2021-12-06🤱🏼 BREASTFEEDING MYTHS 🤱🏼. 🤱🏼 MGA PAMAHIIN SA PAGPAPASUSO 🤱🏼 - Tagalog Version- 🤱🏼 HINDI NAKAKABUSOG ANG GATAS NG INA Ito ay hindi totoo. Ang bagong silang na sanggol ay may maliit lamang na tiyan at kaunting gatas lang ang kailangan. Tataas ang pangangailangan nito sa mga susunod na araw. Ang unang gatas ng ina ay tinatawag na COLOSTRUM at lumalabas ito na pakunti kunti. Ang sanggol ay kadalasan umiiyak hindi dahil hindi ito busog kundi madali lang na matunaw ang gatas ng ina at madali lamang itong ma proseso sa katawan ng sanggol kaya dede nalang ng dede ang baby. 🤱🏼 KANIN SA KALIWA, ULAM SA KANAN Ang gatas ng ina ay pareho lang ang komposisyon nito maliban sa dalawa ang pina dede. Ang gatas ng ina ay nagdepende sa pangangailangan ng sanggol at ito ay nag depende sa edad. Walang kanin at ulam kundi mayroon itong tinatawag na foremilk at hindmilk. Ang foremilk ay malabnaw na siyang pinaka unang lumalabas sa tuwing dumedede ang sanggol. Ang hindmilk ay nakukuha sa huling parte ng pagdede. Ang hindmilk ay napaka importante dahil sagana ito sa fats na siyang tumutulong sa paglaki ng sanggol. 🤱🏼 BAWAL MAGPAPASUSO KUNG ANG INA AY GUTOM Ang pagpapade kahit gutom ang ina ay walang masamang epekto sa sanggol. Hindi naapektuhan ang gatas nito at hindi ito napapasa sa sanggol. Ngunit kailangan kumain ng isang nanay sa saktong oras para maayos ang kalusugan nito. 🤱🏼 BAWAL MAGPAPASUSO KUNG PAGOD/ PROBLEMADO Hindi napapasa ang pagod / problema ng ina sa bata. Wala itong epekto sa gatas at wala itong masamang epekto sa bata. Ang pagpapasuso ay nagdudulot ng paglabas ng happy hormone na tinatawag na oxytocin. Ito ay may magandang epekto sa nanay at sa bata. 🤱🏼 BAWAL MAGPAPASUSO KUNG GALING LIGO PARA HINDI MAGKAKASAKIT ANG SANGGOL Walang masamang maidudulot ang pagpapasuso pagkatapos maligo ang ina. Ang possibleng dahilan ng pagkasakit ay ang bakterya o virus kaya mas mainam na parating malinis. 🤱🏼 HINDI PWEDE MAGPAPASUSO KUNG MAY SAKIT Ang gatas ng ina may tinatawag nating antibodies na siyang nagbibigay ng proteksyon sa isang sanggol. Kung may sakit ang isang ina ay pwede pa rin itong magpapasuso basta’t hindi malubha ang karamdan nito para mas may proteksyon si baby sa anumang bakterya o virus. Kailangan lang gumamit ng mask at kailangan maglinis ng kamay bago humawak kay baby. Pwedeng uminum ng gamot na katugma sa nagpapasuso ito’y suriin 🤱🏼 BAWAL MAGPAPASUSO KUNG PAREHONG BABAE O PAREHONG LALAKI ANG MGA BATA Walang problema ang pagpapadede sa ibang bata na may ibang kasarian. Hindi ito nag aagawan ng nutrisyon. 🤱🏼 PANIS NA GATAS Walang masamang naidudulot ang pagpasuso kung nalaktawan ng matagal na oras o araw bago magpadede ulit. Walang panis na gatas. Mapapanis lang ito kung sakaling nag pump ang isang ina at hindi ito naiambak ng maayos. Ang gatas ng ina ay pwedeng magtagal ng 4-6 na oras. Kung ilalagay ito sa freezer tatagal ito hanggang 6 na buwan hanggang isang taon. 🤱🏼 BAWAL UMINOM NG MAGINAW N A TUBIG ANG NAGPAPASUSO Huwag ipagkait ang inyong sarili mga mommies. Wala po itong masamang epekto sa gatas ninyo. Hindi ito nagdudulot ng anumang sakit o karamdaman ni baby. Natural lang na nauuhaw kapag nagpapasuso kaya dapat lang na uminom para maibsan ang uhaw. 🤱🏼 BAWAL ANG KAPE AT BEER Pwede uminom ng kape huwag lamang lumagpas sa 3 cups sa isang araw. Pwede din ang beer pero in moderation lang. Dapat may kakayahan ka pa na kargahin si baby. 🤱🏼DAPAT IHINTO ANG PAGPAPASUSO KAPAG BUNTIS Ang katawan ng babae ay dinisenyo sa iba’t ibang pagbabago dulot ng pagbubuntis, panganganak at pagpapasuso. Kung buntis ang isang ina at ito ay nagpapasuso, wala itong problema di bale nalang kung mapanganib ang pagbubuntis. Hindi nag aagawan ng nutrisyon ang dalawang bata dahil kayang kaya mag adjust ng katawan ng isang ina. Ang dapat nitong gawin ng ay kumain ng wasto dahil ito ay siguradong parating gutom para matugunan ang pangangailangan ng bata na dumedede at ng batang nasa sinapupunan. 🤱🏼 BAWAL MAGPAKULAY AT MAGPAREBOND NG BUHOK Maganda sa pakiramdam para sa isang ina ang pagpapaganda. Walang masama sa pagpapakulay at pagpapa ayos ng buhok iwasan lamang ang Keratin at Brazilian treatment dahil sa Formaldehyde na meron ito. 🤱🏼 HANGGANG DALAWANG TAON LANG DAPAT MAGPAPADEDE DAHIL WALA NA ITONG MKUKUHANG NUTRISYON SA INA Ang gatas ng ina ay hinding hindi mawawalan ng nutrisyon. Ang gatas nito ay nagdepende sa pangangailangan sa bata. Hindi dapat ihinto sa ganitong kadahilanan. 🤱🏼 BAWAL MAGPABUNOT NG NGIPIN Huwag mo kayong magdusa sa sakit ng ngipin nyo dahil lang sa sabi sabi na bawal ito. Pwedeng pwede po magpabunot. Ang advice ng isang dentista ay huwag lamang kargahin ang anak pagkatapos ng pagkabunot ng ngipin. Pwede po kayong mgpapasuso pagkatapos ng pagbunot, sabihan nyo lng ang dentista ninyo para mabigyan kayo ng gamot na safe lang. Hindi po nakakapaekto ang anesthesia nito. Wala po kayong dapat ipag alala. 🤱🏼 BAWAL KUMAIN NG MAANGHANG, MAASIM, MALAGKIT NA PAGKAIN. Wala pong bawal kainin ang isang ina na nagpapasuso. Di bale nalang sa mga nanay na may allergies ang sanggol kaya dapat may iwasan itong kainin depende sa allergy nito. Ang bawal ay ANG MAGPAPAGUTOM. Tandaan na ang mga pamahiin ang naging gabay nga mga sinaunang mga nanay. Wala pang sapat na impormasyon na nakukuha galing sa isang doctor kaya naayon ito sa base sa kanilang naging karanasan. Walang masama kung maniniwala ka dito pero kung ito ay nagdudulot nag masama sa iyo at sa iyong sanggol ay dapat na itong ipasintabi at magpokus kung ano ang tama sa pagpapasuso. Ikaw ang ina, ikaw dapat ang magpasya kung anong dapat mong gawin na makakabuti sayo at sa iyong sanggol.

