2019-07-15Serious leg cramp, that lasted for almost 5mins... My muscle was so tense and hard that it controls the feet to downwards position . Even when my hub tries to hold my feet back he cant, it was only when leg muscle relaxed then feet can be pulled back. Anyone experience this?

2019-07-15Hi mummies! I'm at my week 7. Eventhough it is my 2nd preg after 5 yrs, it is a diff preg cos my 1st preg I had 'morning sickness' throughout till 8 month. This time I only feel nausea when I smell something that I cannot stand (for now is Chinese food, i love the halal chinese food ?). I could handle the nausea better with sour candies & oil. I'm abit worried cos I heard they said "if you have morning sickness it means your baby is healthy" So i wonder i dont have the morning sickness so is my baby growing well? My checkup will be on 30 July at 9 wks. What do u all think abt this saying? Anyone who experienced no morning sickness but baby is growing well? I'm also worried cos I'm a PCOS patient & they said there is a risk. anyone has pcos & preg?
2019-07-15hi parents. just checking if anyone of you have experience in making passport of infants, as my wife will be doing her confinement in malaysia. i have called ICA and understand that we need for following before going down to ICA building 1) passport photo with white background. eyes opened 2) cash/nets for payment 3) birth certificate 4) parents NRIC 5) presence of newborn baby they also informed me that if we talk to the ICA officer they are able to expedite the request and possibly get it on the day itself?? did anyone manage to do that?

2019-07-15Hi mummies, May I know what was the longest your baby (3months old) have gone without milk? My baby’s max was 7hrs and sometimes 5hrs she also won’t cry for milk :( I would keep on trying to feed but she would simply fuss n cry n arch backwards n push away the bottle! Now I’ve resorted to placing my foot on a table/sofa to sit her on one thigh while bouncing on the other leg n making some weird repetitive sound to make her drink. It’s very unsightly n I definitely couldn’t do it when I’m out of my own house. If I don’t do it, my baby won’t drink. But I’m also worried what if I’ll spoil her n it becomes the only way she would drink then she’ll refuse to just drink seated normally in my lap like before? How, mama? What would you ladies choose? 1) Risk spoiling her n making her unable to feed while positioned properly but at least she drinks for now, or 2) just try to make her hungry enough (even though it could take 5hrs n up) to make her just drink properly without fussing?

2019-07-17Hi i 24weeks 2day pregnent. I feel bubble blowing inside stomach, ie baby kicking. Kick during morning, afternoon, midnight. But past 2days baby kicking was very mild.. Not kicking early morning, brunch time, sometimes midnights.. Dont know why.. Baby kicking time vary or someother. I m very scared. What should i do. But afternoon, evening is okay.. 2019-07-17I'm currently feeding my newborn formula milk. He is currently being fed 60 ml per feed but sometimes still seems hungry and will cry after some time from the feeding. How much should I feed a one week old baby? My confinement nanny seems to have different views with the PD. The PD mention can just directly up from 60 ml to 75 ml and just see how much the baby can feed. But my nanny says 15 ml at one time is too much. I'm using cup feeding now btw as I'm still working on increasing my breast milk. Any Mummies can advise?

2019-07-17Hi, ive been melted down so many times, as i had my 2nd try helper and she still cant be trusted. Im still at home for my maternity, but will be back to work soon in 1 month time. I found many many times my helper lied , not clean, did something i said no to my baby, etc. Everytime she did it.. i will talked to her what i dont like abt it. Then she understood. But she will repeat it with some innocent face. This is my 2nd helper in 4 months. And im sick of the thought have to change and go through the same again with my new helper if i decide to change to another one. I did consider infant care. But i dont know much about it. 2019-07-17how do i tell my mil to stop being so involved with my baby?? i dont need the help she's giving, when I was having confinement at my parents home i took care of everything myself. my mil likes to take my daughter from me and play with her when I'm carrying my daughter. she also likes to bathe her n close her door n purposely make baby sleep in HER room. really pisses me off. sometimes i rly want to cut my mil off totally, but once in awhile I'll need her to help me take care baby when i go jb pump petrol. how? any advices.

2019-07-17Mummies, today is my 15th day postpartum. I've been doing dl in the day, and pumping every 3 hourly at night. My nanny will use ebm to feed lo at night when needed.. whenever I pump for the past few nights I can only get 60 - 80ml. Am eating fenugreek supplements + been power pumping for 4 days already. 2019-07-18My 4yo boy is recently obsessed with escalators, travelators and stairs. He is like a spolit recorder, wanting to see a certain broken escalator near his sch everyday. Then, he would go on to say that the escalator needs gear in order to move and it cannot be repaired now as there is no spare parts. He had been repeating the exact same thing for the past one mth or so! Back home, he would request to view photos of escalators and travelators, and make us go thru one by one with him if the photo is showing an escalator or travelator. While it's good bonding, it gets frustrating when we need to repeat the same thing so mny times zzz Any of ur kids obsessed with anything? Usually how long will they take to grow out of it?

2019-07-18Currently at 21 weeks , feeling more and more tired as the day passes by and I can’t sleep well at night I have used up my leave and MC and currently starting to ask my gynae to give me HL everytime when I see him. But everytime I take HL I will hv those annoying colleague that will say things that make me feels very uncomfortable and it affects me a lot .. and slowly even my lady boss who actually is ok with me taking HL suddenly ask me to be CONSIDERATE to my other colleagues who has been working when I’m not ard. But the problem is when I’m not pregnant I’m the one who is covering working OT volunteer to work extra when there is no one who work extra but yet this is what I get . And I didn’t even complain that I’m tired when I work OT . But yet now , this one particular person who contributes nth in the team keeps complaining that he is tired when he DONT even want to work OT don’t want work PH. It’s making me very miserable . Making me feel that it’s wrong for me to be pregnant.

The way she is with her dad and my mil is very manipulative always throwing tantrums and shouting when no one listens to her. Hubs and mil always give in. I had enough of it, she gaves me anxiety! When i DL baby, they will ask “sure baby enough or not? later baby cry again...”... if its EBM, they will ask “why some times you feed 100ml, sometimes 90ml, sometimes 120ml?”.. As long as I know baby’s growing well. Isn’t that most important. Why question the way I’m raising my child. Then they compare between their other grandchildren (whom by the way is supplemented with FM) vs my LO (fully BM).. ?
