2017-08-28My baby keep scratching his head until it bleeds. How do I prevent this? I cut his nails but they're still sharp! Pains me to see the scratches on his head. ? He is already 5 months so I don't think he should still be wearing mittens at this age..

2017-08-28Hi , Need some advice. I'm coming to 9months post partum. My first kid I manage to lose 18kg within 3 months , 2nd kid 14kg within 6 months . Both kids I manage to go back to pre pregnancy weight. Now my third kid , I'm coming to 9 months pp, I still have at least 5 kg to lose. I started work 5 months ago and gained 3kg. The weight don't seems to go down. I breastfeed all my kids . I'm 31 this year and I'm wondering if I'm still burning calories from bf... my clothings are getting tight :( Any kind of exercise I can do? I'm quite tight up with time and already been sleeping less than 6 hrs (disturb sleep all the way) Everyday.

2017-08-29Hi, my 10 months LO likes to shout even when we are outside eating and he will shout very loudly and everyone keep giving me this kind of stare like I did not stop my LO from shouting but I have already told my LO firmly not to shout. But he just keep going on. How can I stop my LO from tossing around during diaper change .. I always get Piss when he toss and all the poops just get on my hand and changing mat.. making a mess.. no matter how to told him or talk to him he will just carry on and toss or he will cry very loudly if I hold him down he can't stay still..

2017-08-31This is a mummy guilt post. I am contemplating of either hiring a maid or sending my child to a student care. The thing is i have been sending her to be cared for since she was 2 months old. And i felt that 6 years is enough for her to go through all the long hrs of being in childcare. And i felt that its time for her to feel comfort in being able to be home early and rest as much as she could when she is in P1. Bt the cost of maid is pretty high compared to student care. Bt cost aside as a mummy the comfort of my child comes first. Who else is facing such dilemmas?

2017-09-01LO is 10 months and loves to throw things. Have started to sternly say no when she does that but nothing further usually. Is it a good age to start enforcing discipline more strongly or is she still too young? She doesn't seem to fully comprehend 'no don't throw things' yet and usually just ignores our stern warnings.

2017-09-01I had a miscarriage in Mar this yr at 3 mths gestation and got pregnant again 6 mths after. Currently 6 weeks but scan shows the fetal pole estimated to be 5 weeks plus with no heartbeat. Gynae scheduled me for a scan 2 weeks after but now is 1 week after the 1st scan. Should I go scan again tomorrow? So so worried. I got a very bad and piercing pain today at my back and pelvic area just like the cramps I had for the miscarriage. And I don't have any pregnancy symptoms at all. How likely does a person have miscarriage after a miscarriage? 6 weeks shld see heartbeat already right? Any places I can schedule a check just for fetal heartbeat to make sure? OMG OMG OMG

2017-09-02Other than threadfin and salmon, may I know what other fish is suitable for toddler 18mo? Because my lo seem to find salmon too fishy she always gag and refused it. And threadfin can be too dry for her she always store in her mouth for so long. The only fish she eats fast is codfish but it is too exp to give everyday. Is dory advisable?
