2017-06-20I have an amazing family, hub and kid and would say everything is good now. I love kids a lot but recently my hub had rejected me hard on my suggestion of having more kids as he strongly feels one is enough and that he has decided not to hv more. Everytime I think of that would made me sink into this deep sadness. I try not to think about it or get obsess over that thought but the feelings always waver. Sometimes I feel guilty and selfish for wanting to probe him again because I know it will only cause quarrels and more pressure on us so I keep these thoughts and feelings to myself. Any mummies go thru the same and how you cope with the sadness?

2017-06-20My hubby and me has been married for 10 years and after we had kids, we have been emotionally disconnected, to the pt we sleeping in separate bedrooms (i moved out cos his snoring disturb my sleep) and he is too tired from work to care. We also seldom talk to each other abt things other than the kids and house stuff and to the point where I would rather do my own things than sit down in the same room as him in silence while he fiddles with his hp. This isn't healthy but I've reached a point where I don't feel upset or hopeful for him to do/say anything first. In fact, I don't feel anything anymore. We've gone for counselling before and things just went back to the way they were before after a while. Anyone in the same situation as me i.e. married for a while and no connection to hubby anymore?

2017-06-20mummies with kids in cc. what s the frequency of updates e.g. photo/newsletter the sch sends to you and does it meet your expectation? if it doesn't how do you deal with it? my 21 mo toddler's cc only gives termly reports and there are no updates on what they do during holidays (ie this June) except for a broad theme across all levels. My tod is happy in sch and ok to go sch. However I feel that the parents t comm can be better as my child has just started during the holidays and though I know he 'll be safe and happy I would prefer some updates e.g. a newsletter or some pics on him enjoying activities biweekly or sth. I m hesitant to change sch as he has already adapted well but at the same time I feel very frustrated not seeing any updates abt him. I could certainly bug the teachers everyday about what he did but that would be very irritating and I would rather have some updates in the form of photos/email. Please tell me how you deal with the feelings of frustration at not receiving any updates. I wonder if it would get better in the long run or should I change school.

2017-06-20Hi, I am currently pregnant with my 2nd child. My first child is being taken care of by my mil (stay opposite us). The plan was to put my first child in childcare and my mil will take care of 2nd child.. However mil expressed that she doesn't not want to take care of my 2nd child as she finds it tiring. So it has been decided that my Mom will take care of both my children after my ML. Hubby suggested that I will stay at my parents house from Monday to Friday and then he will pick us up on Friday to go home. He said in this way, we don't need to travel up and down as it will be tiring. I am happy that my Mom will be taking care of my children but on the other hand, I feel bad about leaving hubby alone at home during the weekdays.. I asked him whether will he feel neglected and he said no. He said he will come up and visit me and children when he misses us and that me and him can arrange to go for dates.. I am just concern how things will do between me and him after awhile..

2017-06-21My husband thinks I prioritize other things but not having sex with him. He thinks I spend too much time "wasting time" reading or surfing and I can spend that time being intimate with him. But that's not true. Whether I am up surfing or not I am not going to be having sex with him. I am just not in the mood and I can't "force" myself to have sex when I am not in the mood. Now he's giving me big time attitude because of it which makes me want to have sex even less with him. Any advice on this?
2017-06-21Hi mommies my girl is in infant care and they will feed porridge for her. She s starting to learn to self feed and can do fairly well with assistance. But she sleeps real early evday like 830pm and we reach home 7pm. Don't feel like giving her porridge for dinner anymore. Noticed she like to self feed by picking up utensils so I tot of offering her steam chunkier food for her to practice chewing as well and I don't think she need a full meal at dinner time as she drinks her milk before she sleep. Food like steamed broccoli.. steamed salmon...steamed chicken for her to use her hand hold and eat. However my concern is that since she's now learning to self feed using utensils..will I confused her by letting her use her hand to eat her dinner? She s 15mo btw

2017-06-22Hi moms , i've recently registered my 5yo son to childcare and its his first time goin to school , for the past 5yrs i've been taking care by myself so he is attached to me , and sending him to school is really a heartbroken part for him and me. Its difficult for me to go cause he is not use to going away without me around. Whenever i just left , teachers will hold him tightly and he will cry, so heartbreaking for me to just leave him... how does other moms leave their child ? 2017-06-22Hi mummies .. my boy is 9 weeks old and im training him to sleep through the night. Past 2 nights, he ate at ard 1am and slept till abt 7am. However, he did wake up abt 2 or 3 times in the middle of the night and we just gave him the pacifier (he didnt slp with pacifier after the feed) and he did not protest for milk, continued to sleep. Is it ok for us to use pacifier to lengthen his sleep this way?

2017-06-22Hi, I need to seek advise on what should we do as this is the first time we are buying second hand car. We have placed a deposit with the car dealer and few days later the car dealer called to inform us that they have sold off that car! The sales person then recommend another car at higher cost. How could they do this! I wonder if this is one of their tricks in selling? My kids & parents were super excited with this MPV car and now we need to repeat the whole process of searching testing and buying. I am so piss off.

I'm a SAHM with Two kids with no other help.. often see my frens' Facebook n instagram posts about Husband n Wife gg out alone for Cycling , movie , overseas holidays etc without kids.. but here I am daily stuck at home or with my kids. Husband is v busy at work n every day when he is back from work, will be dead beat n not much energy For the kids so it is back to me again caring for the kids. Why is it other couples seem so relax though they also have 2-3 kids like me .. like they can have so much couple time despite having 2-3 kids like me ? Ranting :(

When I bring him to the library, he will only browse through at the most 1 book (I read to him).. after that, he is like more interested to run around to explore the borrowing machine, computer, keyboard, table and chairs or just explore the library. 2017-06-24I latch my lo on demand but i realise time intervals between each latch vary from few minutes to 2 hrs apart. Now everytime she latches on, she wont go more than 5 mins and she just unlatch. Im having engorgement now. Is that the cause?
