2019-08-26Hi mummies, I'm wondering what you would do when you're out without your lo and knowing your breast is full. Eg, you're out running errands, shopping or playing sports for long hours. I was playing sports (obviously it took me long enough to reach back home) and went out of my pumping schedule and then it led to engorgement. So I'm really worried if in future I need to be somewhere without my lo and the environment is not convenient for me to pump. Eg, after playing sports, I can't possibly pump in my sweaty self or attending friend's wedding (alone) . I wouldn't want to bring such big bag just for my pumps and bottle.

2019-08-27Hi Mummies, anyone experience this before? : 24 Aug - my tummy ache until super badly. doesn't go away no matter what I do. it last for about 5h : 9am to 2pm like that - pain decrease but still in pain from 2pm to night time 7pm - whole body feeling weak - leg feels cramp for a couple of second the moment I stand up then the cramp goes off - no appetite the whole day - had diarrhea x2 (once at noon, another time straight after I try to eat abit @ evening time) 25 Aug - tummy ache only if I walk or sitting down for almost the whole day - appetite is good but stomach feels abit uncomfortable whenever I eat 26 Aug - sudden pain @ uterus / cervix area couple of times throughout the day, not sure why but feel as tho baby kick. just a second long kind of pain. 27 Aug - sudden wake up @ 4am and had diarrhea *baby kicking as usual throughout these days.... * worried its a sign of preterm Labour... previous doctor appointment, doctor told me my amniotic fluid @ border line. borderline 6.0, mine is 6.1. 2019-08-27Hi all, I am a new one week old mum. I didnt breastfeed my baby when she was born last week two days in the hospital. She refused to latch. My breast is very hard, swollen and hard. When I back home the 3rd day, I pumped milk for her. Roughly 6 to 8 times. I massage my breasts with warm water before each pump and put cold cabbage after pump. Till date still very swollen. I very worried it will lead to complications. Any good advices for me? Thank you

2019-08-27Hi, just had a miscarriage last month. I was on my 7th week when i miscarried. Already had my 1st cycle of period.. but nowadays im always feeling fatigue, dizzy, super bloated & sometimes i try to vomit but all that comes out is "air" or sometimes the acid frm my tummy.. idk what is wrong.. but im feeling so uncomfortable ever since the miscarriage. Family Doc gave me omeprazole & antacid saying its probably bloatedness.. it helps for awhile but the gas in my tummy never ends.. im always drinking ginger tea too. Alrdy had blood tests done & doc says results is normal. I dont have any vitamin deficiency. I had a natural complete miscarriage btw as ive alrdy had my scan by my gynae. Anybody feel this way after a natural miscarriage? What should i do? Pls advice....

2019-08-27Saw doc last week due to clogged duct and fever and doc said likely mastitis due to cracked nipple. Was given oral and topical antibiotics. Just finished the oral antibiotics. During my last pump, i noticed a milk blister.. Hand expressed and some stucked milk came out tgt with some blood. After that the milk was clear. Applied antibiotics cream given by gp. During latest pump, i used the lowest pump setting. Got 40ml of strawberry milk from affected breast and the milk is normal thereafter. Should i see doctor again?

My LO is 1mth, and for Nestle they recommend 4 scoops to 120ml water, while Similac is 2 scoops to 60ml water? According to the masseuse, by 29 weeks of pregnancy, I should have milk produced by now to prepare for new born. The masseuse also told me that all my milk glands seems to be blocked and needed further treatment. Thus, I'm really concern. Can anyone share with me when do u experience milk production? 2019-08-31Stretch marks are not avoidable. Advice: Start to apply stretch mark cream on boobs, thighs, tummy and arms from Trimester 1 onwards before it starts appearing. I applied stretch mark cream on my tummy since Trimester 1 but neglected my boobs, arms and thigh. Stretch marks appear on my boobs during Trimester 2. I quickly apply stretch mark cream, thankfully the condition improved. It was all good till Trimester 3. (Tummy and thigh) I noticed some stretch marks appearing on my upper thigh and tummy. I believe it will be worse if I didn't apply stretch mark cream from the start.
