I thought of asking for induction because I am feeling pain in every part of my body, especially my pelvic area whenever I walk or do housework. And I have painful cramps too. 2019-05-20Hello mummies. My lo is currently 8 days old. I'm currently direct latching feed on demand. Would like some advice what would you do when your boobs are very engorged and baby have yet to wake up to empty boobs? Do you pump a little and wait for her to wake up to empty your boobs Or Empty one side and wait for her to wake up and empty the other side? First noticed slight redness two days ago on top of left eyelid then slowly it spread to right eyelid, then right cheeks - > left cheeks then below eye. Currently both below eyes swollen.. 2019-05-23My 2 mth old baby suddenly doesn't want to nap in the afternoon. Even if he does, it's no more than 30mins. He's also been drinking only 50 to 60ml milk every 1 to 2hrly in the afternoon. Ultimately he becomes overtired and cries non stop when he's unable to fall asleep at night. What is happening? ?

2019-05-23Ever since I found out I was pregnant, that didnt stop me from being active. Usually I will swim once or twice a week for 2 to 3 hours but now is the fasting month and by the time I break my fast, it's gonna be abit too late to head to the pool. Was wondering if there'll be any significant changes if i stop exercising for like a month and then continue after fasting month is over? I'm not gonna lay in bed all day obviously, still gonna eat in moderation & walk around. Swimming is the only low impact sport I can think of that doesn't kill my back since I'm carrying another human inside of me. Any expertise on this mommies?

2019-05-24Coming close to 2 months now, my husband has been coming home late or sometimes he doesn’t comes home at all. He avoided our conversation, worse he avoided seeing our faces at home. He would rather go out and even tell lies like “I’m heading out for a while and will be home soon.” Soon after only to found out he came back home the day after. My girl is as young as 3 years old. She has been asking about her dad every single night before she goes to bed. All I could ever tell her, “Papa is busy working dear, he will come home soon.” Apart from that he even told his parents that he no longer have feelings towards me. But hours later the talk we had with his parents, the confessions, suddenly he said he didn’t mean what he said, he ever say I’m getting shitty treatments from him. He shouted at me, he used vulgarities all the time. I needed help. How can I over come all this?
2019-05-24Gynae say baby is on the big side and ask me to cut down sugar and carbs. According to the scan baby's size is 2 weeks in advance! And because I'm on the petite side gynae say might be hard for natural delivery if baby too big. Feeling worried but dun dare to cut down too much food scared not enough nutrients for baby and sometimes will get hungry as well. But at the same time worried about babies weight at birth as c section takes longer to recover and also read about the negative future health implications of too large babies.. Any advice Mummies??

I'm in the Finance/Acct industry though and it is often required to do OT in this field. How do I ensure that I can find a job with work life balance? Will it put interviewers off if I mentioned during interviews that I can't OT? Will this jeopardise my chances of having good jobs in the market? Any Mummies can advise? My kid has been seeing Docs and pd but after rounds of medications still has not recovered frm his cough.he was suspected with Sinus causing it. But din seem to recover. 2019-05-25I am a sahm with primary level children and a baby. My elder mother is staying with me most of the time and she is recently diagnosed with FTD - Frontotemporal Dementia. At times, my mum behave like a kid where she wants attention and wanting things to go her way. There are times where it is chaotic with the kids, mum and baby. I feel like breaking down myself. Whenever i focus on the kids, she will start her attention seeking behaviour. I cant provide my 100% attention to her. She did join some elderly activity and when she reach home she would immediately would want to share her day. On good days i am able to focus. Otherwise, i feel like multiply myself to provide the attention to everyone ??? My husband do provide support for me but i do get overwhelmed with situations at times. Im worried that i may fall into depression.
