2016-11-28Just need a place to rant. Now preggy with #2 at 33 wks so i dunno if its just me and my emotional hormones but this really got me upset. Very very upset. My in laws stays in JB and we rarely meet. But my #1 was admitted to hospital due to viral infection last wk but no one frm hubby's side came to visit. We have my BIL staying at our place (who contributes NOTHING) but he too dnt bother to show up at the hospital for the 3 days we were there nor help us with the chores while we stay at the hosp with #1. When we came home after discharge, the whole house was in a mess. Even till today, no signs of my in laws wanting to come to visit their sick grandchild. I really feel sad for my kids if this is how the other side of the family is. Oh, no one even bothered about my 2nd pregnancy either. I really dunno how to tell this to my hubby but i really want my BIL out. I didn't even agree to have him here for months now cos he initially said its for a few days only. I hv hinted to say that i didnt want anyone in the house after i hv given birth. Previously with #1, my younger BIL aged 10 was over at our place and i had to take care of him while caring for a newborn and trying to recover frm birth and my MIL dnt even bother to call him to come home! Im upset, angry n disappointed at how my in laws are. I dnt even wanna try to get close to them. So much so that i think im beginning to hate my hubby too. What should i do? ?

2016-11-30Mummies, how do you deal with stomach flu and mild diarrhoea for infant? Besides giving medicine and doc suggested to drink isomil, is there anything to do to reduce the stomach flu? The passing of motion is frequent abt 5 to 9 diapers daily, not watery, she is eating porridge just moderate. Even by giving medicine, drinking isomil milk and eating porridge there will be a passing of motion.
2016-11-30I hv started my bub (7 mo now ) rice cereal when he is about 6mo. Today I decided to try new food n introduce Avocado (mashed) mixed w fm. He tasted a bit n he started to gag..end up throwing up all his fm (taken a 1.5 hrs ago) After cleaning him up, I go back to feeding him rice cereal but he was cautious (refuse to even taste by pushing with his hand n turning his head). But after I persist, he realised is it his usual food den he start eating again. How should I start introduce new food to him again ?is it wrong to start with avocado cos of its acquired taste?

2016-11-30I am sad. I am a sahm. Just had a quarrel with my husband. My LO is 1 month 1 week. I just rise the question asking when he would want to bring him for injection. And he start to piss off and tell me he had been taking alot of leave since I give birth and also during our wedding period which is within this year. And he say to me that I always take and want him to do everything for me. Can't I just do it myself? As a new mom taking care of baby is abit difficult and I hardly have time for myself or sleep. I where got the time to even do my own stuff. He told me that his work is stacking up and he needs to work. Work is as important as the family. Without work how can he feed us. And i feel that I am so useless after he say all the things to me. Feel so regretted to have a baby or even married him.

2016-12-02A neighbor auntie loves to carry our baby. Wheneva we go over to mil's hse for dinner, next door auntie will carry him to her hse until we r done eating. I had noticed from day 1 tat she loves to kiss baby on e mouth! She helped me to babysit my baby for abt 2mths previously. I am paiseh & feel not nice to tell her not to kiss baby on e lips.. 2016-12-03Just to rant: feeling super angry that fil is keeping mistress with a kid outside, earns a comfortably annual income of $60k yet keep saying he has no money and asked hub and sil to give $800/mth for allowance. Then the mistress and her daughter lived comfortably like taitai, buy branded, buy tonic, high tea, drive new car. Even the dog goes spa twice a week, eats salmon or branded dog food daily. ? Dont understand why hub and sil keep giving in to fil knowing the fact that he is spending on the mistress! Argh!!! Incorrigible!

2016-12-03My LO is 1 Month and 1 week plus. Recently he will suddenly scream out of his lung and start crying .. diaper check . Start feeding him but he is like eating 3 times to his normal feed. And still wanting more.. and will start to cry again with high pitch sound asking for more milk. Sometime I just manage to calm him down and he sleep. But sometimes he just can't be settle down. It's been going a week and he just keep being this way.
