So currently her diet as follows
Morning 180ml fm followed by bread
Lunch (usually steamed protein (chicken/fish) plus some vege

- 2017-03-22Dear mummies, how do ur feel/cope when ur husband is a workaholic and it seems like anything else is nt as important as work? I know working hard for the family is good but at times i couldnt help to complaint like why is he always concern only abt work work and work. Whatever topic he talks also got to do with his work, makes me really sick and tired though as much as i wanna share his work load or thoughts.
I feel i didnt get enough attention or concern from him. Im currently preg with no2, feeling pain here and there but when i told him, the response is "aiya pregnancy is like tt wad, previously u also experienced the same, jus wait for baby to come out lo" Told him maybe this no2 will come out earlier than no1, he replied "ok" or "why are u even thinking abt it" i don feel any empathy or concern towards me at all. When no1 is having fever like 38,39 deg, he only ask "then bring him to see doc? Ate med? Shld be Ok alrd right?" The concern seems so cold. I would even suspect tt his grp of frens get better concern and attention than us. He can forsake his work the whole night(drinking session till wee hours) jus to accompany his "brothers" cox they are bored. ? his excuse is "brothers don gt to meet everyday, i see you all everyday so is different"
Woes of a wifey!

- 2017-03-23My child has a naughty new classmate, and copied the naughty classmate behaviors. The teacher has told me after a week's observation. These behaviors include, talking back to teacher, not doing school works, eye-rolling when teacher tells my child off, playing during classes even they sit far apart which distracts the other students... My child don't have these habits at all in class last year, told by the teacher. Teacher suggest splitting them up for the time being and hope my side can minimise both kids meeting out. I know the classmate parents and half of me wants my child to stay away from the naughty classmate but half of me hopes to also help the naughty classmate to behave in class (am i overstepping the parenting boundary of the naughty classmate?). What should i do?

- 2017-03-24Does baby's poo change color after they started feeding on solids?
- 2017-03-24Hubby and me are currently going through marriage counselling session. Why we went through these is because I found flirting messages that he sent with a woman and when I confronted him, he says that's all because I did not give him regular sex life and he is just venting out. No actions done.
I agree, after pregnancy of my #1 and now with #2, I always felt tired and rejected him when he initiates. Or rather I originally have low sexual drive.
Is that a reason of betrayal? He also says I have invaded his privacy which that's something that he cannot tolerate.
I thought counselling can helps to make him understand he is wrong in that aspect for the messages and the most ridiculous thing is he told the woman he still not convinced our 2 year old son belongs to him. I wanted to do DNA to prove my innocence and give justice to my Son but he wanted to ask me pay first cos he does not have enough $.
I often think why am I deserving such a treatment just because I did not attend to his sexual needs?
Now my question is why will he think his is totally not at fault? I cannot rationale this and he told the counsellor the reason why he comes for the session is just want to see how the counsellor resolve my low sex drive issue and not to save the marriage for our differences and no trust? If my issue is settled, everything will be back to normal and he simply did not think on how bad I was hurt about the betrayal and injustice about doubting our Son is not his. I kind of helpless too cos I am 6 months pregnant with our Daughter now.
If there is any daddy advice addressing my question will be appreciated too.
Sorry for the lengthy post.
- 2017-03-24What should i be packing in my delivery bag if im delivering in MOUNT A? Thanks.
- 2017-03-24Does your no1 kept crying for no reason during no2 pregnancy? Refused food, water and anything just kept crying badly. When mummy goes near no1 will cry even more badly. Mummy is in her week 36 pregnancy. No1 has nv behaved like this before, has always been very gd and well behaved.
- 2017-03-24How do you nurture your kid's emotional intelligence? Do you pay attention or just ignore?
- 2017-03-24Hi Mummies,
Any of you feel that your Husband is not pro-active with kids? My Husband always need to me tell him what to do with my #1.. I'm currently pregnant with #2. I have told him that he needs to be more pro-active now that I'm pregnant with #2 but he is not. LO is not close to him and I feel like I always the one who discipline her.
I am not too sure whether I'm expecting too much. My husband is doing all the chores now due to my pregnancy.
Daddies can provide some opinions as well.

