2017-06-26Need advise. My girl is 6month old. Monday - fri, 8am - 630pm she's at my mum place. The rest of the time I'm looking after myself. Mum's place there's a fisher price bouncer and mat. So they usually put her on bouncer. But for me, I only have carrier and mat. So I'll usually carry her. Babywear her vacuuming the floor and everything. So my mum complain that I'm carrying her way too much in the weekend. Every weekday at her place she wants to be carried too. So I'm thinking which should I invest on? A bouncer? Jumperoo? So that can use for long term too. TIA~!

2017-06-26I am a SAHM of two boys who are both very needy, one 18 months and one 5 months old. My Husband is a very hands on daddy who helps whenever he can. I don't enough sleep as I have to cook, clean and pump. Sometimes I only go to sleep at 3am in the morning, latch half asleep and wake up with a foul mood at 8am. My 18mo Son is not talking. He can only say didi. Knows how to say mama and dada but doesn't exactly call us. I would say he is a smart boy because he can listen and understand instruction very well. When he wants certain things he will point or direct us to it. What is driving me crazy and his constant screams. He is very wary of strangers. He will not let someone else carry him except grandparents and us so basically he screams at everyone else. He screams want he wants something, he screams when he doesn't. He screams during meal time and sometimes I can't seem to find a reason to his screaming. I have tried talking to him nicely but he never listens. Most of the time, out of rage and frustration I hit and raise my voice at him. Sometimes to keep my cool I make him stand at a corner. I have become very irritable and angry person. Sometimes I hate him and wished I didn't gave birth to him. Then when he sleeps, I burst into tears for thinking that way, and regretted my actions towards him. But the next day is exactly the same. I don't want him to hate me. I am not sure if I am going into depression. Please tell me what to do.

2017-06-27Hi the bcg wound on my 2 mth old baby buttock seem to grow bigger these 2 days. Doesn't look swollen but the bump looks bigger. Is this normal? Incidentally, i just changed his formula few days back but he is only on 1 or 2 feed of fm daily, rest on bm. Could the switch in fm causes the wound to change?

2017-06-28My lo who is 17 months coming. She is a fussy eater. So stressed to feed her meal during breakfast lunch or dinner. Morning give her cereal, i will bring her out to eat like chee kway, pancake, chee cheong fun. She just eat abit. Lunch or dinner usually i cook porridge, I bring her down to eat chicken rice or some economical food.. She just eat abit. So stress. She only has 4 teeth. She just hates to eat . 2017-06-28My 3 mo just had bed strike last night. As I tried to put her on the bed, every single time she would wake up. But when I hold her she was sleeping peacefully. Struggled from 7 pm to midnight and finally she cried herself to sleep. Anyone experience this?

I wipe it with wet tissue after he poop I put diaper cream and powder let it blow wind without wearing diaper for 15 mins and then wear it back. will it go away or get worst? my lo is 8 months first time diaper rash I not sure what to do. Recently he started solid food , only carrot, broccoli and porridge. He have been eating porridge for 4 days. Will is it because of wet diaper or poop or maybe I did not change it frequently. How many time should I change diaper per day?
2017-06-28Hey moms out there , i've been trying to gain weight since a long time ago , been petite all along couldnt gain weight to make any difference in my size. When i got pregnant , i did gain a few kilos but just till i can fit my hubby's clothes and lost weight aft birth... Same goes for my second pregnancy.. now my baby is 8mths old and i think i lost weight during my BF.. my previous is Medium but now i'm an Extra Small size , any advice on how to gain weight ? 2017-06-28My 20months old LO is still waking up every 2 hour in night and need me nurse her back to sleep. I can't sleep longer than 2-3 hours straight since giving birth. Any mummies experienced that and what should I do? She refused other ppl carry back to sleep even daddy and she refused pacifier. Only me can nurse/ carry her back to sleep.

2017-06-29I have been trying to establish a sleep routine for my baby. Bathe at 8pm, feed, listen to music then sleep. However, every time after feeding at 8.30 or so, baby is awake all the way till about 10pm before falling asleep. This 1.5hrs in between involves listening to music and rocking him. Putting him down will only make him cry and make him more awake. What can I do to make him sleep earlier?
2017-06-29Hey Mummy I seriously need advice and your iputs. My husband has a mistress. And is his colleague. Both of them are Police Officers. Married with my Husband coming 2 years. I have 15 month old lo. My husband is not coming home almost a month. I talk to my family n in law abt the situation. My in law ask me wat i am going to do. Whether to accept or divource. Coz the thing now is he is avoiding all sms n call from all of us. He doesnt want to come infront of us. I have made up my mind to get separation. But the thing is how to talk to him n get him to sign. Now our house is only 1 yr old that we bought from resale. I sms or call. He is not interested. I m seriously devasted. I really dont know wat to do. His parents also feel so sad n discusted.

2017-06-29Seriously I don't understand why both parents can feedback that they can't control their children doing all the nuisance stuffs in school even after receiving all the concerned feedback from school teachers. Isn't discipline should start young? If the child is doing all the nuisance stuffs in school, can the parents just close one eye and say is just a kid? Are they going to wait until the child is older and had to resort to canes? Wouldn't this create resent from the child? Really don't know how the child was being taught at home when the mum is a FTHM... OMG

2017-06-29Hi mummies, I feel that baby have their six sense on good and bad people.. My lo is okay to let those caring and good family member to carry.. But he will refuse others that me and my husband actually knows that they have bad intention or not really genuine... I don't know am I right but I just feel my lo knows sense it and rejected them. No matter how I try to let them carry.

Conversely, why might it be appropriate and expected that all individuals should conscientiously choose a childfree lifestyle or not?
2017-06-29Want to ask how do you pump at night while DL? My 3 mo only drinks one side and goes back to sleep. It is too tiring to pump after I feed her and put her back to bed which take about an hour. Thinking of buying manual pump but scare it will make so much sound.

2017-06-30My Daughter purses her lips and looks at me in this mischievous, puppy dog innocent way just before she starts to bite or scratch me. She knows it hurts but she doesn't want to stop. Most of the time I can prevent it as she gives me this look. How do I get her to understand that it's not okay and it hurts as hell. She's 16 months old.

I am going off at 7+am or 8am. I may need to cook his porridge at 3am or 4am. Then I will put it in a thermos flask, I wondering how long can the porridge last? Will it spoil? 2017-07-01I spanked my 16 month old Daughter for the first time today. She was misbehaving and I felt I had no choice. So I flipped her on her tummy and sparked her but. 5 semi hard spanks.she cried and the did the same thing that made me spank her again. I spanked her altogether 3 times before she stopped and then I tried to cuddle her and put her to sleep with her Favourite toy and milk. She calmed down and fell off to sleep. Feel bad about spanking her but no choice. What age did you all start spanking your kids?
