2021-04-12I had bleeding in week 37 and heavy bleeding (more than day 1 menses) in week 38. Since week 37 i had been leaking fluid (i suspect is amniotic fluid but doc says ultrasound shows waterbag is still full) He suggests i induce, best is csect. But i really wanted to give birth naturally. Should i jus wait or listen to him? Since he says everything is normal could be fase labour.

2021-04-12I am in 8th year if marriage with 2 young kids. However our marriage been a silent one. We both are working in MNc and been very busy and engaged with our work . Often a time my hub work 10 hours in the room . We had no chance to make small talk at all . He give me max. 5 min of attention when I talk about my life. He don't remember r things that I told him . He make no effort to communicate with me expect child related topic. He hid in toilet for hour and look at his HP passed midnight but not replying the msg I send . At the beginning we are already not a good couple who can communicate effectively . I had asked him to go for marriage counseling but was rejected. Now with kids , things get worst . We NV talk for month . I understand the Asian man ego who like to act tough . But I felt very disconnected with him .He is now just my kids father . We had sex once a week and I felt that we are doing so only bc as a man he need to release his sex drive. I only get 5 min hugs after we are done. We don't hold hand outside unless I initiate it. I am lost in the marriage but he think I am too sensitive and selfish , kids come first . Is that normal marriage life ? What can I do ? I felt my self esteem is so low , everything I do is wrong and selfish in his eyes.

While in the hospital they feed him Grow formula milk but I wasn't able to find it at the NTUC near the hospital. Is it normal for newborn to pass motion every feed? Brought for a more detailed scan by a senior consultant to rule out ectopic pregnancy. Eventually he did find in the womb something which may be a delayed gestational sac. Which isn't a positive sign anyway. Just want to ask, has anyone had high hcg but can't see a sac yet proceed to have a successful birth eventually? So i took the PT (clearblue non digital) today, which is supposedly my 1st day of period and the results showed a faint line to indicate positive. Im not 100% sure yet and will retake a few days later. But if so, i shld be 4 weeks pregnant right (from date of last period)? Just wondering where do i move on from here. Am a #1stimemom and i read here and there that i should start looking out for OBs and most of them will only look at you from 8 weeks onwards? Any recommendations too? 2021-04-16Hi Mummies, I am looking for your opinions regarding my situation. I am feeling confused and scared. I am tested positive 14 Apr. Later that night I had brown discharge. Halfway through my sleep, I had cramps till the next morning. When I woke up to check I was already bleeding almost like menstrual period. Visited the gynae for transvaginal scan but did not see anything inside my womb. My LMP was on 12 Mar. Was advise to go to kkh to do hcg blood test and incase of etopic pregnancy the hospital will be able to take care of me. So far I havent experience any sharp pain, vomitting or dizziness. However I am still bleeding along with some blood clots. Have I lost my baby?

2021-04-17Context: I am a primary school teacher in SG. I am a private patient in NUH. I am REALLY exhausted after lower primary classes. Physically and emotionally. I had panic attack last week at work. Last checkup was a few a days ago and my gynae refused to grant me HL for the next 3 weeks till next checkup at week 35 - only gave me 1-week HL. Knowing that I have 2 more weeks of work in my current state is giving me stress. I have maxed out all my MCs already and I was really hoping to utilise the HL entitlement to rest at home. Can I bring myself to A&E on the last day of my 1-week HL and request for longer HL till my next checkup? Is that possible? Anyone had long HL from week 30 onwards till you gave birth?
2021-04-17Hi parents, my son is currently 16months and he is able to understand simple commands, pointing, waving and showing different gestures to express himself well. However, we have noticed he hasn’t start calling papa and mama yet.. but can call both yeye and yiyi (grandfather and aunt in Mandarin), does plenty of babbling. Not sure whether babbling is consider talking.. and slowly he can converse with us??