2021-12-06At long last! My son finally has set foot out of the house after 2 years of staying at home. He enjoyed his day out last weekend and I felt joy in my heart seeing my son walked, played and run. I am a little worried about my son not wearing mask because he is not used to use any because he is always at home but at least my son is vaccinated this month. We went to Timezone so he can play games, which I was happy that the establishment opened its doors to the public again and they are following safety and health protocols such as sanitising the facilities every hours. 2021-12-07Meet my l.o Name: Jasmine Caitlyn Via Normal Delivery Weight: 2.6kgs Labor: 1 day 😪 Yung halos 10x ka ma i.e bago mo mailabas si baby kasi nauna yung dugo sakin, kaya nagpa admit na agad ako sa lying in kahit no pain pa ako, mayat maya nila ako ina i.e, kada i.e sakin tumatagal ng mga 10mins, traumatized na ko halos pag dadating yung doctor at midwife iba iba nag i-i.e sakin nung December 3 ng gabi hanggang sa December 4 ng umaga i.e ako every 2 hours kasi no pain talaga..hanggang sa tinurukan na ko ng pampahilab, and ayun nag labor na ko.. Mahirap yung labor, diko marealize ngaun na baby's out na akala ko di ko kakayanin kasi maliit daw sipit sipitan ko, pero worth it ung sakit kahit 11/10 sya mommies, sacrifice talaga pero nung nakita kong lumabas na si baby nakatitig lang ako sa kanya habang hawak sya ng midwife kahit tinatahi pa ko nung time na yun balewala na ung sakit basta nalaman kong okay na si baby, sa team December jan, good luck po and have a safe delivery #1stimemom #firstbaby

