2019-07-08Really getting annoyed when I wanted to buy a certain brand product (for example shampoo, Diapers, etc) for my baby to use & my mum will be there judging saying expensive doesn't mean it's good, buy the cheapest available one will do etc. when I try to explain why I decided to get the particular brand product, she will NEVER understand and agree..... worst is, we ended up being unhappy w one another lol. I happened to walk passed sparkletots, i peeped in and saw the children playing legos on the floor with some playing near the window while the teacher was sitting on the chair using her phone. To be honest, i was shocked to see that. I had never seen my teachers using their phone in the classroom. To be fair, the teacher might have some urgent matters to attend to. But shouldnt she excuse herself and ask for help instead of just using the phone in front of the kids? The window was 2m long, she could clearly see my whole upper body if she ever look up but failed to see me standing there. It gave me a bad impression of sparkletots.

2019-07-10Hi im at week 7 now and the morning sickness is getting worse each day. Almost every night i wake up in the middle of the night and feel a strong urge to vomit but i try to push it down with some plain biscuits (cos i really hate vomitting). Recently it has gotten worse. I start to feel acidicity in my stomach and it is very very bloated. Like gastric (i have had gastric problems before pregnancy). I read on some posts that gaviscon works. What I means is when I ask a very formal question like do you understand what does recycle means? (etc.adultary.) i have been working my ass off trying hard to provide for my family. And sparing time out to handle all the chores as much as i can. it is so frustrating, yet theres nothing i can do. i am feeling so lost and disturbed right now.

2019-07-11i started to dl lo when she was 2mths. and usually dl only in the morning as i havent smoke. I'll latch until 4plus pm n faster my first stick I'll feed bottle. now my fridge has no milk left as when i dl n pump i get very very little milk only! i wud say I'm a just nice supply for my baby... I'm trying to dl as much as i can now in hopes to boost supply, i also cut down on smoking to 2sticks in the day and no smoking at night. i dont drink milk, n cannot swallow pills. any other ways to boost supply
2019-07-11how to know when baby is full from dl? whenever i dl baby she will spit out the nipple and suck her hands, sometimes when i C cup my boob into her mouth she cries then continues to suck n spit out again. i never use timer. bby also sometimes dl until sleep. how i know if baby is drinking enough? is it she spit out bc no more milk? :(

2019-07-12any mummies had to stop breast feeding because milk supply wasn't sufficient? i try to latch as much as i can so idk how much baby drinking but she usually latches until she sleep or spit out. when i do pump at night, i get about 100-140ml which is just nice for baby feed. she is 3mths n drinks 140-160ml of bm if bottle feed. I'm afriad I'll have to stop bf soon if my supply is not enough for bb. happened a few times bb will spit out nipple n cry, i try latch again she will suck awhilw then spit out. suspect not enough milk for her liao.. feel very sad n guilty if i cannot give bb bm
