2019-10-28My 6mth old has just begun consuming solid, mainly homemade purée for at most twice a day. I usually give it to her after milk feed. I realised there was a tremendous decline in her milk intake (via bottle). She will refused milk from bottle but she will be okay with direct nursing. In total, she can nurse approx. 2 hours in a day and drink only 200ml or less of FM. I do not want to force her to drink more milk as I tried & she will puke. Last check she is at 8kg @ 6mth & 3 weeks. Should I be worry?

2019-10-29Hi does any of you got rejected of issuing hospitalization leave by gynae before edd? I'm at private hospital but disappointed with my gynae who refuse to give me HL before delivery. When we are out, I always tell my hubby we need to be home before 6pm for us to do the routine. Do u think I’m being selfish? Yes both of them have a child tgt but she ran away wif the child and message my fiancee there is no way he is gg to see his son again and she left him.. I just dont get it the past is the past and she is trying to make my fiancee and i break.. Im currently 22 weeks day 6 pregnant and i rmb when i was just ard 10 weeks pregnant she criticised me and called me names and i was so stressful that i almost kill myself.. But my fiancee saved me from being suicidal so we block her from social medias then last month she followed my fiancee on social media and start the shits again.. I just wish it is over.. I dont want my son in my tummy to be criticised and all by her.. Like just now she called my fiancee a broke guy who doesnt have money.. Then she show off her bank acc.. I post a long text saying it doesnt matger my fiancee is broke or not.. He can still provide me a home to stay, food to eat and a place to shower all.. Money doesnt bring us happiness and money doesnt bring until ur grave so why not u just mind ur own business.. Then she posted my guy is a cheater and so on.. 2019-10-30I was told that I have 3 fibroids in my womb and all three were anterior with each measured approximately 2cm to 4cm. In the end it didn’t progress so I was discharged. At 36 weeks I had bloody mucous plug plus contractions. The spotting made me go hospital again. So I was admitted, contractions didn’t progress and discharged AGAIN. Bleeding also stopped. I thought this time I would give birth for real. my gynae understands that we are getting fed up. And she predicted in a few days I would give birth. Anyone had these experiences before?? What did u do?? This saga is toying with my feelings.

2019-10-31I started giving my boy pacifier quite early, at about 3weeks old. I was stress about the crying and felt very lost, hence i resort to giving pacifier to “calm him down”. Though my LO is nt very dependent on the pacifier but at times I can see that he wants something to suck (even though he is not crying for it). Sometimes he needs it to sleep, but sometimes he is ok without. How can I wean him off the pacifier and not affect his sleep.

2019-10-31I need to let off some steam here, it's gonna be a rant. Ok so im currently staying at my inlaws, they've been such lovely parents tryna accomodate to my needs & all. My baby is abt 3 months old & i understand why they want to kiss and hold him so much because this is their first grandson, im perfectly fine with that. Recently my dad in law got the cough and it's those with phlegm. The one thing that i dont unds is even if he's sick, he wants to kiss my son? My husband told him off alot of times you know but he still does it. Last night he said he was feeling better & he's still clearly coughing with the phlegm. He still kiss my son! I told my husband to told him off and he did. At first my dad in law said it's nothing but i told my husband to stay firm cos these things cannot play play. Obviously i cannot say anything cos this is not my place & i have a huge temper too. I dont want to make the situation worse. Why is it so hard to follow instructions? You sick then stay the hell away from my son. Sure i like to have things my way but come on ah, this is my son we're talking about. Of course it's my way or the highway. I'm the mother, i have every rights.
2019-10-31So i went to KK to check on why im bleeding but doc said my babys heartbeat is still there and they prescribed me oral utrogestan.but it made my tummy cramp so bad and yesterday night while peeing, it felt like a huge blood clot came out and indeed it is. Is this worrying or have anyone had the same effect of utrogestan? :(

She didn't cry screaming it was a different kind of cry like soft and short cries with no tears, after I carry her for a few mins she was back to normal. the top right of her head no bump but red red. 2019-11-02Hi all. Do you know what was given to your babies at infant care? I was told they only gave porridge once a day; rice cereal once a day and milk 2/3times a day. My son is 1yo and only drink 1 time milk after his afternoon nap (other than morning and night); the rest of the time he’ll be having solid food. Was shocked to know they still feed rice cereal to a 1yo when my son last ate pure rice cereal at 7/8m. And here I am trying to control my son’s milk intake so that he can have more solids while there they are feeding milk to keep the babies full. Is it the same for all ifc?

2019-11-02How do you deal with baby 6 weeks growth spurt? Baby seems to want more milk after each feed. How do you increase the amount of milk intake? I’m currently giving him 90ml formula milk every 2 hourly. He seems to want more. Do I increase it gradually by 10ml or it is ok to give 120ml straightaway? He usually doesn’t show sign of fullness or reject the bottle when he is full. So it is very difficult for me to tell if I am over feeding. Any advice out there?

2019-11-02My son claimed he can’t learn school work. Can never pass exam. Goes to school simple because had to. Breaking school rules. Rude to teachers and classmates. But he hasn’t hurt anyone or hang out with bad company. He just goes to school and back. No modern gadgets — hp, ipad, laptop, etc. No he wants to stop school. What can we do to help? He is hopeless and so are we. He even said counselling doesn’t work on him. So tell us to stop talking to him or ask school Counsellor. He was ADHD (more on anger management issue). Stopped the medicine when he was Sec 1. Next year he is to repeat Sec 3:( Is there a school that focus more on activities than academic that we should try him to? Any suggestions?

The poo stains are hard to remove even thru scrubbing after changing out immediately and washing in washing machine thereafter. Any parents using this? What is your method of removing the stains ?
