2020-10-26LO is 2 mths old today. Realised nowadays when he wakes up he doesn’t cry immediately for milk. My baby awake window time is 1h..nowadays when he is awake he will look around for awhile. This eats into his awake window time and we don’t know when bb is hungry. Bu the time he cries for milk and we prepare , feed and burp him midway he is sleepy already and often doesn’t finish his 100 ml. Is this common?
2020-10-2620 weeks plus pregnant and I've been experiencing pubic bone pain which is a pressure feel above the vagina. Not daily and it comes and goes. Very uncomfortable when I try to lift my legs or getting out of bed. So I Googled and maybe it's pelvic girdle pain or symphysis pubis dysfunction. Also noticed that baby is moving around there instead of slightly above? Have any of you experience this?

2020-10-26Hi all, I’m currently week 8 day 1 of my first pregnancy. I’ve been having really terrible nausea with no vomiting that last throughout the entire day for the past 2-3 weeks that was super uncomfortable. However since ytd At week 8 I noticed my nausea symptom got better and I don’t experience it? Like a good 80-90% better. My breasts still feel very tender and sore to touch. I read that normally morning sickness symptoms will only improve after first trimester. Which is too early for week 8? Is anyone experiencing the same as me? Or this is normal? Thank you ladies.

2020-10-27My husband and his parents took my little one out without informing me thinking i won’t find out. but when i found out i got really upset. they didn’t even plan to tell me about the outing at all. i found out through their family chat. i told my husband and my in laws i was very upset that i wasn’t informed on the outing. my in laws got upset with me cause they say i was rude to them? i can’t even say i was upset? and my husband was siding them all the while. he can still go over for birthday party 2 days later and tell me i don’t need to go. i only tell them i was upset about not knowing my little one was gonna go out? i’m the mother am i not suppose to be upset?? but when my mil say she’s upset she don’t get to spend more time with my little one, my husband thinks it’s ok. she’s just showing her feelings. i mean?!?!! i’m so so depressed. i really don’t think this marriage can work out. ☹️

2020-10-27Hi mummies I'm 37 weeks 6 days today, yesterday i went for my checkup at KKH. And i need to be induced tomorrow as my baby is big at 3.6 (estimate) so the doctor afraid my baby could be more big in 2 weeks time my edd. My worried is I'm very scared, nervous on this 4th pregnancy as this time, i have to sacrifice to be alone during the delivery and the pain moment, as my husband need to take care of my 2 years old son at home and my daughter having exams tomorrow. I can't imagine when my husband not around during the pain came. And all the nurse will avoiding me, since they know our husbands is not with us. I have this experience before on my 1st child when i take class c at kkh all the nurses and doctors are jialat in the ward or in the delivery suit. But when my 3rd child i take class B it was awesome and blessed. But tomorrow i have to take class C again due to my financial.😓 As class B1/B2 need to pay half deposit. So yeah... Here we go again... I hope everything will be better then what i was thought and may god ease everything tomorrow and make it easy smooth on my delivery tomorrow. I will be emotional tomorrow after my husband and my son leaving me at KKH after the admission settled. I will definitely cry at the ward alone thinking/miss my son. And the worse is will be at the delivery suite.😭😓 I hope i can bear the pain this time.

2020-10-27Hi mummies, I would like to ask if any of you gained a lot of weight during pregnancy? I'm currently pregnant with my 2nd baby but I gained a lot during my first pregnancy, which was in 2018 to 2019. My initial pre pregnancy weight was 60kg but during my first pregnancy, I let loose as I had difficulty eating normal food which ends up with me gaining up to 96kg - weight gain of approximately 36kg. My health was fine, there was no gestational diabetes and no hypertension or whatsoever. Baby did end up on the bigger side but that was also due to hereditary as my family genetics are all on the bigger baby side. I was trying to lose weight when I got pregnant again this year, my first baby was only 9mths old. This time my pre pregnancy weight started at 81kg and now I'm reaching 100kg. As per previous pregnancy, my health and baby's health were all fine. My doctor said it's okay as my pre pregnancy weight started at 81kg and my weight gain so far is okay. I'm just worried that I might have a hard time losing weight. I had always been on the bigger side, abt 70kg plus and I managed to lose a lot before my wedding. It took so much blood, sweat and tears to lose all those weight and I know I'll have to do it again if I wanna lose all the weight I've gained thus far. Do you have any advice on when I can start losing weight after giving birth and what I can do other than exercising? If I'm breastfeeding, can I still go on diet and stuff like that? I would really appreciate your advice on this. Also, I would really appreciate if you don't criticize me on the weight gain as I've had enough of that from myself. Thank you in advance.

Firstly,when my family found out that i was pregnant,they told me to abort or even threaten to "spike" me in order for me to abort naturally.They told me that they don't want to care or look after the baby after i deliver which i say that i'm fine with it cause thru out everything i never ask for a single cent from them at all and its not that i'm arrogant or something but they asked me if the father of the child is taking responsibilities by paying the bills and everything which he did,he bought everything for the baby but now they want to take my baby away from me trying to say that we are not financially stable for a baby and that they don't like the baby's father.I admit we had some issues in the past but we worked thru it. 2020-10-28Hi Mummies... My baby is currently 6weeks old. She is bottle-fed breastmilk during her feeds. She was able to feed an average of 120, max 130ml. However, I realised she is eating less these days. Can go as low as 70ml. On average about 90ml. Also, after every feed, it’s difficult to get her to burp and most of the time, she doesn’t burp and fell asleep. She has reflux sometimes only. Is there something to be concerned with? 2020-10-29Hi I need help. My LO started to wake up few times in the night just crying and sitting or standing in the cot. We usually manage to put her to bed by 9pm but she will wake up numerous times starting anytime from 10pm onwards. She has never really slept through the night, she will wake up around twice and goes back to sleep after milk but now its really getting bad to worse. We tried changing diaper, adjusting room temperature, giving milk, cuddle and carry but nothing seems to work and she can stay up for 2-3h at night just making noise. It's like she's got too much energy and I think she's tired but she can't sleep. She also doesn't really know how to self soothe herself back to sleep when she awakes. We will try not to carry but give her the pacifier and her chouchou but sometimes really have to carry. Last night we just tried to ignore her but she went at it for close to 3h until we sat there and keep lying her back down until she finally slept. Tell me this is normal please and it will pass, I'm so worried is she overactive or isit a development thing as she's starting to walk a few steps now. Really at my wits end and I dunno what to do, can't imagine when I send her to infantcare in Dec. It's going to get worse??? 😵😵😵

2020-10-29Hi mummies! I’m 38wks now. And yesterday my doctor did a cervix check and some massage thingy for the vagina area. After that there was dark brown discharge and this morning’s discharge was bright red during my first pee and nothing after. Has anyone else experienced the same thing? She comment that my boy have some speech delay for the current month age he is in as he haven’t start to say out few simple word like mama , papa. 2020-10-31I am a NUH subsidised patient transferred from TMC private due to my medical history I have in the past. I only get to scan at week 32 after detailed scan at week 20 in TMC. And every visit is only hearing heart beat, sometimes they don’t even measure my belly. How do I or gynae know if my baby’s weight is in a healthy range? This is my 4th pregnancy & my belly is so much smaller compared to my 3 previously. When I scanned during 32weeks my baby’s head is down and hardly can see his face but it seems like he got protruded lower jaw (his chin meat look very thick and long). I am so worried but the doctor who scan says if detailed scan have no problem then shouldnt be a problem. Might be his position inside & he is sleeping inside at that point of time. I am really worried & I couldn’t request to scan again and see since it’s under subsidised :(
