I read online that drinking normal fresh milk is better than taking maternal milk as the latter is high in sugar content. 2021-04-19Is bm still better than formula milk even if i dont really eat veg and fruits that often. But i do try to eat good foods like i do eat dates, banana, oats and drink fresh milk and soy milk. And rice. And drink lotsof water. I usually eat rice, egg and sweet soy sauce (kicap) with some air fried ingredients like seaweed chicken or fish fillets like those kind. Is that enough?

2021-04-19A few days ago, i was on bus back home and the bus driver had sudden e-brake. It was really sudden as we all shifted in our seats. This resulted my baby bump to hit against the seat handle. I was in shock at that point of time but overall i am feeling quite ok. Biggest worry is wil my baby be in shock and doing fine inside. 2021-04-19Hi please help! I’m 8 weeks along and I am having a fever. I had symptoms of sore throat, then fever, runny nose and cough. The sore throat went away after 3 days. However, the fever has persisted for 5 days already. Temperature has been going between 37.4deg to 38.4deg at its highest. I went to the hospital and got swabbed. I’m negative for Covid. They gave me plain paracetamol and told me to only take it if my temperature is very high. I only took it when my fever reached 38deg. My temperature is mostly stuck at 37.8deg, but after a nap now it’s 38deg again. I’m worried that my fever might lead to birth defects. Please share your experience and what I should do. B : Anyone has difficulty of moving ur buttock when sleeping example like you sleep facing when you wanna turn to left you have to support with ur hand lift up ur buttock to push a bit so ur buttock can move to other side? 2021-04-21I feel quite depressed as I've left a good job to be a stay home mum to care for my baby and I literally do everything for my baby yet when my husband comes home, my 3 month old smiles at him so brightly. I feel she isn't reciprocating to me. Not sure why? Lengthy but read it if you want to 😉 I think it is normal for in-laws or your parents to tell you or your spouse that your child looks more like them or does not look like you. Don't you think? I understand the reason for your annoyance and all you could do is just smile and say absolutely nothing about it. But what I don't exactly understand is the reason you're hating your parents/in-laws for saying that. I'm alright if they were to say that to me because I will feel more weird if they were to tell me that my child looks nothing like me or my spouse or anybody in the family tree. Yknow what i mean? 😂 I have divorced parents. Both of them remarried. I have 3 step-siblings. I have divorced in-laws. One of them remarried. You have no idea how big my family is right now and the time we have to split for them and be fair to everyone. But! It's all worthy. Cause I know if I love them like my own and if anything bad were to happen to me or my spouse, I know that these people will take my child in and raise and love him/her as much as I love them. They are overall parents. And your child is their grandchild. It's your first time having a child but you gotta understand something. That this is their first time as well for having a grandchild. One day, you're gonna feel the same way too. Some of you might or might not agree with me. All I'm saying is, your in-laws are your spouse's parents. They raised and took care of your spouse before you came into their life. When you agree to marry your spouse, you have to understand that you have to love the parents just like your own. Eventhough your relationship with your own parents are screwed, that does not give you any rights to hate your spouse's parents. If you feel that way, you gotta ask yourself why marry their child then? My mother always told me to keep my mouth shut if nothing good is coming out of my mouth so that I don't hurt people unneccessarily. If you really hate them to the core, just do the same when you're around them. Better still, just don't associate with them and stay away. But do understand one thing, you can stay away but there is no way in heaven/hell that you can cut your child's ties with them because a certain percentage of their DNA, is running through your child's veins. Truth hurts darling, but it's the truth. Cheers 😉

2021-04-24I had a baby late last year. It was a precious moment and without saying my baby is my love of my life and this is nothing got to do with my baby. Its about me and husband and in law. Firstly I am so thankful that my in law helped us alot when we just had the baby. No doubt without them it will be tough on us as this is our first baby. But slowly as time goes by many things happened. Let me just shorten it and say it in general, I felt that in law and even the husband tries to control everything on what I do or handle my baby. Seems like things I did is wrong most of the time. My opnions or suggestions were not acknowledged. Worst, when misunderstanding happened even the husband was with his parents. I was totally shocked by that. I understood wrong is wrong but you know sometimes you need your loved one to be there for you right? But not for me in this case. Its like 3 vs 1. Honestly I just felt like leaving. I just felt so sad than being unhappy. And since all this happened I distant myself from them. It is sad. My feelings for husband changed too. For all the times I have been there for him this is what I got from him after having a baby. I can only sigh and live through day by day. To me his effort of taking care of baby was just an okay and its annoying. Here I am being exhausted and at the same time wanted to do my way to take care of my baby which I can't do that happily as there is too many rules there are this people being so selfish and don't realised it. Also husband kind of prefer his parents to take care of baby rather than mine reason is his side this is their first but my side this is the 9th but I felt why not make it fair as both sides its still my baby grandparents right? See I told you when it comes to this my feelings just don't seem important to husband. He just thinks what he wants and make his family happy. I am just sad so sad.
