- 2019-12-02I've been getting this food stuck in throat feeling. I googled and it's related to heartburn and GERD. I haven had the chance to tell my gynae abt this because it was and off but now its here for a whole week plus. Sometimes I feel like gas is escaping from my throat and some bubbling/mini burps going on in the throat. I get this very often after eating. Accompanied by gastric pain. Anyone feels the same and have consulted your doc on this? Week 13 now....

Using plain tap water? Sanitise your hand instead of washing? Prepare a boiled warm water flask in toilet just for washing hands?

- 2019-12-02Breastmilk storage bag can be quite a bit of money to spend on if you're oversupply mama and it can only be used once.
So here's what I've found. I manage to find these storage bag from shopee and bought 1 box to try it out. It is quite good and cheap!
Autumnz breastmilk storage bag. I got it from mummy fair at only $5 per box. (they have promo like the more you buy the cheaper it is, if I'm not wrong the cheapest you can get is $4.50 per box) Shopee they do sell at 5 plus if you add shipping it may cost around 6 to 7 buck.
On avg 1 storage bag in the market cost about 25 cents for 1. This is only 18 cents for 1.
Hope it is useful info :)

Mummy you can get from jb it's 10rm 1 box.

- 2019-12-04Anyone with experience on this? How did you discover baby had this and how did you get rid of it?
- 2019-12-04I have known many kids nowadays which parents only care about their results, studies. They give them as much as possible tuition sessions until no time is left rest. They keep their children as busy as possible so they could do well in their grades and become successful people. I can understand what the parents are feeling, they just want the best for their children.
But what about how the children feel? They do so many things that they don't like
Maybe they hate going to tuition, they hate being forced into doing Sports, Arts, Music
Or even worse, being forced into a secondary school that they don't want to get into.
Most children will not tell their parents as they wanted to be the pride of their parents. They will just do what their parents asked them to do even dough they lacked passion and hated it, they lacked passion and love into what they are doing. they don't tell the parents because they scared their parents will scold them. they will always compare with other people like what their parents did and felt that they are worse than the other people. They didn't know how well they did.
I felt sad about this and I think you should encourage them rather than forcing them. a small word of encouragement would make them happy and you should make them discover their talent. listen to them all the time and treat them with respect and love
Spent more time with your family and lastly
Every time they did well, tell them how great they have done and told them that they could do better to encourage them.
Please comment if you have more ways to encourage your kids rather than forcing them.
Thank you!!!
I'm a 12-year-old girl who has been through all this so I wanted lesser kids to be like me now. I wish parents could change their attitude towards their kids and give more attention to them

- 2019-12-06Ok I'm very paranoid now . My baby is reaching 4 months old on 9 dec . And weighs 6.1kg . He just recently changed his milk powder from stage 1 mamil gold to similac total comfort stage 1 . Reason for changing because it stated it's good for baby who have enzymnia or to prevent enzymnia or smth like tt . Well his rash seems to be getting better but what concern me now is the amount . It stated for his age the feeding instruction is to give him drink 180ml . N my baby got this regurate problem. Plus now he got this habit rlor dunno isit he discomfort or what ,than he will drink halfway than start to wiggle n cry . Like he is piss with smth . I change his diaper etc but still he dunwan drink finish his milk . Got one time he drink 1/4 only than he start his nonsense again . For mamil gold its 150 ml but it seems to make his rash abit worst . I dunno .
Is there any milk that u all can recommend like for 4 months old but in lesser amount each feed for every 4 hours . And suitable for baby who easy get rash . I'm very paranoid now cause he keep dunwan drink finish his milk n keep crying not happy with the milk ?

- 2019-12-06I’m sure the world is fair. We got angry with our partners at times. But I got agitated with my husband so much after our baby came along. I just feel like I am better off without him as he has becoming an extra burden. Things such as he doesn’t help much in housework, can’t looking after baby for more than 30mins, raise voice anyhow, impatience etc, leaving his cup and chair untuck after meal, went out drink and drunk at times and go to bed not shower. Meanwhile when he talk to me about his work, I am obliged to listen and give advise. I did talk to him and remind him there’s no helper in the house, he has to get his ass up and help. And he did after each push. I am lost. Is it me or there’s really an issue? FYI no 3rd party and I’m a working mom.
- 2019-12-06My husband goes out drink with his friends once or twice a week in some pub. And often come home tipsy or drunk and go to bed without shower. I told him off many times for not doing that. - 2019-12-07Growing up, I loved eating from banana leaves. Who would have thought that’s not a sustainable move ??♀️ Why? The leaves get axed from its source for use. We are not supposed to sacrifice Mother Nature for us. We are supposed to live in a way to protect her.
Reading this article made me realize that. Urushya’s disposable tableware, on the other hand, are made from fallen leaves ? .
We need more of Urushya on our tables.

- 2019-12-07Hi,
I hope someone can help me with this. Me and my husband decided to divorce reason being we had too much quarrel over my pil. My husband priority is always on his parents. When me and my baby cannot have family time ourselves most of the time.
I only go back to my in law place once a week my baby currently 7 months old. Never stayed at my in law place for more than a night after give birth. I did my confinement at my own place and due to alot of issue I keep postponing on moving back.
Upon discussion with my hub. I told him I will try to make it once a week and bring baby back for them to see. I'm working part time 3 days a week for a few hours. My hub don't feed us. I'm currently bfing my baby. Taking care of her most of the time myself only time is when I go to work my aunt will help out.
Now my hub want to fight custody with me. Cos he want my baby go to his place and let his parents take care while I work. So he want 3 to 4 days a week. Which I don't agree as we stay super far apart. He actually suing me now just received his lawyer letter.
Anyone know what are the chances of me getting my baby care and control? My hub family is rich. I am just from a normal family.
I don't know should I give in or hire a lawyer as financial part is not easy for me. If I have a higher chance I will hire a lawyer no matter how difficult it is.
- 2019-12-07I had gone for C section recently and experienced lower back pain on and off. With that I actually reach out to my husband for help (not to throw things on the floor n expect me to pick up) as he love to throw things on the floor and expect me to pick up everything on my own. I did share with him that I can't pick it up firstly due to my wound and my lower back pain. He consistently claimed that I'm trying extremely hard to instigate a fight. He even raised his voice at me at several occasions in front of my LO, my poor baby cried. I feel very helpless and feel that how can he react like that. At no point did I raise my voice or make any unnecessary remarks. Even when I'm doing my confinement now he would still want me to do alot of things which results that I am extremely lack of rest. Is this kind of behavior from my husband is considered as normal?
