Feeding Cup / Syringe for First 6 Weeks

Hi! Why feeding cup / syringe should parents use for the first 6 weeks to prevent nipple confusion for breastfed babies? I wrote to Medela who highlighted that their feeding cup can only UV Sterilised but only used for a maximum of 2 times as it is not reusable. Any reusable cup or syringe to recommend for feeding to prevent nipple confusion?
