I don’t really pump much nor do I cook or open the freezer much..but happened yesterday I opened my freezer n saw my frozen breastmilk shaped differently..I asked around the house did anyone remove my breast milk from the freezer n my mum said she once found the freezer door was not closed properly.. So I have no idea how long the freezer door was opened to make my milk become liquid enough to change shape.. Would the milk still be able to be fed to my 4 month old baby? 2019-11-07Hi there. I was recently diagnosed with Complete Placenta Preveria at 20week pregnancy. This is my 3rd pregnancy and prior to this, I had 2 c-sect which explains the increased risk. 2019-11-09I just visited my gynae ard 14 weeks. However, he didnt prescribe me any supplement or ask me to start supplement. He still gave me the folic acid, prenavit, and duphaston. He said my oscar test and blood test is all ok, but i seem to have iron deficiency or thalassemia, so he took blood test on me and my hubby. I am always worried that i dint take enough nutrition for my pregnancy, because i always eat outside. And i still stick to my eating habit as before pregnancy. But less fast food, i tend to eat more carbs than vege. So i take more fruits. Is it good enough? I heard that pregnant woman will take calcium, iron, fish oil supplement etc.

The reason for these fear is i had a missed miscarriage before, and it worries me that it might happen again. But Im hoping for the best. Next checkup is in 2 weeks time.