2021-12-07Hello po. Meron lng po akong gusto itanong. Sept. 20,2021 last mens ko. Regular mens po ako. Oct. 20 di pa po ako dinantnan. Oct 23, first time ko pong na late mens ko tapos 3 days lng.. tapos, marami akong nararamdamang kakaiba saking katawan. So ayun Oct. 31 nag positive ako sa pregnancy test! So mga Nov. 14 nag pt ulit ako, positive nman sya pero faint line yung isa.. Pero Nov. 30 po, nag pt ako pero diko alam bakit negative? 11 weeks napo akong pregnant ngayun, meron naman po akong nararamdaman na heartbeat sa tummy ko. Takot kasi akong hayaang kumain mag isa si baby, dahil minsan nga sa puree food na chochoke pa sya and one time , nachoke sya while eating apple, which is maliit nalang naman na size yun. Ano ba dapat kong gawin, i tried na din boiled veggies which is super soft na yun. May pagkakataon din na hindi ko napapakain ang baby ko kasi ayaw nya kumain, puree veggies, gerber, nutri-del, cerelac... ayaw nya kaya nagwoworry po ako #advicepls #advicepls #1stimemom #firstbaby

Hanggang sa yun...umimom ako ng malunggay coffee saka nag 3x ako ng malunggay caps, kumain din ako ng tinola na may malunggay ngayon lang Dec 8, lumakas gatas ko ..🥰🥰 nakakafulfill lang as a mom akala ko wala na lalabas sakin..🥰 #TAPpadedemoms

