i m feeling like a m a burden to her.. i m f stressed up but i dun show. i m sick n tired.
i told her be patience, wait till my divorce and house is over, we can plan to hav helper. the moment i talk abt my bro and my sil, my mother nt happy, she keep saying they hv their house and own things. Me n my daughter staying at my mother house wer she think i must hv some responsiblity to do n work.
i am a single mother. My father is a breadwinner of the house. i can fully understand that....i m tired seriously.
- 2019-02-18Hi just took a pregnancy test and it’s positive. What do I need to do? Called the gynae but the receptionist says only to see gynae on the 12th March. Do I need to see a doctor to check and make sure everything is ok?
- 2019-02-18Do you think the government did a good job with Singapore Budget 2019?
- 2019-02-18Hi! I’m a FTM-to-be. Any suggestions to ease back or leg discomfort from standing or walking? I’m in my 15th week. Every time I sit it felt better. The gynae says it’d be muscular and posture related plus the uterus is expanding thus the discomfort... which would likely be worse as the baby grows. :(
- 2019-02-18My toddler has been easy to handle so far but is beginning to act out. He gets angry by kicking/shouting and even to an extent of hitting me or the objects near him if things dont go his way.
He doesn't have siblings and rarely socialise with other children his age besides his cousins who he meets once in 2 weeks or just his friends in toddler class.
Both my husband and me are concerned with his escalating "anger issues". We have tried speaking to him nicely, sternly, raising our voices at him and even hit the bottom of his feet with 2 fingers but he will react by crying or ignore us. He willl then repeat the behaviour again.
It breaks our heart to keep scolding him but we really want to nip this bad behaviour in the bud so he wouldnt grow up spoilt or feels that tantrums are tolerable.
Help please
- 2019-02-19hi all...my boy 3yr old still drinking fm 4x a day...i want to transit him to fresh milk..how do i do that? and which brand of fresh milk?
- 2019-02-19Mummies, maybe you can relate to this, maybe you can’t... but I just need to let this out. Recently, my husband’s browser had porn and prostitutes in it and when I ask him about it, he claims his friends send the link to him through WhatsApp. The first incident happened about 2 years ago. When confronted, he said he doesn’t look at such stuff. Never saw it again till recently I saw the prostitute one.
My argument to him is hat I feel like he should respect our relationship enough not to look at such things. What do you think, mummies?

- 2019-02-20Background: Baby (2nd child) is almost 1 year old. Elder child is already in childcare. Have an experienced maid at home, no daily supervision in the daytime by grandparents or parents as all are working. Giving up on second maid due to behavioural issues and reluctant to get a replacement due to past history. Worried whether current maid can handle housework, cooking etc and childcare duties on her own during the day. Considering infant care as an option, while retaining maid to deal with housework/cooking and before/after school care .
Given the background situation, I'd like to find out how mums/dads of multiples manage their children's day time care. What are the pros and cons of infant care / maid only?
Thank you!

- 2019-02-21Took some time off the weekend to head to the #PrudentialCarnival which was pretty eye opening considering it’s the first time I’ve been there.
.
Took bubba Em up the viewing platform to take a look at the entire #PruCarnival, how colourful and vibrant the place was.
.
Carnivals are definitely a must-go, and #PMBC2018 is a pretty good place to start out.

- 2019-02-21been trying for a 2nd child for 6months now, no luck. what should we be doing to increase chances? did not do the deed for 2yrs plus until we wanted to try for 2nd. every time we have to plan when to do it if not we end up not doing at all. its not a very pleasurable experience anymore. i was breastfeeding for 2 yrs plus. no feel for any intimacy. it is really frustrating. sometimes i end up saying to forget it, and just cry to sleep. every time my period comes, i just feel an overwhelming sense of sadness. will i ever have a 2nd child ?

- 2019-02-22PSA: Link your child's CPF account to yours today!
In order to check your child's CPF balance, you have to first link it to your own account - don't wait until you need it because it'll take some time to process.
