2019-06-17For the past one month, I have been dealing with fussy son who always gave me hard time feeding him. When the Avent bottle teat no. 1 put into his mouth, he will cry and turn his head, beating away the bottle or fall asleep. I will wake him up and force him to drink. Slowly his feed getting lesser and we admitted him to kkh...Did infection tests and came back negative..Finally doc diagnosed thrush and acid reflux and he finished the bottle with still the same fussy action.. the nurse said got to be patient feeding him. When I feed him, he always fussy, but when the nurse gave him the bottle, he will drink. Due to poor latching method, I seldom latch him only ard thrice a week if I managed to latch him. Jus now, when I gave him the bottle, he did the same fussy thingy and I forced him to drink. He gave in and drank 70ml..He supposed to drink 100ml..So I tried to latch and he sucked...My supply is always low, ard 10 to 30ml each pump. He is very hungry but still refusing bottle. Anyone faced the same as me?

2019-06-19Hi Everyone, good morning! I'm have been exclusively breastfeeding my baby since his is born. We had started solid food for him after his age allows. Breastmilk is his main milk even after we enrolled him in infant care center. However, recently, my milk supply very very low, only 20 -40ml per pump (like every 5hours) which not enough for his drink. As such, we have been trying to introduce and feed him different types or brands formula milks but he refused. Is anyone of you experience this kind of situation? How to solve? Please advise. Thanks!

2019-06-19My husband has been caught using tinder by my friends and i even found alot evidence matching to him using tinder. Found ss photos of the tinder girls on his “screenshot” folder, the day he used the photo the dates all match up to when i caught him using, otp of tinder to log in or something, emails flooded with tinder promotional emails ever since that month which i caught him using. Have talked to him the previous time when i didnt had much evidence, was blamed on scolded on and even manipulated. Forgave him and kept quiet, yesterday was such a hectic day just cant stand his attitude getting worse on me. So i checked his phone, became sherlock and found all those extra details. All layed out nicely that he did use tinder, but he kept denying and even shouted and screamed at me for disrespecting him to checking his phone. He say even if im his wife i have no rights to check his phone at all. Tbh i dont even check his phone or anything. But yesterday my friend suggested it cause of similar scenarios. I checked once and already kena so bad. Blamed, shouted, screamed, manipulated all saying he did not use!! And only kept lying to himself and everyone around us. 2019-06-19supply dropped by a lot. now every time i pump it's usually just enough for my baby next feed. and on days i pump lesser than 100ml i get very upset bc my lo is 2mths old and she drinks 140-160ml per feed every 3hrs! feelinvery stressful and disheartened.. sometimes i drag the timing, instead of pumping 3hrly i pump every 5hrs in order to hit the 100ml> if not i only get 60-80ml every 3hrly. i latch my lo every morning though and im drinking red dates with lance asiabell. milk still doesn't seem enough... during confinement, i always could freeze extra but now ive used up all my frozen milk (april till may, apox 150ml each packet 3-5 packet a day). any breast feeding mummies can advice? i rly want to continue until lo is at least 6mths but hope to last until she is 1yrs is best scenario..

Been starting to feel baby movements/kicks since 16 weeks and he has since been very active (except for one week where I got diarrhea for a week and I couldn’t feel much of him). I still got 5more mths to go and I don’t know how long more I can endure . I’m really tired

So I’m actually looking to buy an instant water dispenser (e.g. ruhens, focuswater and hydroflux) to save us trouble of boiling water all the time in case we need to make formula milk (and also for our daily drinking). I would like to know if anyone is using these systems to make formula milk for their newborn? I’ve asked ruhens whether their dispensers are safe for newborn use, the answer I got was it is safe. 2019-06-20My sex with my hubby is getting boring and we only do it two or 3 times a month and we only got married for 4 months.. currently I am pregnant in my 3rd trimester. I have high sex drive and so do my hubby but he have change, when I started to get pregnant. Only when I'm pregnant he doesn't last long, idk why. Cos I bought quite a fair bit of stuff from the pre orders and after I paid, realized most are big and bulky (eg cot, stroller, bath tubs, etc). I did Fb message then asking about delivery and they said they will be providing the service but not sure when the details will be out. 2019-06-21my lo is 2mth n she can only fall asleep sucking her pacifer (90% of the time) and when she is asleep she gets irritated or even wakes up when i remove her pacifier. if she in deep sleep and pacifer ownself drop out she will fidgit a lot and cry. any babies similar? shld I just let lo continue sleeping w pacifier?? worried she hungry but will just suck pacifier

2019-06-21Hi mummies My son is only 2mths & 14days. During the day,my son will drink formula milk 150ml every 3-4hrs. And he will finish the bottle. However at night he actually sleep the entire night. And only drinks milk once or twice. For example last night, he slept at 1030 - last milk of 100ml and he slept till 3.30am then he awake to drink his milk which he finished the 150ml milk. However he was awake at 6am but he does not want any milk. He just want to cuddle with me and sleep. Is this normal for 2mths baby to sleep through the night and only awakes once for feeding? 2019-06-22Hi, mummies and mum-to-be I work as a office renovation project manager. It is very often and inevitable for me to watch the workers doing painting, tearing wall, plastering, gluing, hammering works and etc as I have to ensure the project goes well. I understand that pregnant mummies should try to avoid all these and might suggest to ask for a job transfer - but looking at my company and I need the job, it would be difficult to ask for an immediate transfer. 2019-06-22Just want to rant. My mil promised to take care of my 3 months old baby for a month. However after she realized my husband also took leave to stay at home for the baby, she keeps saying why need 2 people to take care of the baby and always disappear in the afternoons and leave my husband alone with the baby. I know some dads are excellent baby caretakers but my husband is not one of them, he’s still clumpsy and a little bit scared. He has to beg his own mother to stay and help everyday although she already promised to. When she stays, she complains about the way I take care of baby, saying I’m ma fan and overly concerned. We are always very polite towards her and my husband still gives her 600 monthly allowance (not saying that she has to help because of the money). A promise is a promise, especially to loved ones, isn’t it. I just don’t know how to face this kind of irresponsible grandmother..