- 2017-03-25I saw on television program that there is parenting coach or expert that will monitor our interactions between our children and ourself to point out what could be the possible cause of "bad" behaviour in the child in Korea. Is there such coach in Singapore too? My husband and I are already running very thin in patience for our second child which we just couldn't stop her tantrums once she started it. She will be wrestling with us very strongly every time we tell her gently why she is not suppose to do something dangerous. Distraction does not work as she will look at the new thing for a while and go back to what she want to do previously.
Your help is much appreciated!!
- 2017-03-25Sorry if this offends people... Jus wanna rant. See, husband wants me to swallow his cum. Dun mind giving him bj..but really don't like the taste of cum. But afraid im not hot enough for him during sex

- 2017-03-25my daughter usually wears Merries tape diapers in size L. once in a while (for convenience), she wears Merries pull up pants in size L. however, the pants seem to leak quite often. can someone advise why? is it the size or the brand? or is it cause the positioning of pull up pants tend to shift?
- 2017-03-25Any suggestions how I can transit my LO (18 months old) from drinking milk using a milk bottle to using a cup? Each milk feed is 300ml for him. The amount of milk per feed is quite a lot. So I'm not sure if he can finish the milk in the cup as well as how he finishes the milk in the bottle . Mommies can share how you transit them ?

- 2017-03-25Anybody experience LO's body temperature falls below 35 degrees? I monitored him e whole day today. His temp ranges from 34.5-35.5. His temp did fall at 36.1 a few times.. But most of it is below 35 degrees. He is still active and cheerful. His body is not his usual warm. More to e cold side. I tried to warm him up by carrying him but he became sweaty, so his body got cold and clammy but still active.
- 2017-03-25For second pregnancy, did you stilll engage a confinement lady? If yes/no, why? If no, how did you cope? Can't decide myself whether I want to engage a cl. TIA!
- 2017-03-25I am direct latching a 2 mth old and exclusively pumping for my 15mth old.
I have been getting recurring blocked ducts. Usually, i'd just put on hot compress and massage it under hot shower thereafter. But the block ducts have gotten stubborn lately as i have not been pumping as we were out and about for the past 1 week.
I wouldnt want to try the cold cabbage cos afraid it will affect supply as many mummies mentioned.
Will calling a massage lady help? Any other tips u mummies can share?
Also, any possible reasons for recurring blocked ducts even when i have been latching on demand?
TIA MUMMIES! ?
- 2017-03-2516mo LO, hubby and i are staying at my parents place as our home will only be ready in Dec. I am also currently preg in my 37weeks.
Parents have always been interfering whenever we try to teach or guide LO. Since baby, LO has always been taken care by parents and recently(these few days), LO is super duper sticky to mum. He will scream and yell until he sees mum. Furthermore, if we don give in to him in any ways, he will also scream and cried badly. Hubby and I have been trying not to let LO has his way. But whenever we are educating and explaining to LO, my parents especially my mum will interfere. Ytd night while slping halfway, LO woke up screaming and crying for no reason. Tried coaxing him with things he stopped crying, after awhile he cried again. Mum came in the room scolded us for letting LO cry and she took LO away. Hubby and i tried to tell her that this is not the right way to teach LO and he will know how to get things in his way. Its gonna be a bad habit. Ended up having a heated arguments, they claimed that we do not have the ability to take care of LO and still trying to act smart. Mum says that leave LO with her and she knows how to take care of him. Parents said that we do not know what is best for LO. We made him cry and we don't love him, just being selfish to keep him by our sides when LO doesnt even want to be with us. In the end dad shouted at us! He said " take ur son away all u want and move out of the house now, u can teach and guide whatever ways u may like, leave!"
I was so angry but hubby pulled me away.
I really feel so angry why would they(parents) behave like this? In the past, i remembered clearly that they told my grandparents that they are not supposed to interfere in any ways how they(parents) gonna bring up the kids. Why is it now they are doing different thing? And to think that, dad could just happily chase us out just because we are staying at their place now.
