2020-06-29Hi, On 17 weeks, i having bleeding went to A&E, they said both of us are fine. Just go back rest and monitor the bleeding. Few days later it stop and come back with spotting for a day. We call and asked them. They request us to go down to check. We went down to check, everything was fine. Last week, i having brown discharge abt 4 days till today. I am not sure is it because i am overwork/walk too much or other reason. Before the brown discharge, i went back to office. During midnite i have brown discharge till today. I am abit worry. 2020-06-29I think I'm one of the rare people who dont hav e a doting mother. Since young, she has been verbally and physically abusing me. There were many evil deeds that shes done to me that make me unable to respect her. The only time she was super enthusiastic was when I was getting married so she could ask for alot of monies and betrothal gifts from my hubby's family. But she didnt help me at all for the wedding, when I suffered miscarriage while renovating and moving into my current house, when I was preg, when I gave birth and even now. She would suddenly appear once in every 3 to 4 months to see my children and claims how much she loves us and that she would come help me with household chores every week. But after every visit, she would mia for another 3 to 4 months. I am very pissed with her especially after delivering #2 in feb. She only appeared twice (once when I just reached home from hospital and another when phase 2 just started). I feel that she always mia when I need her help and only appear after everything is settled. When #1 was 5wo and unwell I called her to accompany me to the clinic (being ftm with no CL), she just said shes busy and hung up on me. Sometimes she wont reply my messages. While these happened I can see photos of her going out with my sil being posted on social media. It is also maddening that she keeps claiming credits for anything concerning my children (but come on, you are not even around) and tell everyone that my children love her more than my in laws. She is very unappreciative also, I ever helped her and her husband paid off their debt and after that she said I had motives for helping. I am thinking to cut off ties with her, I dont feel like dealing with her anymore. Am I too extreme?

2020-06-29Before anyone comment “please check with gynae” Well i did, and the only thing that they can give is a progesterone jab shot, advise to rest well and monitor closely. My next scan is in 2 weeks time. I had slight bleeding and went straight to urgent O&G. At 5 weeks, they saw blood clot next to my gestational sac which is subchorionic hematoma they called it. So that was the reason for my bleeding. What i’d like to know if there’s anyone who had it and what’s your outcome.

I’ve been have frequent aches when I sit down too Long or getting up after I lie down which I expect is normal as baby Is getting bigger. 2020-06-30I just did my detailed scan yesterday, everything was OK except that was advised that my baby's heart is enlarged. Me and my hub are tested to have alpha Thalassaemia traits (we only knew during 19 wks), this could be one of the symptoms shown from the baby during scan. I've decided to do the amniocentesis test this week and the doc who counsel us told that based on the detailed scan, he is very sure my baby has inherit Thal. Major which is the worst case. There is hope for my baby as there is 3:4 chance of baby to be silent carrier/normal person but I don't know why he keep emphasised to test and to confirm baby is Thal. Major. Anyone went thru similar scenario when doc told u detailed scan result is not ideal but went thru further test and baby is healthy. I need some assurance that the doc may not be accurate as based on the scan as the amnio test result need at least 1-2wks. I don't wish to overthink and trying my best to be positive this period.

2020-06-30Its tiring for us that the whole night baby didnt have a proper sleep. She only sleep about 10mins and wake up from it, she drank milk like as if its hard for her to swallow at first (or like being force) but after few try its fine. Burping her its hard as she will stiften her whole body (when seating down). She prefer to be carry then puttin down to sleep. Seeing her like this pain me that she might be tired but coulr be somethinh bothering her (we suspect she got reflux or colic). We did everythinh but it doesnt help. LO just 1 month and we try everything in the internet . Its exhausting.

2020-06-30Hi mummies, I'm carrying twins but had experienced spotting for 3 occasions (5 weeks, 9 weeks, 11 weeks) already. First 2 times was pinkish red and this time was brownish. The spotting usually comes only when i wipe after using the toilet, and goes away after that. The 1st time i was asked to up my medication dosage, 2nd time I had a scan and babies were growing well. I had another scan few days back to confirm everything is ok. Gynae mentioned babies are all good. But I just had spotting again (Week 11). Read that placenta is growing rapidly this week, does this cause spotting?
2020-06-30I caught my mil feeding carrot cake (dim sum) to my 8 mth old lo. She insists at 8mths old they can eat everything including kfc mashed potatoes. She fed him ice cream before as well. 2020-07-02I’m currently 27weeks pregnant and throughout my whole months of being pregnant, I’ve been feeling really emotional. My hubby isn’t really helping and at times, he is the cause of my emotions to be jumbled. I became so needy for attention and always needed him to be around but he pushed me away asking me to stop as it’s annoying. I wanted just atleast a 5 minutes back rubs as my back is really painful and all he did was to stroke my back 2-3 times and stopped. When i voice out , he isn’t feeling happy and thought that I wasn’t being appreciative.. I know as a wife i have to serve him well as he’s a sole breadwinner.. I didn’t nagged at him when he came home or even scold him for something he didn’t do right as i wish he would.. but to stay silent to not cause any fights.. when i voice out nicely stating that i am just expressing my feelings, 101 things became an issue by him saying i am not appreciating all the things he did and he isn’t the best. (When all i said was, if he could massage my leg a little bit longer cause it’s painful.) :( i am feeling really depressed that i have to excuse myself to the toilet to cry or sometimes took my blanket to cover my eyes just so the tears would be absorbed as he didn’t like me crying...

2020-07-03I'm 7 months pregnant and sex with my hubby is not there anymore. Even we have sex a few times in 2 months I dont feel it at all. Didnt cum or get wet or excited. And i always end up getting disappointed. With my 1st pregnancy I never had this problem before. I am just sad and disappointed.

We dont cuddle anymore and he dont look at me the same way that he use to. We dont even go out on dates or have a time for ourselves without our baby. 2020-07-04My almost 5 month LO likes to sit up straight with support. We have tried putting him in a high chair and he seems to be able to sit rather well in it. His neck is already stiff enough so his head doesn't wobble. In a stroller, he likes the back panel to be in the sitting up position but his body will slant to the side. Will it be bad for his back to be sitting up frequently and also in a stroller if he keep slanting to the side?

2020-07-04Could someone tell me if these are pregnancy rashes? I saw a derma recently and was diagnosed with contact dermatitis on the lower part of the legs. After coming home to apply steroid cream on the affected area, there was this outbreak of rashes which I am not sure whether they are pregnancy rashes or other forms of rashes. Note: the rashes didn't start from tummy nor do I have any stretch marks ard tummy yet.
