2017-11-20im so so burnt out at work that i do not have the time for my child. im a teacher and have been going to sch for duties every sat and just ended a stay overnight camp. i hate work. and my boss keep dangling carrots over promotion and work just keep pilng. to the extent i really hate work. i really want to spend more time with lo and i feel guilty for not spending more time. this thought has been swirling in my mind but i have no courage to step down from work. im feeling tired and lost.

2017-11-20Has any mum lost control over LO to in laws or own parents? My LO is only 2yo and he is so attached to my mum, refused to let me carry or sleep with us. Stick to my mum like a koala bear and mum gives in everything to him. Well, that said, mum always have higher authority over us. Whatever we say, she just overwrite. We have tried telling her nicely, quarrel, being firm etc. And it has seem like husband and I already kind of giving up. We are staying with my parents, with 2 kids.

2017-11-21My LO at 3 weeks old has a lot of phelgm and when breastfeeding, he breathes hard and noisy. He also has thick phelgm at throat when he drinks formula milk. Is he considered sick to see doctor? What is the best way to clear phelgm for infants? It is thick and he swallows it back when I try to wipe it away.

2017-11-23I’m really fed up with my hubby .. I am a sahm for this year to care for my #2 who jus turned 2 this year. I have a 10 year old boy . Next year I’ll be gg back to work. I’m fed up with my hubby Cos everything to him is expensive.. he doesn’t spend too much on himself and on us too . Everything must save .. save , save .. sch holiday wanna bring kids out but always say this one expensive that one expensive.. Jus go downstairs for a walk good enough .. I know this year I’m not working so finance is not like before but even when I was working , he Is also like that! I’m not asking to bring them for very expensive activities but he totally disagree with bringing Kids out to explore n play fearing that they will spend money .. food for kids also wanna save ! I really cannot stand it !! Tried talking to him but he jus say to understand his position .. Help! Am I being too much or unsupportive ???

2017-11-25Hi mummies, My Son is one year and 1 month, he doesn't seem to call Mama but he like to call Dada. I am okay with it until my family members were saying "oh, he call Dada first is not good, he love his father more then you even if you are his caregiver." I feel hurt but I just tell then is okay as long as he is learning and calling. I am a sahm and I don't no why he don't seem to call me Mama, no matter how I teach him he will say Dada... My Son loves stand even when I put him in a baby chair he will stand up have to put the safety belt in order to make him sit down but he will cry and keep asking us to carry him. He love interaction more then his toys or tablet. I sometime really very tired because he need 100% concentration on him if I am using my hp he will start to come to me and push my hp away or take it and put one side. He likes to bang his hand on the table and smile. I don't like it as I find it rude, and my husband say let him be so when he hit too hard he feel the pain he will stop. I don't know if this is normal behavior in a child , I am a first time mom and I worry if my son have adhd.
2017-11-25Hi Mummies & Daddies, My son is already 20mo but he has yet to talk. He can only say 'Papa', 'Mama', 'Jie Jie' & '臭臭'. According to PD, he has to say two words like 'Don't Want' by 2yo. Is there any problems in him? Does he need to see a speech therapist?
