2021-12-13My 17 months old baby has this white thingy on both his upper & lower lips. I tried wiping it off but it is still there. His inner mouth is alright. Im not sure if its oral thrush though, cause my baby didnt budge or showed signs of in pain. What i read about oral thrush is that it is painful etc. It is just that white thing on the lips. Any mummies know what that is? What should i do? Is it alarming? Im a 1st time mummy. Please help. TIA.
2021-12-13My baby girl is currently on Similac total comfort formula milk and has been having this green watery poop for over a month now. Done my research online and checked with the paediatrician, both said there's nothing to worry about. She's not showing signs of discomfort nor is she having a diarrhoea (she passes motion only once every day). However is this still okay if this poop persists for this long? Sorry again for the poop photo.

2021-12-13First time mummy here. My baby is currently 1 month plus. It have been overwhelming at times and learning to cope with the new role as mummy. My husband goes to work in the day time. I find it difficult to manage simple house chores, ‘me’ time and find the time to express my milk, lunch and dinner. Oh and even shower! For stay home mummy, how do you manage your time ? The 5mg folic acid prescribed from gynae caused so much wind and acid in my stomach and worsen my morning sickness that I got hospitalised due to dehydration. Now that I’m feeling better, I tried to resume my folic acid intake and i bought the 800mcg ones off the counter but I’m feeling the stomach wind coming again. #firstbaby #pleasehelp

2021-12-14Recently i been post about bleeding, as i go to KKH and my baby was fine as i the doctor also show me the heartbeat still there. And i been given a hormones medication for 2 weeks. And they give me a scanning date to for 2 weeks later to check. It was yesterday, sadly after the scanning, i waited to see my doctor for a good normal news.. Sadly when I've been told that they couldn't see any heartbeat 😞😭😞. And there's a few blood around my baby, They can't know when it started. I ask them how did this happen they said it could be genetic of the baby was not that really good, or the bleeding time. They suggest me to wait another 1 weeks to rescanning again to double confirm if still the same no heart beats. I need to prepare for the natural bleeding, or with medication or 5 min surgery. And as for today in the morning, i had my first pee, and looks like some dark brown in my urine. I'm so sad and need to prepared with my pad, I couldn't believe this is my 2 time i loss my baby. I have my 4 kids and i believe Allah has better plans for me. Blessed. 😞😭

2021-12-14My husband and i married only a year. We have been tgt for almost 5 years. Our sex life was fine when we just started of cause. But past 1-2 years it has declined. It became to the extend where he totally dont crave for any sex at all. So 1 year ago, I brought this matter up and he say because he just want to spent time with me and not jus sex. But i told him healthy relationship require sex and it is normal. He say mayb he stress or tired. When we tried to do it, i realize he may lost his erection halfway or totally cant erect. So i feel that i must be unattractive or is it because i gained some Weight? I became depressed and have anxiety. He went for hormones check he was fine. So we keep trying, there is this 2 times we had sex ( with ejaculation) and i happened to get pregnant. After pregnant, i then realised his phone browser history has lots of porn. He have been watching porn very frequently all along including working hours he cn stay in the toilet to watch. He promise to stop this kind of behaviour but he lied to me over and over again.. Its been a year, my son is born. There is no improvement. And yet again i found out he his still watching during working hrs and still no sex drive at all.. How to save this marriage if he keep lying and do not want to open up to me. If i didnt find out, he will keep deny. I know it is wrong to even check his phone but i do it infront of him. #pleasehelp no negative comments pls..

2021-12-14Hi mummies out there, i am extremely worried and concern about my baby’s growth. He is currently almost 15 months old. Unable to walk on his own but can stand and walk with support. He is also still not waving, clapping & point with his hands. Recently i realised he like to stare at his hands , open & close them and then twist his wrist. Everything i googled scares me greatly. He is quite a smiley and cheerful baby, although i have to admit he does not show much eye contact with other babies and sometimes even to me as well. Are there any parents out there facing similar issue? I am not ready to accept anything from google yet because i still feel that he is a happy baby and not totally like how to internet is describing

2021-12-14I need help to guide on what kind of solid food is good and nutritious for baby 8 months and above. So far i give my baby milk cereal (190ml 30ml cereal)for breakfast (9am), 12pm eat porridge with Spinach with minced pork (other days: carrot with porridge, pumpkin with porridge), about 2pm, drink milk cereal (190ml 30ml cereal), 5pm eat porridge (same in the noon time), 8pm drink milk cereal (190ml 30ml cereal) Can anybody share their daily baby food intake as a guide for me.. i’m worried i underfed my baby… might not get enough nutrients of solid for better growing… can share what snack inbetween the meals too

2021-12-14I basically have issues with people carrying my baby while wearing heavy perfumes, using their oily faces or faces with makeup to stick to my baby’s face or using their hands to touch my babies cheeks… BUT I JUST DO NOT HAVE THE COURAGE TO TELL THEM AND SECRETLY HOPE THEY WILL READ MY MIND AND STOP DOING IT TO MY BABY (but nope, it just keeps on happening) , so now my baby face has acne and weird looking oily stains / scars :(

2021-12-16Hello, Anyone experiencing the same like me before? Currently I’m 6 week pregnant and I am experiencing dark red blood with clot for 2 - 3 days. Gynae tried to ultrasound my baby but couldn’t find (might be too early) Gynae prescribed Duphaston (3 times a day) and was told to have bed rest. I’m going to have 2nd blood test to compare the hcg. I’m super worried about miscarriage. 😞 Update: 17 December 2021 Was having a severe lower abdominal pain on 16/12 for about 2 hours, next morning i woke up discharge lots of blood with a big palm size blood clot *6th sense it’s the sac*. Afternoon appointment with gynae and most likely confirmed it’s chemical pregnancy and i have miscarriage. Baby stop growing at week 4 (currently i should be week 6). #1stimemom #miscarriageOnFirstPregnancy

But the 1st check up I've done my baby was so healthy for 6weeks. How come it stopped now? 2021-12-17My boy was a picky drinker (not eater) so he often got constipation. He drinks only juice (apple or prunes) and yogurt milk. If formula milk, or water, he will just look away. Pedia adviced nutriplex, but everytime we try dropping (syringe) he will cry and have tantrums. He also knows if we mix with liquid or use a spoon. Now he averts when he knows its vitamins time. Any solution that worked for you?

2021-12-17My 8 weeks old LO has been drinking lesser (expressed breastmilk) and is barely hitting 500ml a day (recommended for her weight is 675ml) with each feeding varying between about 70ml to 100ml. She still gets wet diapers and poop daily but the weight gain has slowed (dropped from 50th percentile at birth to 25th percentile for weight and head circumference. Length growth maintained at 75th percentile). In week 7 she actually managed to drink more than 600ml but it has came down since. Any one experiencing the same? 2021-12-18I am currently only 9+ weeks and having a very tough time with my pregnancy. I have been eating only plain crackers for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The sight, smell and even the thought of food makes me nausea. I am salivating so much and my mouth always have that weird bitter taste. Each time i try to eat something, i will vomit them which makes me feeling hungry and more nausea . I cannot sleep at night, it is so uncomfortable sleeping on my right and left side. Thus, i sleep on my back which in turn gave me backaches. I am so exhausted, frustrated and stress. I cry all the time. My face is full of acne which makes me feel so ugly. At times I just don't want to get out of bed, I almost hating life itself. I know i should be grateful but it is so hard to feel any positivity when you are so ill and almost depressed. Maybe I expected that pregnancy is going to be enjoyable, as what most women make it seems like but, this is not what i thought it would be.
