2017-02-06Hi, my lo is 3 months plus. I notice that he don't like to be carry while drinking milk. He will struggle and cry. He prefer to drink lying down on a pillow in incline position. Is it normal?
2017-02-06Yesterday when I nursed my baby, she ended up with hives on the side of the face that touched my body/clothes. I have not changed any detergent nor sprayed or use anything fragrant/perfume. I am so baffled. The hives were so big batch and bad. But they go away after 30mins on their own. What could have triggered?

2017-02-07My hubby had a good talk with me last night as we hug to sleep in bed . He told me how he felt neglected and being treated like a last priority ever since I had my second baby 1 year ago .. also because I have been busy settling baby's stuff after kids have fallen asleep that I seldom sleep at the same time as hubby. Last time when we had #1, we always make it a point to go to bed at night together . I think he misses me at bedtime at night (not necessary to BD but we always hug to sleep ). I feel really bad but appreciate that he tells me honestly how he feels . I want to think of ways to quickly finish all that I need to settle , wash up and go to sleep together with hubby .. I think my main problem is after a long day as SAHM , my main way to relax and zonk out is to take my own sweet time to do things , and some "me" time etc .. hubby already helped me out with his housework so I have no excuse that I'm bogged down by housework .. I think I'm jus taking my own sweet time to do things. Need to work fast intentionally knowing that my dear hubby is looking forward to sleep at the same time together with me . He tried to wait for me but sometimes is too late and he gotta wake up early the next morning at 6am to send my boy to his primary sch..so he needs to sleep early . We don't have much help too so to want to plan for a date for just the both of us is not easy ..any good suggestions to make him feel special and to let him know that I still love n treasure him very much? :)
2017-02-07Any of u tried leaving your kids with your parents/in-law/babysitter etc for a few days and you n hubby go for a short vacation overseas jus the two of u ? I desire to spend such time with my hubby but can't bear to go for vacation without my kids and leave them in Singapore .. usually we will bring them along with us but frens suggested this idea so we can have a little break , have some couple time with hubby to recharge and rejuvenate

2017-02-08LO is turning one soon and he is still exclusively breastfed. Would like to ask if there's is a need to switch him to formula milk or cow's milk after he turns one? I read somewhere that our breastmilk does not provide enough iron for them.

2017-02-09My girl just started going to child care this week. She cries badly when I'm not there. Even when I go back to pick her up, her eyes are all red and puffy. On her second day I let her wear my watch to calm her down. But the teacher asked me to removed it, my girl cried when I tried to remove it so I told the teacher to just let my girl hold it. What are some of the things you will leave with your child at CC to assure her that mummy is coming back to pick her up?

2017-02-10I think i am very irritated and annoyed with me mum. She is kind of possessive towards my no1. Whenever we carry no1, somehow she will snatch it away from us and said that baby doesnt want to be with us, especially when baby whines/just cry, she will immediately snatch the baby away. Sometimes she even show me black faces for making baby cry. I feel like wth. At times she can for nth, make baby cry thinking that when baby cries are very cute, then thereafter tried to pacify baby and said like grandma loves you. Mum kinda show like she is the parent of my no1 rather than us. Hubby already feeling kind of pek chek. Im stucked in between i also dono what can/should i do. Jus feeling very frustrated at times.
