
I do know one thing: life is short and there’s still lots I want to do.
Throughout my life I've been vaccinated against many diseases. Measles, small pox, mumps, rubella, polio, chickenpox, hepatitis, influenza, tetanus. We trusted the science, and never had to suffer through or transmit any of those said diseases.
I'm vaccinated. Not because I’m a sheep or to please the government. Not to make other people do it. I’m vaccinated because I don’t want to:
* die from Covid-19
* clutter a hospital bed if I get sick
* get my loved ones sick
* not be able to hug my loved ones
* not be able to travel & enjoy events
* live my life in fear

- 2021-12-28Kahit pala nanay kana, it's still important to invest in your health. I had this bittersweet realization yesterday because I got sick again. I had tonsillitis that worsen to the point that I'm having difficulty swallowing even my own saliva plus I had fever and chills. Because I was sick, I spent my whole day inside our room and there hours I'm awake, I could hear my twins crying but sadly I couldn't get up.
Thus, for year 2022, I am making my health and wellness a priority too.
Here's my top 5 goals:
❣️I will eat more fruits and vegetables.🥑🍎🥗
❣️Be able to sleep early. 🛌
❣️Drink more water daily 🥛
❣️Be able to exercise or have a me-time at least an hour for my sanity. 🧘♀️

- Not getting any younger so need to be more consistent with my skincare routine and self-care

- I suffered from anxiety & panic disorder and so my mental health is very important
- Daily meditation/breathing exercises before I sleep + eliminating stressors
✅ 𝗕𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 & 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘
- Working from home, I noticed how I wasn't able to put the boundary among work time, family time, and time for myself
- Better time management and follow schedule

Ndi pa kc pwedeng masundan yong baby ko dahil CS ako at 3months pa lng sya this december. May possible kaya na mabuntis ako?

I am a mom of two. My husband is a seafarer. So kame lng tatlo ng mga anak ko 2 yrs old son and 8 months old daughter.
Nilalagnat yung panganay ko 2 days na. Una ubo sipon lng then nilagnat kahapon. Then last night di bumababa lagnat nya.
This morning I brought his sa Hospital for CBC with PC and Urinalysis
I am so stress. Plus I have no one to help me. Buti nlng yung pinsan ko kinukuha nila and binabantayn bunso ko. By the way I am still breastfeeding her and I am a working mom.
And tonight. I don't kniw but I'm so sad.. I don't have the strength na ayusin yung bahay and maghanda. Then I cried, in front of my eldest. I don't know why but i just cried my heart out. He said don't cry mommy and it made me burst into tears even more..
And while I'm writing this I'm still crying..

- 2022-01-01Hi ftm here. Mama ko lang katuwang ko sa pagaalaga sa anak ko. Lagi niya sinasabi kapag di nakakatulog agad si baby ko or iyak ng iyak kaunti ang breastmilk ko. Sabi ko naman bakit nakakatulog si baby kapag pinapadede ko sabi nya ganon daw talaga pero di daw ibig sabihin busog. Napapagod din ako kakapadede buong araw kaya humihingi ako tulong sakanya. Siya din nagsabi na onti gatas ko kaya dapat mag mix feed kami. Di ko pa alam weight ni baby ngayong 8 weeks na siya pero mataba naman siya. Nag bote sya twice a day the rest breastfeed on demand na kami. Nagaalangan lang ako bakit ganon lagi sinasabi niya kapag ipapaalaga ko si baby sakanya? Take note two months nya lang din ako breastfed non. Balak ko na tumigil I feel di enough yung sa breastmilk ko bakit try pa? 😭 Hays. Hirap maging nanay. Ayaw naman ng asawa ko magstop ako eh yun nga ayoko na marinig na onti gatas ko bakit pa ko nag breastfeed pala?😭 Help. #advicepls
