2021-04-06I'm about 7 weeks pregnant. This is my first baby. My morning sickness is really bad. I'm feeling nauseous and giddy. I've been vomiting alot. 🤮 Body feels really weak. 2021-04-06Hi everyone Currently my baby is 26 days old and her backside have cut and is causing her discomfort.I am applying diaper rash cream on that area but is not working even i am cleaning that area with lukewarm water with cotton ball after that applying diaper rash cream on that area and keeping the area dry and keeping it open but still nothing is helping me out. 2021-04-06My period is regular and as of today, it’s 3 days late. I had just completed night shift and took clear blue digital pregnancy test but result was negative. Last period was from 6-12 March. Last unprotected was on 18 March which was supposedly 2 days before ovulation. 2021-04-06Just got myself put on drip for a while yesterday because of the hyperemesis again. Generally not too keen on the taste of water (husband is puzzled why there's a taste to water) so I can hardly bring myself to drink plain water. So far what works is hot Milo and I'm not adding milk or sugar to it. We have a can of Milo Gao Kosong and I just mix a few spoons of this with hot water and keep it in my thermal bottle and have it every few minutes or so at night. Not the healthiest or best choice but I'll take whatever I can keep in my stomach and not get turned off. And bread. These two are what my stomach doesn't reject and I'm glad I can still eat something somehow. Hope the rest of you who's going through the same are staying strong and keeping well. :)

2021-04-06Im 32, week 13 now and just did FTS at KKH. Ultrasound scan at week 12 wasn’t good as nasal bone was absent and they noticed little bit of fluid present in baby’s abdomen. KKH called me ytd to inform me of my blood tests results which wasn’t really good. High risk at 1:274. Will be doing NIPT (Harmony) test next week. Results 2 weeks after. Anyone who had high risks from FTS but low risk results after NIPT before? I’m just very nervous and worried. Thank you.

2021-04-07Feeling depressed, currently 24 weeks, no appetite, still vomit at least 3 to 4 times per day. The only foods that make my appetite better are fast foods and unhealthy foods. And keep feeling thirsty, the only craving that will increased my appetite are soft drinks n cold drinks. But everyone around me keep nagging on me, it make me so stress n depressed like I'm harming the baby. I try to limit my intake but it only decrease my appetite

Baby was facing downwards towards my toe throughout the scan that lasted for 15 mins thereabout. Assisted Walking: Stand behind your child, place your hands around his upper arms, and pull him up to a standing position. Gently pull one arm forward and then the other. 2021-04-07Hi mummies/daddies. I have a 6 y/o boy weighing less than 18kg. He is very very active. He seem to not know the meaning of ‘tired’. It’s very difficult to make him sleep at night because too active. He will stay up til 11pm sometimes later. But when i want to wake him up for school in the morning. Oh god, bless my patience with this boy. Putting him sleep at night is difficult, waking him up in the morning is 10x difficult. My boy doesn’t like to eat vege, all types of vege, you name it. He likes to eat candies, chocolates, rice(similar to a teenager/adult portion). He eats well but doesn’t seem to grow. He’s been drinking Dugro since toddler. Average of 2-3 times a day. Before school, after school(sometimes) and before bed. Do you have any best supplements or any suggestions on how to make my boy grow? I’m so worried. 2021-04-07Hi all, I was prescribed Utrogestan on top of duphaston which I have been taking since I found out I was pregnant. Was told to take utrogestan at night and continue with duphaston in the day till it finishes. I was prescribed both because I previously had a MC. However, taking utrogestan makes me quite uncomfortable. Feel bloated and a little harder to breathe when I take it. Anyone experiences such side effects? Thanks. #1stimemom #advicepls

Contractions comes and goes and stops once baby is out, but the agony of the episiotomy is OHEMGEE!! 😫 From the stitching to the first few hours of immediate recovery period, and the "forget cannot sit cross legged" moments after. 😭 Anybody else feels the same? 😅🙋🏽‍♀️

I have breastfed him for 3 days and had difficulty latching after that because he was being fussy and kept crying. So I have been exclusively pumping since. Used to try to direct latch but gave up long ago. But today, I randomly tried to latch him as he suddenly turned his head towards me and tried to suck my shirt. 2021-04-09Hi mummies! Am 38 weeks pregnant and just got a sweep yesterday. Cramping took effect immediately after the sweep and lasted for the whole night. however it was bearable. Interval was rather close yesterday and pain remained constant (a little more painful) than braxton hicks tbh but got better today. Is this normal? Still confuse if it’s true or false labour.

2021-04-09Hi all, I am 5 plus weeks and for the 3rd time this week I see some brown spotting. See a bit of stain on the panty then I pee, I see a little light brown on the paper when I wipe. Then it goes off for the day then see it again at night. Wondering if this is normal or sounds suspicious. I checked with the nurse and she told me so long it's not bright red or in a huge amount should be fine as my HCG was rising before this. 2021-04-09I started noticing puppps rashes from week 38 onwards. The itch was killing me and nights were horrible even with aircon. Would like to share some of the things that worked for me. But would also like to find out if there are other tried and tested remedies? 1) hot showers - i know many articles advised against hot showers as it will aggrevate the itch. But the whole point was that you get the gratification of itching the itch w/o actually scratching it!!! Feels super super good after the shower. And the itch surprisingly doesn’t return until a few hours later. 2) suu balm rapid itch relief moisturiser - applying this miracle balm that contains menthol and is safe for pregnancy after my hot shower is so so so soothing. I also use it at any time I feel itch as it helps to soothe the itch and also moisturise my skin. 3) tea tree oil - I used it when there are new eruptions to prevent me from scratching them further 4) neoderm cream - prescribed by my gynae for my itch but I seldom use it unless I’m crying at night from the horrible itch and nothing above could save it. 5) I find that eating clean helps too and I stayed away from prawns ever since my eruption (suspected allergen for me)

I slowly switch to formula but it started again like he poop 4x in a day yellow watery poop. Then i immediately switch back to isomil and seems the diarrhea stop. Just soy milk havent started back with formula till today. But hes poop is green colour instead of yellow watery poop. Is that normal? Any mummies had experienced the same too?

2021-04-10Wondering if anyone has the same situation.. My boss after knowing about my pregnancy, did not reduce my work load but increase more. On top of my daily work, i was asked to manage 6 additional projects. There are days i have 6-7 meetings. The prolonged sitting and OT etc, weekend standby resulted in slight bleeding in Feb. Even after this incident, he did not relent. If i respond to slowly on a weekend if there is escalation, he pinged me on Saturday night. In Mar i had another bleeding cause weekend on standby, do OT until 8pm and many meetings. Finally doctor gave me one month HL. Next week i am going back, i am not sure if he is going to drill me again. I cant report him to MOM cause i have hit the salary threshold. Not sure what to do... #firstbaby

2021-04-10Hi my 1yr 3 month baby is still not sleeping through the night. He usually sleeps around 8plus, wakes up once between 10pm -12am (this one usually very quickly he will Sleep again) and usually wake up once more between 2-4am which usually will take about an hour to put him back to sleep. Then he will be fully awake around 6-7am plus. During the day usually he naps twice around half to an hour plus each time. Should I be concern he’s not sleeping throughout at night cos I notice his light eye bags and worries about his sleep affecting his growth. Anyone has similar experience?