Well, at first, medyo mahirap tanggapin pero later on I fully accept our situation and we got married na rin dahil I found out that I am pregnant. We we're so happy, lalo na yung step daughter ko kasi magkakaroon na sya ng kapatid. Nag woworry lang ako mommies, yung step daughter ko is 7 years old na. And iniwan sya ng real mom nya (ang reason is mag aaral daw because her mom is 17 years old palang that time) at hindi na binalikan yung step daughter ko sa side ng husband ko. Madami akong what ifs, dahil sa mga research ko about Philippine laws regarding family code. Na dapat, nasa real mom ang step daughter ko 7 years of age below. And, yung real mom ng step daughter ko po pinakita lang sakin na iba iba daw po ang boyfriend, parang dalaga ang buhay, ayon po sa friend ng friend ng husband ko. Paano ko/namin ipaglalaban si step daughter kapag naisipan na ni real mom nya na kunin sya samin? Napamahal na sya sakin sa totoo lang... Palagi nyang binabanggit, lalo na kapag nag lalaro sya na "mommy, nagbuntis po kayo, ako daw po ang anak nyo." Mommies, paano kaya? TIA po...
2021-12-08Hi mga mommies, i always read sa mga post dito baka meron same situation gaya ko 😔 last nov. 5 2021 niligate ako, all PT ko hanggang bago mag operation negative sya kaya kampante ako nagpa opera not knowing n buntis pala ako .. hanggang sa naisipan ko mag PT ulit after ng opera ko kasi nag woworry na ko oct 1 pa last mens ko and yun nga positive sya, sa ultrasound nasa loob naman sya ng matris. Sobrang worry ko.. pero sabi ng mga ob-sonologist baka para samin talaga si baby no.5.. worry ko lang yung local anesthesia and mga medicine ko after ligate baka maka apekto kay baby 😔😭

2021-12-09Magandang umaga mga mommies. Magtatanong lang po sana ako cesarean po ako sa previous pregnancy ko 2 years palang po ang nakakalipas. Na matay po si baby ko sa tiyan ko palang siya. Then now preggy po ako ulit nakalagay sa ultrasound ko january 7 ang date ng panganganak ko. But nung isang araw lang po napansin ko nung paghubad ko ng underware ko may mga blood spot kasama ng white blood. Then nag tuloy tuloy na siya until now pero di naman sya masyadong marami konting konti lg talaga. Then kagabi humihilab ang tiyan ko kahit nag change position na ako sa pag tulog at kagabi lang din basang basa ung underware ko di naman po ako umihi, at di naman po siya amoy ihi. May makakapag explain poba if ano ung naranasan ko? sign naba un na manganganak na ako or need kona pumunta sa hospital? Sabi kase nila once na Cs ka dimo alam or dimo mararamdaman ang signs na manganganak kana. And ask kona lang rin po, posible bang ma cesarean ulit ako? Kase 2yrs palang po ang nakakalipas nung manganak ako ng cesarean. Salamat po mga mommies!

2021-12-10Hello. Me and my husband tried to conceive for our 2nd child for almost a year. Every month, i am heartbroken when my period came. Thanks God, I just learned yesterday that I am pregnant. But it's really true that when you least expect to get pregnant, that's the time you'll be pregnant. To cut it short, for the previous months I have always assumed that anytime I will be pregnant, and so I have been very careful in using skincare products and careful in drinking/taking supplements. This time (before i knew i was pregnant), I was not quite mindful, I used a skincare containing salicylic acid, aha/bha (due to pimple breakouts), i was drinking a slimming coffee and senna tablets as well. Ofcourse I stopped it now that I knew Iam at 5weeks AOG but I am quite worried. Anyone who experienced the same situation as mine? Thank you!

2021-12-11Mga mommy 39 weeks and 4 days na ako ngayon..naguguluhan po ako sobra😥 Kasi 2 ung midwife ko sa lying in gusto na ako iinduce Due Date ko Dec. 15...wala po kasi talaga akong sign of labor ...tapos yung midwife ko naman po na malapit d2 sa amin ok lang naman daw na umabot ng 40-41 weeks..ehh ang iniisip ko naman po baka makatae ung bata sa loob ..doble gastusin pa..gusto ko sana kusang maglabor ako tapos natatakot ako maginduce kung sakali dahil baka di tumalab lalo na at d pa ready si bb lumabas baka maCS...haystt gulong gulo na po ako wala ako makausap any advise naman po😔

2021-12-11Maganda siya kasi hindi ka bili ng bili ng lagayan. Pwede magmit paulit ulit at pwede rin siya sa sususnod na baby. Nagamit ko yung mga ganito ko from my first born hanggang ngayon sa baby ko. hindi lang pangmilk pwede rin sa food ng baby kaya sulit.
