Im currently 22 days pp. During 2 days pp i had engorgement bt since i was at the hosp... i wasnt advice to pump but to latch bby only.. i only started pumping when i was 16 days pp.. i yield only ard 80-100ml for both breast combine.. i stop pumping cos i was lazy n only latch bby. Tday i pump after bby feeding and manage to only pump out 30ml total. I did 15 mins only as my nipples were v sore as bb latch alot. Bb is pooing n peeing alot. Im wondering is my supply low? How do i increase it?

2020-08-18Hi, I was diagnosed with blighted ovum miscarriage at week 7. Gynae advised to let miscarriage occur naturally i.e I’m waiting for bleeding to occur now at week 8 and still coping with morning sickness and nausea. Anyone with similar experience can advise: 1) Which “pregnancy week” did bleeding occur? For how long? Was it painful? 2) Did you eventually still have to go for D&C after bleeding as bleeding was not totally cleared in the uterus? 3) Any success stories of eventually getting yourself pregnant with a healthy baby after blighted ovum? I was like huh?? What if baby A is allergic to the ingredients? And if i were Baby B's mother, I will be like.. Hello? I cooked for my child, not meant for other people's child! 2. Teacher doesn't test or try water temperature before giving formula. When questioned, the answer was 'aiya, we know one la, we make milk everyday ' 3. I happen to saw a baby sleeping with the blanket covered on the whole face but teacher didn't realise. So dangerous! Btw, I quickly remove it after taking a snapshot. 4. Babies share common toys (and saliva! ) Is this common?? I get to observe the above matters as I can accompany my baby girl during her first-two days at the infant care.

2020-08-20Hi mummies, since i got into 3rd trimester i feel quite stressed. not sure if its due to the hormones.. but i realised that my anxiety is triggering alr. i have been overthinking, i feel like no one (especially my partner) cares, i feel lonely and super low almost everyday. i tried to tell my partner about it, but he doesn't seem to understand or wants to know more.. which upsets me even further. firstly the main problem was because i feel like lack of attention from him as he is now working 12hrs shift so we rarely get to talk during the day. even after his shift ends, he would talk to me about 5mins then play his mobile game till he reached home after shower have his meal etc he will continue gaming again. at times he would reply me in between his matches but these days he would reply me after he is done and wants to sleep. he was on leave for 2 days, but we rarely get to talk still. i really feel like shitt, like i am not important. i am getting really stressed about it as i tend to think alot and i have been crying myself to sleep for nights now.😔
2020-08-20Any mummies went for the pap test and the result detected got some virus? Doc took some sample to further check on it. I will come back in 2 weeks for the result not sure, they will do the check2 of the cervix again. Its soo uncomfortable and i hate cervix check. Hopefully nothing serious and will clear on it own soon. i mean its good to detect early but the cost for this test is soo expensive plus i dont wish to go thru another uncomforable check again to my down there. i think it had gone thru enuf 😢.

2020-08-20I was diagnosed with HG when i was 9 weeks pregnant. I was hospitalized and was given drips. Moving forward now I am 31 weeks and the exhaustion and fatigue is real. I still vomit and have heartburn, back pain, etc that kept me up all night. Going to work is more challenging now. Tbh, i feel like i might be loosing grip of myself mentally, emotionally and physically soon. I am a first time mom, and I am not sure what I can do. Is there like a support group or something? 2020-08-21Decided to begin giving my 7-weeks babygirl FM (Similac) at night so she can sleep longer and also to get used to FM before starting infant care. Gave 60ml on Wednesday night, pooped a whole lot the next morning but that’s the only time she pooped. Hasn’t pooped anymore since. Is this a concern to bring her to the PD? I have stopped giving FM for now cause worried that she might be constipated, but she seems fine. Still farts and accepts BM as usual. Applied Yu Yee too but still not pooping. 2020-08-21My milk supply from 100ML drop to 50ML to 20ML. When i use breast pump to pump always nothing come out, so i have been using hand to pump out. Is there anyway to increase my breast milk? Tried eating oats, avacado etc but don’t seems to help at all. Felt so frustrated that my milk supply become lesser and lesser. Felt so bad that i can’t give my baby breast milk.

2020-08-21I’m experiencing horrible pregnancy rash which doctor suspect is PUPPS and pregnancy eczema since week 18, has been struggling to sleep every night and the rash have spread from my tummy to my hands and legs. Have previous eczema flare before but didnt last this long. I’m in week 22 already and it’s still itching badly!! As you can see from the picture basically you don't have to clean the whole machine up! Just the container! Remover the cap and the blade that's all! 2. Very straight forward not so complicated I'm a idiot to tech stuff. I've came across this famous brand but there's lots of steps to do. For this straight forward you want to steam just change the lid the other way round. Want to steam and blend just close the lid properly set how many minutes and set how many seconds of blending. 2020-08-22I’m in week 10 of my first pregnancy and the morning sickness is really terrible. I get terrible headaches, nausea all day. Loss of appetite. I am only able to eat one small meal a day. Insomnia due to nausea at night until early morning. I can’t stand for so long without feeling like i am going to pass out. My husband is not being supportive at all. He says it is all in the mentality. It is so stressful i’ve not experience a single bit of joy. Just anxiety from thinking if i am a good mother will i be able to carry this baby well.

2020-08-22Dear Mommies, I am 34 weeks + pregnant and on my last gynae appointment my baby is still in a flex breech position. Also her head is bigger than her actual size at 37 weeks. My gynae advise me to book for a C-section. However I cannot decide whether to go for Regional anesthesia (epidural) where I will be awake or go for General anesthesia where I will be asleep. I heard there are risks for epidural such as worse case is nerve damage. My gynae also informed me that if I opt for General anesthesia, when I am awake I am going to feel the pain, and normal oral pain killers won't help so it would be better to go for Regional anesthesia (epidural). Anybody have gone through C-Section and can share your experience? Thank you! #1stimemom

2020-08-22Hi Mummies, is it normal for baby to have hiccups in the womb multiple times a day? I’m 31 weeks going on 32, and have been noticing baby is having hiccups quite often lately. I’ve read that you can switch position so that baby will move and lessen the hiccups, which worked for me as well. Just concerned she hiccups a few times daily, is it a sign of distress? I’ve read that it’s pretty normal actually if it doesn’t last more than 15mins per episode.
